Big J found this one after me and little T gave up. Exactly what I told little T to be looking for. This bonus and AL were a perfect way to spend time while waiting for our van to get a minor repair. TFTAL and bonus cache.

Ypu chose some lovely historic houses for the labs - had trouble with one but got there in the end. Nice spot for the final too. Nice quick find in a break in the rain. TFTC # 20,796

Nice way to complete the AL

Really enjoyed the adventure lab reading about some of the historic houses in the area and when we calculated the final GZ for the bonus had a pretty good idea what we would be looking for, a surprisingly quick find. Thanks Libitee for the adventure and Sidewaze for the bonus, a nice easy close find to get the New Year started.

Completed the Ad Lab a few days ago and saved the bonus for a souvenir today. Thanks Sidewaze for both the Ad Lab and today's cache.

Day 5 with Supernannny and Net61 in Nelson exploring this part of the country.
After driving around Motueka looking at the historic houses, we made our way to the final where the cache was soon spotted. Thanks for the adventure lab and bonus.

With things to attend to in Mot we took the opportunity at heart and compiled a short list of caches.
A nice mix of puzzle, trad and multi caches was the result. It must have been the spring in the air that brought eveybody out because traffic was heavy for no apparent reason on a week day.
Funnily enough because everybody seemed to be busy travelling somewhere we had no trouble with muggles.
I love old buildings no matter the state they are in and thoroughly enjoyed the house tour.
It brought back memories of restoring a house from the 1860s and the satisfaction it gave.

We decided to head to Motueka today for a long overdue visit and of course some geocaching was also a priority so off we went.
It's great seeing these old houses still standing and occupied. I knew where most of them were but one of them the waypoint was needed.

I did the House tour on Thursday afternoon. The Bonus was conveniently placed to find on our way back to Nelson today. Found. The perfectly camped cache after a short search. Cheers and TFTC

Out and about today and finally got the adlab for this bonus cache sorted. A handy park near GZ and a short walk soon located the well placed cache. Log signed and replaced as found. tftc

I enjoyed the tour of Motueka and its houses. Some of them were rather lovely.

Finally we are here in Motueka and finding this series -a good way to learn and see the town.

After finding the challenge cache on Rabbit Island and a few others, it was time to head inland off the usual route to find a whole lot more. I am enjoying seeing different scenery. Another quick find and then we left to find the next one. Apologies for the late logging.
In Nelson with TwigNZ, YetiNZ, Mr-Mcgoo for a few days of caching and meeting up with other cachers from Nelson. All logs signed as NMTY.

Day 2 of my Nelson trip, along with NZ_B, YetiNZ and Mr-Mcgoo. This is something we planned a while back and have very much been looking forward to
During our time here, all found caches were signed as NMTY (regardless of whether 2, 3 or all 4 of us hadn't found it previously), or with individual names for Challenge Caches according to whomever was claiming the find.

We had decided that we really liked the idea of heading back to Motueka today, so were happy to be taking the scenic route to make the most of the available caches to get there. Having now finally arrived in Mot, we had lots of caches to try to find, and a surprising number of AdLabs too. This bonus cache was one we managed to pick up along the way.

A quick and easy find for us today. Nothing untoward to report with the cache or log, so everything was replaced exactly as found and we were back on our way again.

Some time ago a group of us from Wellington decided that what we should do is come down to the Nelson region for a long weekend of Geocaching. So we did. With minimal specific agendas, and lots of unfound caches in the area, the goal for this four day break is exploring, having fun, and finding geocaches. Here is one we found.

We spent some time doing the seemingly large number of Adventure Labs in this area today, and as always we collected the appropriate bonus caches as we did.

A great little tour around mot with no.13. Tftc and adv lab

We found the 3 houses on the Left of the Main Road before heading to a coffee and cache the furthest distance from home. Then to the CO's for a delicious lunch - before another cache and completing the ad lab locations. Stopped to collect the cache before leaving Motueka and coordinates took Mrs S straight to the cache while SoBad waited in the car.

Marchwood and I did AL fairly quickly. It was nice to have two people trying the various combinations of answers to get the AL computer to accept.

The coords gave us plenty of choices where to look for the cache. Again two people made this job much easier, and we got the FTF. TFTC.

We did a tour of the elderly houses having a few laughs along the way.
Crunched the numbers and drove to the final where we looked in many places until I finally put my hands on the cache.
