This section of the rail trail has been left unfound by me for way to long. It is just an area that I don't seem to visit very often and when I do it is main with a mission in mind. Today was not different, I was here on a mission. Last year on a trip to Queensland I signed a challenge cache requiring 444 D2.0/T2.0 caches. I have been slowly chipping a way at them and now I am only 3 caches away. This has brought me to this section of the rail trail. A few new caches have been published here and they happen to be D2.0/T2.0 and there is enough for me to complete the challenge finally. So today Neville_devil and I parked on Anderson road for an assault on the everything nearby.Number 2 on the list and we needed a slight detour up an adjacent trail for a quick find.Thank you Moonb1 for the hide
OzHockeyChick, Geoturtle37 and I stayed at Drysdale last night after spending most of the day chasing caches. Today we are hoping to find some more before heading home. Hoping that the weather is kind to us. Thanks for placing the cache for us all to enjoy.
In town for a non-geocaching event, I took the opportunity to make a weekend of it, and find some caches in the area. Papi4506 & Geoturtle37 joined in with the fun. Despite the rather high winds, we got the e-scooters out to attempt a few caches along the rail trail. We started the day with finding the Bypass caches. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, Moonb1 ~~
Found by Mary and David at 13:45. What an interesting house (?) nearby. Plenty of bikers, doggers and joggers on the upper path today. Dropped off 'Fabulous 50" TB. Our thanks to Moonb1.
Had to look at past logsIndeedthe hint is no longer valid! We put it back where we found it.. good fun! TFTC
14:53We couldn't bypass this trio of caches today, very close to home and also within the prescribed dates to log 3 finds and earn a souvenir for the autumn solstice. Thanks to Moonb1 for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.36672
We keep zipping past this cache on the way to Portarlington so we couldn't resist stopping today when on the two wheel pedal power. It was pretty high up in the end but we managed to navigate our way to retrieve. TFTC.
Decided to do a bit of a check of some hides before it rained. Cache in good condition.
Found on the ground after some searching, back where I think it should be I have enjoyed finding these today. Many thanks for the cache.
While over this side of the Bellarine I had time to grab a few caches and couldn’t bypass this small series. All quickly found TFTC moonbi
On a glorious sunny day, we went walking and caching while staying at Queenscliff.
Once at GZ it was a quick find, thanks Moonb1.

Got on the scooter and made my way to this one. Found easily and all is good with the cache.
A plan had been hatched to join TheTritonz on a trip out to Duck Island. I had borrowed a kayak, installed the roof racks and was all set to go. We were down at Swan Bay early in order to take advantage of the tides, and had just unpacked everything from the cars. That’s when the plan came unstuck. The two paddle components wouldn’t join. I had two “left” paddles so to speak and neither of their interconnecting right halves. We were not going to make it to Duck Island in this state. (Perhaps a blessing in disguise as the winds had picked up).
So an alternative plan was hatched and I spent the day venturing around town with TheTritonz.
A short stroll had this one in hand. Perfect timing as the train was coming through the tunnel right as we were walking by.
Thanks Moonb1 for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

With our kayak plans cancelled for the day due to wind issues we decided to head down to Drysdale in the company of RoamingHowie to enjoy all the recent publications in the area.
Found a spot to park the car then headed off for 2 of the bypass series on foot. We were extremely lucky to see the train come through the tunnel.
Thanks Moonb1 for the placement.

The cache was at foot height when we found it (on the ground). It was replaced acccrding to the hint as we didn't think it belong there, out in the open.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for placing this geocache here for us to find today, for without those who like to hide geocaches, there would be nothing around for those who like to find geocaches.

With the Signal souvenirs finally coming to an end, I required just a few more points to complete and make it just a memory.
With a quick detour I was able to locate the hide.
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the Traditional cache Moonb1
