Logs
After a number of failed efforts over the last few days, today I finally got the container out of its hollow post hiding spot at GZ. I got it home and opened it up. It contained some foul smelling water. The log was soaked and the the pens etc. were useless. The last person to sign the log (i.e. found the cache) was on 28th October 2023. This means that anyone who claimed a find between 28th October 2023 and the date it will be re-activated have NOT actually found it. A reminder: Players only *find* a cache when they *sign the log*. Seeing the cache is not finding.
My thanks to the player who told me the handle is missing resulting in the cache being inaccessible. This might be fixed before Christmas but I doubt it.
Found it on way to friends house didnt know what it was found out that it was geocachVery easy
Quick find, had a swallow swooping our heads while looking for the cache Thank you
cute little find, almost expected it to be where it was but guessed a few other obvious places first
That was so cool! We’re getting better at this. Nice local find on our way to get milk
Visited cache today for maintenance. All good here. No maintenance required.
Passing through on a visit, locally, whilst heading back to Geelong. This is a great location for a geocache. Took a few minutes to soak it up before heading back to the car. It’s a neat cache build as well. Well done!
That’s a favourite from me.

Found it but nothing was in it

Found with NXTXN - we enjoyed hunting for this one. Very sneaky Left blue Dino - took nothing. Thanks Ben
I remember this bridge from when my eldest son used it to stay his friends in the paddocks on the weekends. Lucky I didn't really know what they got up to.
Thanks for the memories and a great cache worthy of another FP.

What a nice hide and a cool bridge. Looks like it’s seen better days so lucky it’s useful for caching now! Nice to see Deanside’s ftf in the book.
Found on a trip to Mexico City from the town north of the border….
Thanks Benjamin Screamer and clear skies from TeamAstro. ️ Cache the planet!

Found by Mary and David at 14:40. Needed a regular cache today to drop off a TB, and this seemed a good spot. Thanks for your research, and the cache earns a FP. Beware the dog deposits in the grass near GZ. Great water views, magnificent gum trees, and fascinating rocky cliffs. Dropped off "Geo Pyza in Red" TB. Our thanks to Benjamin Screamer.
Wow! What a great but simple hide!
A Favourite point from us!
Mr Riddell was straight onto it!
It’s not so long ago we used to drive across this bridge… it’s only a few years ago believe it or not!!!
The now established housing estate on the southern side of Bridge Rd. on the west side of Toolern Creek was earmarked but didn’t exist yet and the new bridge works were underway.
We used to lead walks along Toolern creek and we would park on Bridge Road next to the Creek on the east side to meet at the start of our walks
That has all evaporated and the revegetation and works has been incredible…… suppose that is progress.
TFTC which we really enjoyed and Letting us know about The Monash Bridge.

14:55A fun day out and about around Sunbury, in the great company of the Suscoe duo, followed by an irresistable stop in Melton on the way home. It was very interesting to learn about John Monash's connection with concrete. Sneaky but clever hide gets a FP from us. Thanks to Benjamin Screamer for adding this cache to the gameboard. 34908
A day out caching in the Sunbury / Melton area with our good friends Phetlern.
It was cloudy, a little rain at times, cool and lots of fun.
We enjoyed our day and enjoyed visiting the various locations around this area.
Thanks to Benjamin Screamer for this hide, A favourite from us.

Thanks for the history of the bridge which now lies forlorn and lonely.
A quick find of a well set up container.
Thanks Benjamin screamer

Didn't get the honour of being first to find but definitely quicker than my usual timings.
Be careful for dog poo. People still haven't learnt to pick up after their dogs.

*FTF* Thanks Benjamin Screamer Had the pjs on and just checking before I hit the bed and Lo and Behold…a new cache within 10km! Surely I couldn’t be so lucky, but jumping into the trusty trackies with torch in hand, sped off to find yes indeed … a FTF!!! Kicking goals and a big happy dance! Happy trails from Deanside
