Found today on a lovely sunny walk in the oak, this area is quiet, but the other cache sites are busy with people walking ,dogs being taken for a walk and people jogging. Sunday was obviously not the day to come looking here!! Many thanks for the cache.
No one about on a cold drizzly morning so just a matter of letting my fingers do the work here. Thanks saltie
Cache is replaced with a much smaller Nano and I have upped the Difficulty a little to reflect this
With the CO and he was most surprised that the container had gone AWOL - he will fix asap
Finding caches for Leap Day. We wanted some quick finds as we're out at 8pm because I had work today. Caching with Jonescrew. Thanks for placing these, we enjoyed these parklands.
A long planned trip away finally came to fruition as we headed off to Geelong after a gap of some years to catch up with caching friends. There is always a good variety of caches and hides to search for and Geelong itself is a pretty spot with lots of places to explore. Plenty of history and lovely scenery with the bay, riverside, open paddocks and bushland. We particularly enjoyed the many trails and riverside paths where Mrs SKI could give her new ebike a workoutA great time was had with lots of laughs and ribbing as we searched for the various caches and wondered what we might find next. We also had the chance to catch up with some great local cachers on a lovely evening out.Logs signed as SKI Pair, SP or RASP.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Saltie.**SKI Pair****

What a fantastic day of geocaching around Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula! The weather was perfect, and the landscapes were stunning. Our group ventured through a mix of urban areas, lush parks, and coastal paths in search of hidden caches. The camaraderie among our caching crew made the day even more enjoyable, with plenty of laughs and shared triumphs as we uncovered each cache. As the sun began to set, we gathered to celebrate our successes and swap stories from the day's adventures.Geocaching around Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula was truly a memorable experience, and we can't wait to return for more caching adventures in the future! This is one of the caches found today. Thanks Saltie for the cache.
After going back to the Holiday House in Barwon Heads for lunch and cooling off in the air conditioning and then a trip to Torquay Bunnings, we made an early dinner and set off again for some caches around Ocean Grove. This was next on the list and a nice little walk to GZ from where we parked the car. Lots of frogs here! Cache was a nice easy find by GMelb TFTC Saltie - GJMMelb
Staying in the area so I thought I'll have a look. Great outlook. My first interstate cache. TFTC
6 year old daughter found this one with no problems and a lot of excitement!
Why did I make that harder then it needed to be. Looked everywhere then I had a hang on a minute moment and there it was.

After completing the OG Beach series we headed into suburbia to seek out the 3 park placements.
We did take a seat and we did contemplate the lovely views of this local park area.
Thanks Saltie for hiding this cache for us and others to enjoy.

Returned to this pleasant little resting spot. This time unoccupied. Once again, my keen nephews eyes quickly found this one.
Possibly has given me a hint as to what to look for at the nearby Little Bridge cache that we missed, that I neglected to think about at the time.
Thanks Saltie for the find.

I've seen this area build up over the last few years but never actually ventured in. They've done a nice job with the landscaping of the area and the nice walking paths. After a quick search here I was adding my name to the log. Thanks for the cache.
Geocaching has slowed down for the old Bushfire over the last year owing to COVID-19 and a serious illness but today thanks to my great caching friends the suscoe’s today was a little different. As we were in the area today my friends detoured from the direct route to Barwon Heads and called into these three caches to help the ageing Bushfire locate these caches.
This is a very pleasent location which I never knew was here.

We were back in Ocean Grove today, Joey, our little geomobile, needed a mechanic check-up. So Mrs Dromaniax drove A'Tuin, and we dropped Joey off for his play date.
While in the area, we stopped by to check on this cache and made a very quick find, as you would expect.
This area has changed greatly over the years, and it is great to see that in new estates, there is plenty of open space, and it isn't just boring expanses of grass.
The cache is in excellent condition. Thank you, Saltie, for this Traditional cache.

Having a fun day with Tiz13 and decided to try a few close to home.Lovely view from here as we began a search. I revisited a place Tiz13 had been and there it was. Need to look thoroughly to find things TFTC Saltie
Suscoe decided to get out on this lovely Sunday afternoon and find a few caches.
It has been a while since we had ventured out this way.
A sunny afternoon, pleasantly mild and most enjoyable.
We headed down here from Clifton Springs on convoy with Phetlern.
A good drive with a few cars about and then we wound our way through the narrow streets.
A quick find at GZ.
Thanks tp Saltie for showing us this area.

I noticed this group of caches come out early morning, as I was busy I continued on with my day. Later in the afternoon no one had shown these caches any love and as I was in the area I took a small detour to see if they hadn’t been logged online yet.
What a great spot to rest and find a cache with a blank log for a [FTF].
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the Traditional Cache Saltie
