Back in Newie this morning, this time for eldest novo's safe drivers prac. I dashed off for some caching in the meantime including doing this excellent WIG but at GZ I was muggled out by a large group of park church-goers who all happened to be orientated right at GZ during their communion and sermon. Certainly lots going on in the park this morning lol. So I moved on and, after picking up the geokid, we came back to this one and found it after ducking for cover a few times from a different type of muggle this time. Nice container and hide from team737 once again. TFTWIG, Samuel737.#2056
Found with the CO on a cache check after the event tonight. I will be back to finish th actual Wherigo when it is much lighter. Thankyou for letting me log before I complete the container!
Cheeky find in the dark with Buz21b and the CO after their nearby event. Nice hide and container! TFTC!
This cache was found today and brings our overall cache find tally to 13449.Ive been to so many events in this park, today before the event I ticked off this cache at long last. No issues with the Wherigo, cache was found easily. Thanks Samuel737 for the cache.
I have only just started attacking more Wherigos when I am out caching and today I fancied a walk around the park so this was an ideal challenge. Im due to get my wisdom teeth out tomorrow so the whole weekend was about getting as many fun caches as I could, getting plenty of exercise and eating the foods that require chewing that I wont be able to have for a while. Thanks CO for responding quickly to all my questions this weekend. Ive enjoyed your caches and my time in newy.June long weekend Monday was spent picking off some caches near Lambton and Kotara along with four along the tramway. This was a fun one and I made a quick find today. Weirdos seen: definitely the ladies exercising in the rotunda in Lambton park there wasnt a lot of exercising going on but there was a looooootttttt of chatting. During my time there they covered a lot of intimate topics and as I was leaving they were onto religion. Snack situation: loaded fries snack size and a donut king pink donut. OptimalSteps: 12000Weather: cool and sunny, starting out crisp and then turning warm. Random rain around lunchtimeGPS was behaving very well today.TFTC and for bringing me to a new place.
After a nearby doctors appointment with my daughter, I couldn't leave without looking for this cache. I had the coordinates from a previous visit but too many muggles around GZ meant the find had to wait. TFTC
Began this Wherigo on the Monday. It was straightforward. The final cache was where the 4 D rating came in. With the help of the CO, today I realised I was looking in the wrong place. I got the right place eventually I got it and signed the log book. TFTC and this Wherigo. Thanks so much for the help too Samuel 737
I have finished the cartridge for this (so confused there were two to download) and searched for the final cache at GZ but couldnt find it. Due to time I had to abandon my search and had to head off to meet someone in town. I live not far from GZ and I am over this way when I visit my psychologist so I thought I could finish this off another time. Disappointed because it could have filled up another spot on my D/T board I need.
A trip north with Crash, PPE and Baktrak for a little tour around town of select caches. With time running short it was a quick lap as there is always time for one more. Much looking and feeling at GZ before the feel of plastic. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
When we circled into GZ, it was a bit crowded and we needed to keep moving. It took quite a bit of poking around before we finally had what we needed. Thanks Samuel737
#7473A northerly expedition with a car full of enthusiastic cachers.Time was running short before we needed to leave for an event, but we decided "Just one more". Did the lap and then tried not to disturb several muggles who were enjoying themselves at GZ. Took another couple of laps before we got out hand on this one.TFTC Samuel737
Found on a recent expedition to Newcastle with a band of not so merry men before Christmas.SL TFTC
Nice cartridge! A pretty quick find at GZ praying not to hit any spiders or smth. A lot of bird water nearby. Out and about caching with a certain Google and 737. TFTC
**This Cache:**A pleasant morning walk with GHHH and S737, great to be able to find a Wherigo on this trip! A FAVOURITE for this one, a nice park worthy of a Wherigo tour and a really sneaky hide, with an excellent container for such a busy spot. Nicely done and built! TFTC Team737---**Today:**Visiting Newcastle this weekend to tackle a wide variety of physically challenging and creatively crafted Team737 hides! Huge thanks Team737 for inviting myself and GHHH and showing us the "ropes", quite literally, of Technical Tree Climbing and Abseiling! One of the best caching weekends I have had and will always be a highlight memory! The expertise and gear you guys have is just incredible and I was so honoured to learn these new skills from you! Appreciate your kindness, patience and company during this adventure packed weekend! Until next time..!
Great hide and pretty big container for the spot. Found with friends loci and Samuel. TFTC
Find#1670Out today with Techsavvy9 finding some caches that we have both worked on to solve. I had solved the Wherigo a while ago but needed some guidance when finding the cache today. Great to see another Wherigo in the area. This is the thirty-seventh cache working towards fulfilling the challenge cache from across the ditch, in New Zealand, One thousand points of Light Challenge. 764 out of 1 000 points. TFTC
A nice walk around today. Thankfully coords spot on or would have been a real tricky find. A fav. Now to finish the multi
We're up from Sydney visiting my Mum in Lambton for the week, and spotted this Wherigo nearby. An enjoyable lap of Lambton Park collecting the necessary information. Quick find at GZ (I've found a cache here before, must have been archived). An FP from me. OCW MaxAdventurer. TFTC Samuel737
Whereigo is a little sketchy on an android, but i have it working, but must be played through C:Geo. I tried today from the HQ App, but it did not work. As i progressed around, the app seemed to answer some of the questions itself. Made it all hte way around, and then over to gz. This took an age. Dont you fellas like giving hints? Read some logs, which 1 may have been useful, though i looked at it from a different angle, and spotted a hiding place i had not see before, so i checked it throughly, and go a hand ful of spider web. Things we do, sticking our hand in god knows where. Found it after several attempts. TFTC.
Another stroll in the park with my Chauffeur to see what we could see, only we did not see everything. Did not think to look for other cache while going around so will get them next time.
However we did finish the lap of Lambton Park and learn a little of the history around it and what was here, so much happens in such a small area. We were successful in finding the prize at the end in its sneakky little hiddy spot. All was good with it and ready for the next finder.
Now time for lunch and a drink at the hotel across the corner.
Thanks Team737 for this find.

Rode around Lambton Park today and checked the cartridge and GZ. All in good working order, please try and replace the container exactly as you found it… Happy Caching!
Not logging a DNF as despite this being a challenging hide trying to find it on a sunny Saturday afternoon probably isn’t the right time. I really enjoyed the walk here - a park I have visited a few times. GZ was where I suspected it would be but there were families all over the structure and despite having a good luck after 5 minutes I had to give up. Waited another 15 minutes on a nearby chair but they weren’t going anywhere and I needed to be home to get ready for dinner.
Really enjoyed this one and a FP waiting for when I ting on the next visit.

OCW EverestHigh. It's not every day you find a Wherigo. I like rare cache types. A very enjoyable lap of the park. Worth an FP. TFTC.
I have been to this park a few times before for caches and events but never taken as much notice of things as I did today, the weather was great for the walk and the Wherigo worked really well with no problems , the answers were found easily as well . There were muggles at GZ but they could not see me and I am not sure if I subconsciously took in some information on a recent walk or just got really lucky at GZ making a quick find. Thanks for the great wherigo Team737 much more memorable than the 200 odd recent ones . Def fav point for the fun and nice to get another D4 cache .tnln replaced as found sl
What a perfect day for a walk around beautiful Lambton Park to do this Whereigo cache. It's not often you get to do one of these and I loved it. The final GZ had me scratching my head for a while, but didn't give up and finally had it in my hand. A very good hide. Gets a fav from me. TFTC TEAM737.
Arrived early for the Blue Switch event and found techsavvy9 ready to do this werigo so waited for 2pods and kingfisher to arrive then we headed off to venture around the park. Enjoyable stroll around. Thanks Team737 for the cache which we found at the end. Worth a fav point
Really enjoyed the wander around the park one night last week. The cache itself proved to be a big challenge however, taking a few attempts, hints from the CO and even getting literally pointed to the cache in the end. It feels like it's been a while since I have found a cache that has challenged me like this, and I love that about it, especially that it's super well hidden and hopefully going to be around for a while too. TFTC!!! #2066
Another gangbang with techsavvy9 Kingfisherand Yella Belly, this time before the blue switch event at Lambton Park. A good wander around, great info, and are nicely placed final. Thanks for the Wherigo.
Until now I hadn't really paid much attention to Wherigos as there are none on the Central Coast, but when I saw this published close to the event I'd be attending I decided it was time to grab a suitable app for them. I arrived at about 4pm and set out on my journey of discovery around the park, with everything going well except for the app getting a bit confused with the gates and time capsule waypoints being so close together.
Once I had the coordinates for GZ, I headed in that direction where a bunch of event attendees were gathered, having just beaten me to it. Fortunately they gave me some guidance otherwise it would have taken me a while to locate the cache, but the coordinates were spot on with my GPSr reading 1 metres.
Many thanks for this enjoyable venture into the world of Wherigos with an FP for the experience and the effort that went into creating it.

Thanks for the nice walk around, great to have company to cheer us on. fav from us
TFTC and the Wherigo. Did it with a group and had a great time walking around the park. I love the little library especially when the flower beds are in full bloom. A favourite from me because it took us to sone great places.
We were north of Belmont, looking for frogs that MrsFish could record, so as my treat I drove up to Lambton for a cache or two. This looked interesting, haven't done one for a long while and it was well set up and easy to complete, especially on a school day with not many other people enjoying the park. Finding the cache did take a while, although it turned out to just be very well hidden but quite accessible and I enjoyed signing the log in the afternoon sun with no-one else in sight. Thanks for a very good Wherigo cache and excellent final hide, we had a great time completing it.
**FTF** we are as surprised as anyone to get this!
We assumed this one would be gone today and so headed south and went for a walk instead. When we were done, this was still up for grabs and so off we went.
We were a bit nervous about what we might be in for given the D rating. Each waypoint was relatively simple though, except for the one with the live Anzac ceremony - we stopped and commemorated the day for quite some time before we were able to access the WP! My grandfather served in New Guinea in WW2 and my grandmother served in signal corps too so it was good to share some stories with the kids.
Given we were starting to plough through WPs we started to second guess the D4 rating. What’s coming we wondered? So we started taking proactive precautions - and wrote down all the answers the whole way around just in case. And then after a long string we get to GZ.
Knowing some of the COs latest work, and the rating, we mentally went straight to tree fishing. But despite a good look we couldn’t see much. Hmm. Maybe it’s an actual T2? Looking looking looking… nothing. Splinters all over. Muggles in park starting to think I was nuts climbing up and down and spinning around on the spot.
Texted CO. Confirmed I was (again) in the right spot. But I looked there. Like 5 times. It’s not… there! Idiot. I must have touched it a few times! It’s quite a size too so lord knows how I made it this hard.
An FP from me for a fun Anzac Day adventure! After a thousand powertrail Whereigo in Rutherglen recently it was good to get back to one designed in a way that will be easier to remember! TNLN TFTC

**FTF** joint FTF with the Garbageman. I got out and helped with this one as it was very fun. My sister and I even climbed some trees on the way.
**FTF** joint FTF with Garbageman and classic cache. It took a while to find the cache but eventually found it. I helped get the way points and had a bit of fun rolling down the hill with my little brother.
