On a trip to Ky on a maintenance run, and took advantage of finding this cache whilst in the area. Thanks for the puzzle and for placing the cache here The Blind Side
8 October 2024 4:00pmWhile Mrs P visited the local op-shops I waited in the car with the Geodaughter and set about solving this puzzle. Needing a "score" to boost our percentage coming into finals, I kicked a big bag which also gave us the 4 points we needed for this Round. Happy with the win but this team is not getting to far ahead of itself, taking it one cache at a time. Thx to all the supporters and sponsors... ok that's enough bad cliches, well, one more, TFTC!
A nice little puzzle i solved last night in preparation for my visit to the town. I stopped here for a bite to eat before finding the cache, great spot. My old tree fishing rig was not really very functional and i cant fit it in my new-to-me vehicle, so i have been trying to work out a new rig. All my ideas are again too long to fit in the vehicle so i decided to get roof racks, a pair came up online in Kyabram, what an excellent excuse for a day out caching. Garry Lyon is find number 4,005 for me. A fun micro sized mystery cache I enjoyed finding as one of my caching adventures in Campaspe Shire. I am logging this one on Friday 13 Sept 2024 at 12:21 pm and the weather is Clear Sky 18C 50% 4 m/s . Thanks for placing this cache for the rest of us to enjoy The Blind Side.*Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Heading to Tatura on the Victorian Cache Crawl we called in here to finalise this long solved puzzle. Our last trip to Shep and Tatura we were able to pick up all our other solved puzzles bar 1 DNF but this one in Kyabram was just a bit too far on our radar. Today was a perfect sunny day as we passed through and after a short search the cache was in hand. Thanks The Blind Side for the mystery placement.
Go Gary. I remember the stretcher incident in slo mo. A fun find on the The Great Victorian Cache Crawl - a cache and event filled weekend!!Thanks The Blind Side and clear skies from TeamAstro. **Day 2, Great Victorian Cache Crawl 2024 (GVCC)**Being a lay Melbourne supporter, I guess I had to solve this one (done ages ago) and now come and find it. Travelling with [@JonnyGoldcoast](https://coord.info/PRWPD2W), CeeJayDenno and PrezDough, we pulled up at GZ and spied a would-be muggle at the nearby picnic table. Luckily it turned out to be a Triton, who gave excellent intel for us to make the quick find. Priceless! Thanks The Blind Side for this informative puzzle and sneaky hide. Go Dees!
Day 2 of the very enjoyable cache crawl and back to a 2 person team we are now heading south picking up what ever comes by.Knowing that we were heading this way we decided to do a bit of research before we left and came up with a set of co-ords for this one that we were hoping to try today. We pulled up here with Papi4506 and Geoturtle37 and even with this many eyes looking it took us awhile to locate the sneaky hide and we have to say that we are glad the area wasn't in full bloom. We added our names to the log before returning everything as it was, many thanks for the puzzle and the hide.
Well I cant say I did all the work here solving the puzzle, however I had a big hand in finding the cache.PrezDough, LTEC and Jonny GoldCoast came for the ride.A nice log and some new scribble to add to it.Thanks for this one.I visited 3 TB.TFTC.
Took a bit to find as werent sure if we were on the right side of the fence but soon the prize was found and log quickly signed Enjoying a weekend on the Great Victorian cache Crawl. My second one of hopefully many more. Thanks The Blind Side for showcasing this area and contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy. Happy trails!
A mini road trip with sasieold55 for a few days, good opportunity to pick up some caches as well.TFTC
Day 60 of our greynomad trip up north and after a the JLWEvents, a tour of Maralinga and caching to claim LGAs in the Eyre Peninsula, we finally escaped the southern weather that has been wet and windy. Not sure that we are acclimatised to the northern heat yet as we are feeling it by early afternoon, but out sightseeing and caching in the morning.
Now we pop up back home in Echuca as we have some important family and personal issues to deal with prior to returning to Darwin. We were so glad to have a few "local" caches being published, otherwise our streak would have collapsed with the need to drive so far from home for the next unfound cache.
Solved this one soon after publication and thankfully we were on the right side to get this without being muggled today.

Enjoyed the straight forward puzzle. Had to make the find while in town. Took longer to find than it should have and it was bloody cold.
Thanks for placing one here.

Heard of the saying “kill 2 birds with 1 stone”, well in this case it was 3 birds. Needed to pick up a parcel in Ky, take my daughter for a drive on her L’s and find a cache.
I was on the couch watching my team dominate in the footy when I was reminded about this cache. Puzzle’s definitely aren’t my forte but this one looked solvable.
After solving the puzzle we set off for a nice afternoon drive.
It wasn’t I that found the cache, it was my girl. I was too busy with my head stuck where it shouldn’t have been.
Thanks for the story about Garry Lyon, he certainly was an amazing athlete.
I’m enjoying (since being back in Aussie) learning more about this great sport.. I know a very knowledgeable person you see

Now off to Nathalia to get the hours up.

As my partner said....... Joint {FTF} on a very wet Sunday.
To reiterate, we were out caching on the other side of the state yesterday when the notification for this cache came through.
As we were driving home in the dead of the night, I asked dalerious to see if anyone had gone out to grab it while we were away.
Someone did indeed have a go, but the elusive cache was just too hard to see at that hour .
We also were considering continuing our drive further, and take a look ourselves, but decided against it in the end, opting for a coffee and a warm bed after a long but awesome day .
Thank you The Blind Side for providing this Mystery, and may they keep on coming.
I am not a staunch AFL follower, but I am enjoying these Mysteries about the players. You have a comprehensive knowledge of the game. Unlike my partner, I say go the CATS!

Joint [FTF] with catnap777 @10:48am.
We had the advantage of kind of knowing what to do to solve this puzzle fairly easily having recently found one rather similar.
We just had to get home from Lake William Hovell before we could really work on it.
That was about 11:00pm last night.
Found after walking up and down a bit in light but steady rain and returned clean and dry with the first couple of spots on the new logsheet now filled in.
TFTC TheBlindSide and thanks for another great puzzle. Go Bombers.

Solved quiet quickly & decided to go for the dash! Well wasn’t I wrong to cache at night! Searched for a good 45 minutes but nothing stood out to me. Battling the vine branches & prickles, geo son & myself decided to leave being defeated by this elusive little cache! We will be back! TFTC!
