Logs
While in the area, I decided to look for this one which is new since I was last here. I arrived at gz, and guessed where the cache would be but there was a lot of debris high under the bridge and I was worried that it may have been washed away. But after a bit of poking, I saw the cache and I could reach it easily. Logbook signed and replaced as found. It was slightly wet inside the container but the logbook was fine in the plastic bag. Only one person went past as I was peering under the bridge! Tftc
After finding the other cache nearby, I headed to this one. I have been in the general area of this cache a number of times while doing maintenance on my cache "chains of..", But I have never ventured down this path before.I checked for muggles before disappearing to search. Luckily, I spotted the cache and, after relocating, I soon had the cache in hand.TFTC FlossyDM
Looked way too long in the wrong spot but after a good hint it didnt take too long:) Tftc!
After previous failed attempts, I spotted it straight away on today's visit. Thanks for the cache FlossyDM
Nice quick find for me today. I had to be stealthy as a few muggles passed by while I was trying to retrieve the cache and sign the log. It’s a busy place even in the middle of the day. I guess because it’s such a lovely place to walk. Thanks for the cache FlossyDM!
Tftc! Nice afternoon out with the kids fighting over who gets to be the retriever
Back for another shot. I could hear schoolkids yelling somewhere nearby but hopefully it didn’t mean they were marching towards me.
Interpreting the hint, I went here and then there without success. At last, even though I wasn’t dressed well for the exercise, I made some radical moves, not too easy for my long and aging frame, but almost immediately found the cache, so there you go.
I always wonder how to interpret the Terrain rating because in one sense, it didn’t take long to get there, but on the other hand, it took a fair amount of exertion!
Anyway, the cache is in perfect condition so TFTC in a very pleasant spot.

Just been back to check up on this one. It's still in place. The camo and extra tricky hide has stopped the muggles. Hopefully for good.
I saw this had been replaced and came back for another look but still couldn't find it.
Cache replaced. Container camo painted and hidden a little better.
Fingers crossed this one lasts.

Well that was short lived. Disappeared completely. Muggles no doubt. But not just strewn in the bush like you normally see. Totally gone will disable until I can remake.
Muggle taken aadly, need to go home and make up a new cache. Should have supplies so can replace on a day or 2.
And a DNF from me. I enjoyed the serenity until muggles started showing up unannounced so I decided to split. Perhaps a Hint could be added?

Needing a cache for the day, this brand new hide close to home seemed ideal…
A bit of a detour on the way to work and here I am…
My map and Geepers wanted me much further into the foliage, but common sense eventually prevailed and I investigated one of the cache’s favourite spots… I was about 10m from GZ and on the opposite side of the waterway when I had the container in my hands…
Thanks FlossyDM

*FTF* 9:05. Nice little hide. We used to live down the road. Our first find was up the hill and around the corner. Just a heads up that water goes over the bridge in heavy rain, so a tether is a good idea before summer .I left the TB for someone who geocaches more frequently than me. Thanks for the hide
