Another quiet road so we decided to see if we could find a few more of the hides along here. I found this one quickly with the good hint and then continued a bit further along the road. Thanks Morgo the geoDomsky
Trying to get an AdLab and geocache everyday of our outing. This one was my today find. A nice easy one.Wish Mr dimor was the cacher and not me, he got to sit in the airconned car while I braved the 150m+ return walk to the cache in 43 degree coolness (hasnt hit the 45 max yet) at 11.30amTFTC
Out and about again, massive day out starting super early and doing some wheatbelt caches then heading to Southern Cross. Stopped for some food at the roadhouse and then continued to Kal and Kambalda, then back to Marvel Loch to catch up with the Aurora Ranges posse.Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today. Thanks to all the COs for the hides I found.********** ********** ********** ********** ********** **********OZMEGA2024 OZMEGA2024 OZMEGA2024 OZMEGA2024 OZMEGA2024 OZMEGA2024********** ********** ********** ********** ********** **********Head over to Australian Capital Territory for Capital GeoBash MEGA - Canberras first ever Mega Event. Out this way for a work trip and made the most of the afternoon / night by knocking off ontime and venturing out to Kambalda. I managed a few first to finds that were in the area and then managed to clean up the rest of the caches on offer. Thanks to to CO who seems to always manage to have something new come out in the area for my next trip every 6/9 months.
After spending a few days in Gawler it was time for to drive my mums (well my car now) from Gawler back to Perth. This was day four travelling from Norseman to Coolgardie via Kalgoorlie on a 5 day 3,100km adventure. There are hundreds of signs saying do not drive tired so geocaching helped with that.I trucked on across the beautiful scenery grabbing many caches. After 3 incidents the day before, 800km and 13hrs on the road my third incident was the motel had booked me on the wrong night. Thankfully i was able to get the last room at the pub at about 1930. Grabbed a pizza and a couple of drinks and up to my room.It was a nice cool beautiful morning and i knew i only had about 250 kms driving so i was happy especially after the day before.I grabbed the caches around Norsemen, did some sightseeing and then headed north to Kambalda. This cache was very quick to find. Thanks for the cache Morgo the geo
Venturing to Kal to cleanup a good cross section of caches that have been on the radar for a while, namely along the golden quest discovery trail and around Kambalda. A great time was had and thanks to the local COs for the caches.

Travelling with iluvtrekking up the WA coast to Darwin, down the Centre and in the Flinders. After spending some time in Peterbough, Minlaton, Moonta,Whyalla and Wudinna we are now headed home. Unexpected overnight stay in Kambalda due to being stuck behind a burning semi for four hours between Norseman and Widgiemooltha. Up early this morning to grab the local hides before doing the same in Kalgoorlie. Thanks Morgo
Travelling with richlink from Perth to Darwin up along the west coast and home again through the centre and the Nullarbor. We are on the home stretch now and picking up a few stragglers along our route, and this was one of the stragglers. TFTC.
Full time Nomads since March 2014, in WA to visit family.
Having been in Perth to visit family our stay has come to an end and we are on our way to Broken Hill for the Mundi Mundi Bash. Today we moved our caravan from Kalgoorlie to Kambalda. Set up in the RV camp then headed on out to attempt the local caches. We found this one in good order today.

Found during three weeks away with e.gregory1 on a trip along WA's Great Central Road and a caching circuit of the WA Goldfields. We travelled North on the Stuart Highway and out to Kings Canyon to Uluru and Kata Tjuta. From there we headed in a south-westerly direction along the Great Central Road with a number of detours along the way, including Surveyor Generals Corner and Empress Spring. Then it was down to Laverton and Leonora before turning South to Menzies and Kalgoorlie. A few days were spent on a circuit back up to Lake Carey and around to Queen Victoria Spring before returning to Kalgoorlie, then out to Coolgardie, Kambalda and Norseman, and heading for home along the Eyre Highway. The WA Goldfields is a fascinating region of incredible scenery and history that we experienced over a number of days while touring the area. Today we spent a few hours around Kalgoorlie, attended the event in town, travelled out to Coolardie, then started on our long trip eastwards towards home, finding caches along the way and camping out each night. Thanks for the cache Morgo the geo!
Found on another enjoyable trip with FeatherWaite over 3-weeks through South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia. This time the plan was to head up to Kings Canyon, across to the WA border via Uluru and Kata-Tjuta, then down the Great Central Road, with a few side-trips along the way before eventually getting to the Goldfields and then home via Queen Victoria Springs and the Eyre Highway.
We had some mixed weather to start, with a few overnight showers initially, but mostly warm and sunny days. Some of the nights were often cold though!
The cache was a quick find and is in good order.
Thanks Morgo the geo for the cache.
