Taking a break as I don't have the time to complete needed maintenance at the moment.
Found this cache fairly easily, it was a nice walk along the path enjoying the scenery TFTC
TFTCThe clue made it very easy to find. Log is completely wet through and unable to be written on. Maintenance is required. Found with my cousin whilst I was visiting from South Africa
Log was mush but able to initial. Cute container and beautiful view.Thankyou for placing and maintaining the cache series and allowing me to discover a new area.TFTCGeneric overly-detailed summation of the day:Weather report: sunny and clear, not really any windCaching conditions: muggles all preoccupied with Anzac day, GPS satellites talking nicely to my phoneSnack situation: poor - Anzac day meant lots of places were closed so I settled for some hummus and cheese and biscuits for lunch. Despite being hungry I did not eat my apples. Maybe tomorrow?Public toilet status: Plenty of toilets all throughout my cachescapades today. The worst toilet was at a BP, it was probably the dirtiest toilet I have ever seen, and I've travelled in some weird places. Best toilet was at Summerland point park.Munzee distractions: loads. Probably found the most munzees that I have in a while, but was surprised that there were some places without any munzees at all.Weirdos encountered: 4 drunks stumbling along the footpath as I walked up the street to grab dinner.("`-''-/").___..--''"`-._ `6_ 6 ) `-. Reperio 10:29Day 5 of our Newcastle geocaching escapade, and Master Vitruvius and I headed towards the Belmont and Swansea areas before making our way slowly towards Sydney. It had been a while since I had been back to Murrays Beach, so it was great to explore the area again and pick up the 4 caches here.Gratias pontfamilyAs a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV
#7703Bad place to try and park, cute container but not very waterproof. TNLN SLThanks for placing and maintaining this cache pontfamily
Another quick find here. Plenty of people cooling off in the lake on this hot Saturday afternoon. Very fancy place next door to this cache location. TFTC
#10161 (9 of 9 today)Thought Id grab a few today, so headed up to the Central Coast for some finds. Noticed some new caches had been placed near Murrays Beach, so with seven hides all in walking distance, made that my target. After finding them I snaffled my final two unfound caches at Murrays to complete the day.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###The long walk from my last find went past a number of groups and families enjoying the water. As I approached GZ I spotted a dog on a bench with its pet muggle. Luckily the dog just watched me, remaining silent, while the muggle was asleep.Quickly ducked in, made a quick find and retreated to another bench. Added my ink to the log - then a quick duck back for the replaced. Well that was quackery, erm crackers.Time to walk back to *The Hademobile* and head home.SLTNLNTFTC
Found, with shaneo58. We stayed close to home doing caches around the south end of the lake as it was raining most of the day, so we could dart out and back into the car minimizing how soaked we would get. Quick find, nice cache,Signed log and Cache replaced as found.**Thanks For The Cache** pontfamily. This makes the 9th cache of 11 for today making a grand total of 4301 at 2:11PM on this Wednesday the 20th of December in the Year 2023
Found with BillHill531 in pretty bleak conditions. It would blow a bird off his perch. TFTC pontfamily
We have travelled from Sydney's Northern Beaches to the Central Coast for a five day midweek holiday, staying at the Norah Head Holiday Park (caravan park) in Norah Head. Having already found most of the caches around Norah Head and the areas surrounding Tuggerah & Budgewoi Lakes on previous holiday visits, except for a few new ones and the odd DNF needing a visit/revisit, on this trip we will be concentrating our efforts in areas to the north of Lake Munmorah. Planning to explore areas around the southern & eastern shores of Lake Macquarie, including Wyee, Gwandalan, Doyalson North, Cams Wharf, Murrays Beach, Pinny Beach, Caves Beach, and Swansea. Photos will be uploaded to logs on our return to home base.Today we spent the morning caching at Cams Wharf, Murrays Beach, and Galgabba Point. Then it was a visit to The Entrance, before returning to the caravan park for a late lunch and a swim in the pool. This was the 6th of 10 finds for the day (day 3), and 36th find of the holiday. After finding "Murrays Beach #4" we continued walking northward along the pathway to this one, and it was a nice quick find on arrival at GZ. There was no log sheet inside the cache container, so we added & signed a temporary log sheet, and then replaced the cache container as found. TNLN. TFTC, and the series, pontfamily.Find #6527
TFTC and a nice walk to the cache today early on the morning. The water was rather choppy today but the lake was still beautiful.
Headed to this one but people enjoying the sun on the near by chair. So walked back to jetty and waited until they had left, heading back for a second try and located no trouble. TFTC
Very cute. I lovely place to sit in the sun in the late afternoon in spring. Probably not so in summer. TFTC
Working in the neighborhood and had lunch in this nice location. looked for a while and then found it at the first place I looked. TFTC.
Had some problems initially, I was some 20m out, and found a nice hiding spot but alas I was at the wrong (things that bird's nest in).
Fortunately after checking the nearby (things that bird's nest in) I located the cache. All neat within its egg. Thanks for the cache.

The best and my fav geocache sequence ! Was a beautiful wall was sooooo windy but the views overdid that!
I can't get enough of this serenity ... I don't think I could have chosen a better day to come here than today. A nice straightforward find too, to go with the others I found today along this stretch of the lake ... and a nice cuppa from the Cafe as well. My day couldn't get any better!
Thanks again for bringing me here today pontfamily ... and a fave point too because this is what I really needed today.

Another early start.. bit perplexed on the no trespassing sign..I thought there was at least a three metre public access to walk along the shoreline in Lake macquarie...anyhow.nice easy find..don't over think it.
Clearing some caches in my radius today. A nice walk down to see another beautiful view. Looked in the wrong spot at first and then made the find. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
It was beautiful out here this afternoon after the showers eased, although a lot of water was running over the grass. MrsFish took time off taping frogs to find this cache when we approached GZ from different angles, she spotted it first. I was not sure how the cache was to be returned as it was a bit too easy to see, but just replaced it exactly as found. Thanks for another very good hide, I loved the location.
