We are on a road trip from the NSW/Vic border and are on our way home after visiting Kalgoorlie overnight. This was a nice quick find on the way by today
I didn't take the phone. I thought what can be so hard. A stump just before the second cross path and I had approximate direction. Little did I know just how many stumps there are. After checking probably twenty I saw the one with the rock on top from about 10 m . That must be it. That mega bison is cool. First I've seen. TFTC
A quick find at GZ, as we drive our way from Kalgoorlie to Kambalda for the day.For us, it is a wonderful opportunity to be exploring this part of the world, and often our tourist guide is through various Geocaching adventures such as this.Thanks Morgo the geoDomsky
Found on a trip to Western Australia from Adelaide with FeatherWaite. Today we travelled from near Balladonia to the Goldfields north-east of Kalgoorlie, finding a few caches of interest along the way.This one was a nice quick find and was in good order. Thanks Morgo the geo for the cache.
Found with e.gregory1 at the start of a trip to WA for a few weeks. Spent an hour or so caching around Kambalda mid-morning before heading up to Kalgoorlie for a late lunch. Thanks for the cache Morgo the geo!
After spending a few days in Gawler it was time for to drive my mums (well my car now) from Gawler back to Perth. This was day four travelling from Norseman to Coolgardie via Kalgoorlie on a 5 day 3,100km adventure. There are hundreds of signs saying do not drive tired so geocaching helped with that.I trucked on across the beautiful scenery grabbing many caches.After 3 incidents the day before, 800km and 13hrs on the road my third incident was the motel had booked me on the wrong night. Thankfully i was able to get the last room at the pub at about 1930. Grabbed a pizza and a couple of drinks and up to my room.It was a nice cool beautiful morning and i knew i only had about 250 kms driving so i was happy especially after the day before..I grabbed the caches around Norsemen, did some sightseeing and then headed north to Kambalda and Kalgoorlie.This cache was a very quick find.Thanks for the cache Morgo the geo
Driving this road at least once a week and just never seem to have enough time to stop. Getting dark now, hope there’s no Roos on the way home! TFTC
Travelling with iluvtrekking up the WA coast to Darwin, down the Centre and in the Flinders. After spending some time in Peterbough, Minlaton, Moonta,Whyalla and Wudinna we are now headed home. Unexpected overnight stay in Kambalda due to being stuck behind a burning semi for four hours between Norseman and Widgiemooltha. Up early this morning to grab the local hides before doing the same in Kalgoorlie. Thanks Morgo
Travelling with richlink from Perth to Darwin up along the west coast and home again through the centre and the Nullarbor. We are on the home stretch now and picking up a few stragglers along our route, and this was one of the stragglers. The CO hit a big Roo here, and a rock hit our windscreen. So, off to Kal for some repairs.TFTC.

Having been in Perth to visit family our stay has come to an end and we are on our way to Broken Hill for the Mundi Mundi Bash. Today we moved our caravan from Kalgoorlie to Kambalda. Set up in the RV camp then headed on out to attempt the local caches. We found this one in good order today.

Day 5 of our road trip/ camping adventure. Many packed up and left this morning but N2O and I are here for another day of caching around Kalgoorlie. Planning a busy day to grab local caches after an epic couple of days out at Victoria Springs.
