Thanks for the cache Thrips, ***MrsRoosta***Back in Tumut once again, but unfortunately with the wrong car, only the ultra-low one, so it was drive as far as reasonable on the tracks and then a walk from there.Set off after dropping the grandkids at school as the days are consistently hot in an effort to beat the heat. We got to within 60metres of this one before setting off on foot. We fortunately soon found the bike track and were able to follow it right to the cache for a nive quick find.On arrival back at the car we were greeted by 3 of the local Police who were checking out the car parked in the scrub. Apparently there have been a number of cars dumped and/or torched in the bush in recent times and they are on the alert. A good thing.After a chat and apology to them for the wild goose chase it was off back home.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Thrips.**SKI Pair****
A gorgeous evening for a quick after dinner walk and grabbed a cache on the way. Still a few left to come back for on a future visit to Tumut. Left a purple unicorn pencil. TFTC
Found at 10:53 AM GAFF1.See Creek Trail 1 for full story of this experience.Last cache for this series and I thought that I had been on these tracks for about 3 hours,of hard slogging, but it turned out to be just 1.5 hours. So with spirits lifted I sprinted back to the car park and headed off to do the wetland caches which hopefully will be on flatter land
