There'll be no wading today. The stream is a raging river with all this rain. TFTC
Thought wed do a cache welfare run after the crazy weather and find some along the way. This ones been on our radar for a while but for some reason or another weve always missed it! Not today though! A quick and easy find at GZ. The river is really pumping along today. Wouldnt want to try our luck wading down! Tftc
In Tassie with geopartner for a quick getaway for the footy and some tourist things... plus a few cachesThis cache had me looking then finally spotted the nice hide. Thanks to whitewebbs for the fun and the adventure.
Thanks whitewebbs for hiding this cache. Now that my calendar and streak are completed, I can just cache for the fun of it. Your Traditional cache, Wading Access, was just what I needed to get me out of the house and exercising. This is my find #1853 at 11:24 on 3/8/2024. FTF: Found with: swampy Weather: cold Muggles: none Light level: good Cache condition: good Distance from GZ: Your cache was visited by my trackables: TB9QQD2, TB9KZ39 and TB7HH81
Hi whitewebbs. Today I found your cache .A quick plan was hatched last night and this morning put into action. We met up at Brighton and headed up the road to Elderslie to complete our fishing trip and then headed via lots of caches to the event at National park. Thanks for hiding the cache for me to find today. Finding this cache takes my GC finds to 5053 and I found it at 11:29 on Saturday 3 Aug 2024FTF: NoMates: VK7HCHMuggles: noneMy EPE: Condition: GoodWeather: overcastMy favorites:Creative - Back to the future 1 by peaches (GCA5JYD)Hardest - Men in Black Holes by SG-3 (Archived)Most visited - Dragons Lair by Shagzter (GC2E33)
Returning home after a walk at the Tarn Shelf to see the fagus turning. Quick find at GZ, and all good TFTC
Izzy was blind. Checked all the likely spots, luckily Scoot had much better eyes
Last one for today found on our way back to the Moho after a nice walk at Mt Field. TFTC
Thanks for the cache whitewebbs. I missed it on the first look, then unsuccessfully tried one of your signature hides, but that wouldn't budge! So I reverted to the hint and then conducted a second search a bit more thoroughly and found it quickly. The river is quite high and discoloured - which we had noticed while eating lunch riverside in Westerway.Todays outing with Mrs EPs was primarily to visit the berry farm but this was too close to ignore.Cheers, EPs
We came south today for three main reasons: to find a multi on 21 November to fill a gap in our calendar; to visit our daughter and her partner; and to attend the Solstice Event tomorrow. The multi we targetted was the Clyde River Platypus Walk at Hamilton. Of course, this trip provided an opportunity to find other caches, particularly from Hamilton to New Norfolk. This was our third GC cache hunt for the day. We had to drive past this cache and continue on towards Maydena a little as other traffic on the road prevented us from turning around. When we did fine a safe turning location, we came back and parked right next to GZ. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks whitewebbs for the cache.
On my way to Strathgordon for work and thought Id grab a few caches on the way. Lovely place.
Having arrived back from the mainland early we wanted to attend the event at Adamsfield. A big weekend as we left early on Saturday morning and picked up the caches along Styx Road, but a big tree across the road made us retrace our steps and then back to Maydena. We then headed north and found most caches along the way. The next day after the event we finished off the caches in the area and this was one of them.Great weather made an excellent trip around the area, top views were had from most high advantage points along the way.We enjoyed travelling through the countryside and visiting new, to us, locations. We found a variety of hides with varying degrees of difficulty. Many thanks to all CO's for your cache placement.
This is certainly a lovely River and would be so nice to wade. Thanks for organising a cache here whitewebbs
Quick stop on the way to the Field National Park. Looking forward doing more caching in this area. TFTC.
I've been all over the place the past few weeks with a cache here and a cache there, I need to catch up before i get to far behind.
A quick find with gooseandegg as we were starting to head home.
Thanks for the cache.

A 'slight' detour on our way home. The Tyenna river was raging today but this is still high and dry. A quick find before finding a nice spot in Westerway to have our strawberry lamington that we'd bought earlier in Ouse.
Thanks whitewebbs

Hello whitewebbs thank you for the cache
This was a nice easy find in a lovely place that I have driven past many times.
This was one of many caches found on our way back home from Newcastle seeing our grand children.

Thanks for the cache whitewebbs.
With the GeoGSP's in doggy daycare today, it was time to head to a national park to find some caches - and it was a cracker of a day at Mt Field today. After a lovely morning walking around the falls, it was then to Maydena for a bit of a wander, and now a leisurely drive home to pick up the doggoes.
This was a nice quick find at GZ - all is good with the cache.

From previous log cachers were not in the right spot so removing needs maintenance.
Fairly certain we found it’s hidey spot but I dare say the weather over the last few days has dislodged it
We found the nail on the tree but it was empty and upside down. It’s been raining a lot so I reckon it’s gone.
During our holiday to Tasmania we stopped here for a fast find on the way from Russell Falls to Strahan.
Thanks for the cache

Saw some caches come out in an area that we haven’t ventured into before but have been curious about the area. We had a free day today so decided to have a nice day drive and look around the area.
We couldn’t go past this one today.
Cache was found quickly with good coords and what an interesting area.

Drove to this cache, and thinking - hmmm that looks like a likely spot for the hider, tried with all my might to remove a part (which would not come off)
Then spotted the cache - you little (very little) beauty

In Tassie for March, cutting a lap and finding a few caches along the way.
The app showed the first find was still available so we drove in here to sign the no.2 spot.
whitewebbs, I found Wading Access today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.
