TFTC,Out to build my numbers of caches found on this date in my statistics to beyond 15, visited trackables
Saw that to start with, but discussed it and walked up further. Came back and wazza9 made the discovery, stamped log and replaced. Thanks to CO
2:03pm.No spare currently in my arsenal of the particular container deployed here. For the time being, a key-holder container has been utilised.Cache on!Much obliged, - Alephroom.
People, read the logs please. I've said it's not there and if your a experiencedish geocacher you would check the attributes and realise it says needs maintenance. Read the logs before taking a look please.
5:37pm.Apologies to all for the hassle. Will make a passing to inspect GZ in due course.Much Obliged, - Alephroom.
Geocache is, without a doubt gone. Looked all over the pole, pulled every bolt and even searched the area surrounding by about 5 meters or more. Please replace
For our regular Sunday public transport caching adventures, today we headed over to Summer Hill and Ashfield, with the aim of targeting a small cluster of caches that are scattered around the two suburbs. Caught a 280 bus to Chatswood and a T1 train to Wynyard Railway Station, where we changed to a T2 train to Summer Hill Railway Station. We then walked in a clockwise loop through the backstreets of Summer Hill and Ashfield, collecting a MultiCache and six Traditional caches along the way with a stop-off at Pratten Park to enjoy our pre-packed picnic lunch, and then ending our walk at Ashfield Railway Station. The return journey was via a T2 train from Ashfield to Wynyard, then a T1 train to Chatswood, and a 280 bus back to home. This was the 5th of 7 finds for the day. This cache was next on our cachey walk, and it was a nice quick find of a very familiar cache camo on arrival at GZ. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. An old hospital with an interesting history. TFTC Alephroom.Find #6971
A few caches in the inner suburbs this afternoon on the way to the footy.History here must be interesting Id say. Parking nearby made pretty light work of the cache. TFTC!
Before being picked up by GHHH for a day of caching madness, I decided to get up early and enjoy a morning stroll to grab a few caches near where I was staying.Lovely and quiet as it typically is at 6am, and definitely a lot warmer than Canberra! (It was 12.5 degrees this morning, how?)Had to expand my search here before the cache was located!TFTC!
A genuine 1/1 with the only muggles around being the honking ibis in the trees. Log was extracted with some gentle persuasion and signed.
The wife was having a repair job done at the Hospital so after visiting I had some time to look around. Like Sherlock Holmes I checked the clue and LOW and behold I solved it.TFTC alephroom
#7796We spent the day cruising across some Sydney extremes, with the main objective of filling in our LGA map for the city, still chipping away at some challenges and other goals. We got 8/11 LGAs we needed, we just ran out of time and daylight. We spend most of the day in the car, seemingly at red lights too, and after starting in Newcastle at 0500, then a CITO at 0830, are exhausted. 20 caches including the CITO, 2 trigs, 1 DNF and those 8 new LGA's, all in perfect cool caching conditions too - a top day really.Last one for the day - we had to admit defeat here, and decide to bail for home rather than try to go for the last 3 LGA's we're missing. We'll be back.....Thanks for the cache!
#7796We needed something to do today, and we had a lot random missing LGAs in lower Sydney, so a trip down for a CITO and some LGA hunting sounded good, so that is what we did today! end of copy paste FLTFThanks for placing and maintaining this cache Alephroom
Less than twenty left before I hit 1500 finds (caches & ALs) . Not bad for someone who has only been geocaching for ten months. Less than a minute to get CIH, although it took longer to extract the roll, write my nametag on a blank replacement log, insert back and rehide it. Thanks Alephroom
10:56am.Old log removed and fresh log has been inserted.Cache on!Kindest Regards, - Alephroom.
Greetings,Will be able to replace the log this Friday...apologies for the hassle.Kindest Regards, - Alephroom.

Streak Day #3883 - Over this way with Dave8153 for our cache of the day. Quick find for us today. TFTC
Staying in Sydney for a while await a new baby. Humidity isnt my friend. Staying in the other side of Ashfield we decided we needed the exercise. Exercise and a cache are always a good combination. Afterward we will have coffee. Thanks for the placement of this cache. Log is full, sorry we are not carrying a replacement of that size.Currently cat sitting this cute pussy. Pet sitting and caching is also a great combo
7:02am.Will look to replace the logbook this coming week before New Years Eve.Kindest Regards, - Alephroom.
#13108 15:19Great hide. The log sheet is full and needs replacement.TFTC Alephroom
looked for ages. tapped out after someone stopped in their car and asked us why we were snooping around had to explain and gave them a laugh. tried using the hint and peoples photos but no dice!
First cache for the day, heading out westwards for some caching. Parked by the side of the road, and walked up to GZ where the cache was located, after first having missed it.
Had to head out to RSPCA to drop off some towels and sheets and with it being a perfect spring Sunday, stopped to do some caching on the way home. After having a quick look, consulted logs and soon realised what I was looking for. Quick find and back on the road. TFTC!
Unexpected babysitting gig for the week in Sydney opened up a few more opportunities to keep a streak going. Luckily found parking nearby and spotted cache on approach. Helps when you’ve seen this type of camo before.
It was getting on to sundown when I arrived here after a walk in the area. I seem to recall visiting here for a geocache some time ago but this was only set this year. The container was found and then the trouble began. I’d come out without anything but my phone, a pen and my car keys. None of these were helpful in extracting the log. And many of the tiny sticks on the ground were also not helpful. Nice of one of the hospital staff to inquire if I was alright while I was scavenging around for a stiffer, skinnier stick. No, thank you/ (unless, of course, if you have a small skinny stick!) Actually it finally worked and I did the duties very satisfied with the afternoon walk. SL TFTC Cheers… Gaztek
Shiny all right! These are usually rusty and corroded to open. All dry inside. TFTC
After dropping my wife off at the airport this was a quick find after searching for good parking.
TFTC.
TFTC.
At this point started to realise I needed to run to get these caches in time for the train
Always love these containers, so much fun going to a new spot and pointing at all of them going "I DONT BELIEVE YOU" lmfao

Popped out this morning to grab a few smilies to qualify for the June solstice souvenir.
Too cold for any muggles this morning. Nice quick find with the hint.
Thanks for placing this cache Alephroom.

Grabbed this one while the bin chickens squabbled over a very popular palm tree. I’m an animal lover and even I think they are so gross!
Thanks for placing this cache, I’ve never been here before TFTC

Had the place to myself, not many cars parked either, thus perfect timing for a quickie
Interesting history here.
I parked the geomobile and looked at the GPS, should be about 2 steps away, and it was!
Don't know what everyone is talking about - the log came straight out for me.
Putting the cache back was much slower as a stream of muggles came along, maybe it was visiting time at the hospital. Finally they passed by and I replced the cache quickly before any more appeared.
There's some nice old homes around here, and really cheap petrol at the end of the street.

(1 of 2 today)Two quick afternoon caches to keep the calendar ticking over. Targeted the inner west, the first a familiar location near my old Alma Mater.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###A familiar hospital, where my father was for a week or so back in the late 70s. My aunt was also here a little earlier than that.Nice quick find. Made the grab, added my ink to the log, and replaced.SLTNLNTFTC
Tftc. Quick park and grab. Harder to get log out than to find. Of course no tweezers in the car today.
