Im going to check I dont think the cache is there I will replace the cache if it is not there.
Had a look up & down the fence & in the trees; unable to find anything. Co-ords show the cache as being in the middle of the road
Geocachkinglegend is, once again, ruining the game for everyone. There is no cache here.
Also coordinates are a bit mucked up the cache is hidden near a fence along the golf-course.
Quick find on the way to Bendigo for a couple of events and some caching of course. TFTC geocachkinglegend.
Not sure where this one is.Cant see many stable places and coordinates dont seem to be completely correct.
A quick find at GZ near this nice green golf course. Much nicer looking than the last golf course cache we did in St Arnaud where the fairways were dry.Sorry we didn't have any swaps. Thanks geocachkinglegend.

----------### **OWNER ATTENTION REQUESTED?** ###----------Even though this cache might be findable, it is in need of owner intervention, as it is not Guideline compliant. As a Traditional type cache, coordinates need to be where the cache is actually located. Logs suggest this is not the case.A basic tenet of geocaching is that listings must contain accurate GPS coordinates. At the moment it would seem that this requirement is not being met in regard to this cache, see the guideline here: [**Listings must contain accurate GPS coordinates.**](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#coordinates) The cache has been temporarily disabled so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please have a read of these Help Centre articles:- [**How to get accurate coordinates**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=128&pgid=673)- [**Update geocache coordinates**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=61)**Could you please update the listing with accurate coordinates?** Please respond to this situation by **28th February** to prevent the cache from being archived for not being Guideline compliant If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating a date when you believe the situation will be resolved.
Just moved the cache across the road going to change the hint and coordinates soon my house is being renovated so Ill change it in a day or so.
Cache has been placed back in the original location under the tree on the nature strip as someone had placed it back in a different location (which was on private property). On the weekend, I will move it across the road on the edge of a golf course as recommended and will then update the coordinates.
Found with LittleBoss2 and Geo the puppy on a day tour out of Bendigo. We started the search and were confronted by the owner of the property who's bush the cache is under. Thankfully he's friendly but this cache needs to be moved off private property
This cache is now under a bush on private property. The owner actually found it for us, but we explained that he didn't have to put up with strangers rummaging around his front garden. There are overhanging branches from the golf course across the road that might work out as an alternative.
----------### **GEOCACHE OWNER ATTENTION REQUIRED** ###----------Recent logs indicate that this cache requires the attention by the CO. It is being disabled to stop it showing up on search lists etc., until the CO is able to address the issue. Please attend to the situation ASAP and, once resolved, post an 'Owner Maintenance' log indicating what you have done to resolve the situation and then enable the cache. You need to attend to this request within 14 days (by 5th February), otherwise the cache will be de-listed.
We found this cache on a trip up the Calder. Nice to see a new one in Marong as all the other caches here we have long since found. Thanks from D & HA B-A
----------### **CACHE OWNER PLEASE NOTE** ###----------Thank you for attending to this cache - it indeed lives for another day, however, you still need to Enable the cache. As the Guidelines advise:*Cache maintenance also covers keeping the cache page up-to-date. This includes updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing needs maintenance attributes and **enabling the listing.*** You need to post an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to enable your cache. **I have enabled the cache for you on this occasion.**
----------### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUESTED PLEASE** ###----------Hi there geocachkinglegend,It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is some sort of issue. The recent logs may contain more details about what sort of issues are evident. The cache has been [**temporarily disabled**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235), so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location, until the issues/s can be addressed.**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days,** so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.#What you need to do:-#You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-- **Check On The Cache** - once checked, place an Owner Maintenance log and then enable the cache.- **Place A Write Note Log** - indicating a date when you expect it will be restored. - **Adopt Out or Archive** - depending on whether you want it kept or for it to disappear.Full details for each of the above choices can be found at [**GEOCACHE MAINTENANCE**]( https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/Victoria) on the Regional Policies page. You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned. It would be far better if you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above. Thanks for your cooperation,Bunjil (Pete & Helen)Volunteer Reviewers - Australia[3B]
The local council cut the tree branch down that my geocache was in. I've now moved it to the same location but under a bush. Can I please change the hint to 'under a bush'.
Lots of muggles walking made this a waiting game. Reassembled the hide as best I could, but..From Adelaide SA staying at nearby caravan park before travelling further to Canberra. Thanks for helping me explore more if this beautiful area.
A nice quick find. cache was out in the open and on the ground
looks like a branch has been cut from the tree
Signed log and replaced where found covered it with some bark

On Mt way home from visiting family all day I came past to collect my cache for the day. Today is day 58 of my on going streak. Tftc
Find No. 4367. Found with FUF009 at 3.37pm.
Wheel of Challenges for the month of July is a 28 day streak to get the 'Hard' Souvenir.
Today was day 27 of 28 for us.
A day trip to Bendigo to do some shopping and of course to find some caches to continue our 28 day streak for the Wheel of Challenges. FUF009 came with us.
We finished shopping, had some lunch then it was off caching. First up we found one in Bendgo, went out to White Hills for second find, then went a bit further out to Huntly for our third find. Then it was back to Marong for our final cache before heading home.
Now in Marong. This was a very quick find as cache was exposed and not covered.

On arrival at GZ the coordinates had us in the front yard of a property on the corner of the streets.
The cache was exposed at the base of a tree on the nature strip.
The cache and contents were wet so we dried it out.
The log book was starting to go moldy so we replaced the log book and put it in a plastic bag.
The person we spoke to in the house was aware of the cache but was not the owner.
May we suggest you move the cache to the tree across the road at S36 44.244 E144 07.540 to ensure its longevity.

We spent a bit of time here, doing a bit of log and cache maintenance.
As mentioned in previous logs we also found the log book partially wet.
We tried to dry it in some beautiful sunshine while we were here.
We could supply a new log book. So we left both the old and the new one in their own individual plastic bag which should contribute to the longevity of the log and cache.
We dried all the contents and container and replaced it where we found it, but applied some better camo using some local bark. We thought about recessing it a bit in the soil for a bit more of a natural cover but then thought that it probably would not help to keep it dry.
Hopefully the next finders will find a nice clean and safe container.
See our note from today as well about our experience here and recommendations.

Find #3017 for me. Found at 2:22 pm with my dog Bonnie. This was a quick find for me since the cache was in the open and I could see it on the ground while crossing the road. The log-book was also very damp but I was able to find a page that was dry enough to scribble my name down. After reading the hint, it was clear that the cache must have fallen so I replaced it according to the hint. However, it fell again literally as I was taking a selfie with Bonnie. Because of this, I thought it would be safer to leave it on the ground with some cover, and let the CO to return it to its proper place. Thanks for the fun and the cache geocachkinglegend, and congratulations on your first hide!
It is so nice to have a new cache in my area and great to have new cachers around too. Congratulations on your first cache. I jumped in the geomobile and popped out this evening to make a find and walk the pooch, i have done both so successes all round.
I was surprised to see the log was soaked here, perhaps it needs a little more protection. Fortunately i was able to turn the page and sign it anyway. Thanks for the fun geocachkinglegend.

Thanks for getting a new container in place so quickly. We hope your first cache stays in play for a long time. Happy geocaching.
Thanks to Harrowang for telling me about the container and will be replaced with a new one soon.
The poor container is suffering from exposure to the elements and is in danger of falling apart already. SL at 11.21am #9913 Might be time for a more weatherproof container. TFTC geocachkinglegend
Quick pitstop while in this area to find this cache. I needed this calendar date for a challenge I'm working on.
Great Geocache!! I couldn't find it at first but then I looked high and low and it was in a tree as described. The coordinates were very accurate. TFTC!!!!!!

Well that was interesting. We have never signed an old new cache before with an old log book. Recycling at its best I guess. Thank you for the cache and find.
