Logs
Found. Missing the lid and the log has seen better days. In need of maintenance.
A trip to Brisbane for work gave me a bit of time for caching as well. Always great to visit Brisbane and to explore the area using caching as a guide. Found this cache on 27 October 2024 at9:32AM Thank you Pprime (P`) for placing and maintaining this cache for everyone to find. Tftc
Found it relatively easy ! Lid of the cache has come off and found the log on the ground. Needs a maintenance or new cache with new paper
TFTC smile20606 Out and about on a Sunny day grabing a cache to try and keep a challenge going signed as GS1947 on small logs now I been here also smd it needs a new log pleaseThank you Pprime (P`) for placing this cache for our enjoyment
Next, CuriousQuest and I made our way to this cache. A quick find was made and our names added to the log. With everything returned as found, we continued on our way. TFTC
Out and about with Selva Girls today. A quick look and the cache was in hand. Log was signed and replace as found. TFTC
No Ive never seen or noticed this place before either. The log is full so Ive signed sideways. With the log signed and the cache returned as found I was again on my way. TFTC
I haven't seen this place before and I probably won't see it again although that may change if we come back to visit the nearby market place where the wife visited while I hunted for the cache.Found it quickly.TFTC Pprime (P`)
I can agree with you that I haven't seen this place either and it was nice in the sunshine here. Signed the log and returned to where I found it. Thanks Pprime (P). All good with this cache.
Found a very convenient parking spot and made our way to GZ for a quick find. TFTC
Caching between the CITO and the event on the Northside.Nah! Not been here.Caching with RoddyC Snickersallan and Imbunda.TFTCache Pprime (P`)
Out northside after one event and before another.Nope, neither have we.Log signed and cache replaced as found at 3:22 PM on April 30, 2024. TFTC, Pprime (P`).
Enjoying another adventure out caching with geo friends and picking up a few selective caches here and there on a beautiful autumn day.Thank you, Pprime (P`), for yet another good hide and a quick find for us
Early start to the day, CITO, caching and an Event. Today was spent with RoddyC, Hatzofff and Snickersallen. This was a straight forward find, easy. Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC
I headed out in the geo-car for a few caches today with Duppers.Decided to hit a few around Nundah.I found your cache, Never seen this place before today. This is my 2708 find. While grabbing a few AdLabs in the area, I thought Id grab this one too.Signed as ShaDup. Pprime (P`), TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
How many times have I been past this location? In fact, how many people drive nearby each day? And yes, I never realised there was a green laneway here. Shazzar66 was on a mission to find a pile of Ad Labs this afternoon. We try to get together once a week after work, for an hour or two of caching, and this afternoon I didnt expect to find any physical caches, but in order to grab a nearby Ad Lab waypoint, we parked nearby and walked through this spot to get to the waypoint. Shazzar66 mentioned that there was a cache nearby, and it was quickly and easily spotted,Thanks, Pprime, for the cache.
We travel past this lane way on our way to our sons place at Virginia heeps of times. Had no idea the lane was here. Parked in back street and made our way to G.Z. Signed and replaced as found. Merry Christmas to you all
Finally found it after searching at the wrong side of the fence. It felt so good to be able to go and start geocaching again after a very long time off because of school. Spent the day shopping at Vend and got some really cool thing like a 3D printed Dino. TFTC.
Found with Alice_Kelly great hide had lots of fun looking in VEND while we were here. TFTC
I have actually seen this place previously and have been known to consume coffee on more than one occasion very nearby to this location. After a little searching the cache was soon in hand.
On my way to pick up some golf clubs, when my phone told me that there was a cache nearby. The trick was to find safe parking but O did and then Spotto! All in good order. TFTC!
Taking some time to explore Prime's northside travel recommendations. Maybe with a heap of pizzazz, free grog, dancing girls and a DFO stop over, this tour may gain some legs. Up until the grog is supplied, suggest don't give up your day time job. Cheers Prime for placing this cache for others to see the northside is the place to be, not.
I don't reckon I'd be able to reach that from a wheelchair. Thanks for the cache Pprime (P`)
Ive been to Vend on the other side of the fence a few times but never ventured along this path. Very quick find. TFTC
Nup, I never knew about this place either. Though to be fair I've driven up Sandgate Rd a lot less than the average Northsider. I've certainly never been on Yarraman Pl before. Though, I recognise the name from the side of that seems-to-be-everywhere towing company's trucks.
This afternoon, I was nearby to catch the tail end of a conference. But once I left there, I checked the trusty geocaching map and noted these two prime offerings. A Saturday afternoon has surely got to be the best time to attempt in such a heavy industrial area. I navigated to the spot, got out of the car and swapped trousers for shorts, black shoes for joggers and swapped brain from serious to geocacher.
Of course I had the entire area to myself. And I pondered how busy it must get, given this Yarraman Place looks wide enough to replace a short section of the M1. I looked where my phone was pointing, and set off. It took me approximately 0.32 seconds to located the geocache once I was standing within five metres of GZ. I added my name and replaced as found at 17:00. Cool, done. Thanks for this smiley, Pprime

Contemplated running for this one when published and then went nah.
Out and about today. Nice quick find.

no way ... only lived here 35 years and didn't know this was here either
oh i wonder how many times i rode past and thought it was just part of the bigger building

Nice and easy this morning, now for a coffee before I head off for another one, thanks for the cache
I often park in Yarraman Place and use this lane when going to Vend. Very hand when you are coming from the north!
After Parkrun nearby, this is exactly what we did today... with a cheeky little cache after brekkie.
Thanks!

Many thanks for this. I'm intrigued by the factory next door. I did not know coffee testing was a thing
I have lived close to here for many years and have been to Vend a couple of times but never noticed this lane way. I rode my bike here after work and soon spotted this cache. Seems like it is a short cut for posties because just as I was putting it back one came through. The lid disintegrated when I took it off. I had a spare container around the same size so attached it to keep the log safe from the rain. Thanks for taking to a new place that i can use to cut through on my bike
As we had a 3 hours' time gap between the celebration of Grannysmith1947's 10th geocaching anniversary and our eldest son's 45th Birthday, we decided today to tackle caches in the Banyo/Virginia area.
We found this cache after checking both sides, and signed the log.

Patrol14 and I planned a day out and decided last minute to work our way through the northern burbs of Brisbane…
I ignored Renaldo’s & Patrol14’s pleas to u-turn and found much more convenient, if somewhat unconventional parking in the backstreet…
As mentioned by Nikid1 the lid is toast, but the log is still functional…
Thanks Pprime (P`)

Early morning start for a day of caching with Peppa on the northside. I had no list of caches but Peppa managed to find some we both haven't found.
Finding parking was harder than finding the cache. Made our way to Gz where we spotted the cache quickly. Log signed cache returned.

Went for a walk this morning from home. This is a place I have visited many many times. Both Vend and the lane way beside it.
Nice quick find here.
The lid for this is completely broken but the log is nice and dry.

Out for a few finds this morning. This place is a shortcut for the local postie, he turned up just as I spotted the cache.
The lid is broken and the log exposed to the element.
Thank you for hiding this cache

Quick find in a place i had never been before. The container may need to be replaced as the lid was brocken when I found it.
With some spare time today I made the most of it and grabbed a few caches in this area, I dragged along the geohound to get her out of the house.
After finding a nearby cache, I wandered over to find this one. With some people working nearby, I had to wait until the right time to swoop in and make the find.
Log signed, all replaced as found.
Thanks Prime (P') for the cache.

An evening drive saw us in the area so we dropped in to continue my finds streak. As one would expect at this hour, there was not a soul in the vicinity so we could search unimpeded. We were thankful for that as we came up empty handed in the area the GPS was pointing to. Deciding to extend our search area, we originally headed in the wrong direction before trying the correct direction. At the actual GZ, it was a nice easy find. Thanks Pprime (P`)
17/6/2023 Find #6166
After turning up to find Fangsoki sound asleep and snoring, I decided to take myself this afternoon for a couple of nearby caches. Of course Pprime’s new additions were of particular interest.
Having done them in the opposite order to his release, I headed to this one second, again grateful for my timings.
I did get slightly sidetracked viewing the car wrecks here but made my way down the sneaky little alley to make a quick find. Glad it was, as when I returned and grabbed a couple of photos of the wrecks and was heading back to the car, a couple of girls wandered through the alley in my direction. Cache integrity still safe!

I have been through here once before but not for this recently placed cache. Easy find. TFTC
Out for a walk trying to get back into my fitness. Thought I'd try to find this little one.......easy find. TYFC
This new cache is now the closest to home. I am making an earnest attempt to up my step count, improve my fitness and gather some weird GC souvenir that is on offer this month.
So upon getting home from work this afternoon, I grabbed some training gear and headed for this cache.
I managed to avoid Sandgate Rd and it's awful traffic and fumes until the last few hundred metres. Arriving at GZ just after dark, I was glad to see it was all quiet here. I made the quick find, whilst my annoying fitness app interrupted my playlist and taunted me with "Workout Paused" on repeat whilst I signed the log. Why can't it be programmed to say "Cache found" or something more useful in these circumstances?
Once done, I headed home. Another day, another 10k steps. Many thanks Pprime.

Pprime (P`) I found your cache Never seen this place before on 5/6/2023, 9:55 am. This is my find 5528 and find # 2 today. A quick and easy walk by. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Pprime had been telling me about an area he had never been before. So indeed it was time I checked said place out.
Yep - okay I have never been or seen this place before. Since taking ownership of a scooter, I have noted quite a few little sneaky ways to get around - and this is indeed one of them.
I made my way to a quiet GZ and soon spotted the prize. Surprise - it was in good condition
I signed the log and rehid the cache as found. I do love a stressless find - and something that shows me something new. TFTC Pprime

In a rare day off, I headed in a general north easterly direction cleaning up the area, and then onto some others further north. I had to get back to the airport by 3.30pm, so had almost 6 hours to enjoy the sunshine and find some caches. I had quite a few DNFs today, I did not have my usual mojo. I started on the wrong side of the fence. Much easier when on the correct side, of course.
Thanks for the cache Pprime, find #8526 at 9.37am

Out and about today to try and keep one of my challenges going along. My personal challenge hit a dark patch and will have to wait until this time next year before I can continue on. Having signed but not yet logged a challenge in Victoria, I thought maybe this one is possible for me to complete.
A multi a day for a year, I have a few gaps where I can plan my days, so I can fit in all my other activities, it’s possible. Having completed that ask over near Boondall I was heading back when I saw this new one had popped up. I drove around the fun crazy roundabout and stopped up the road a little from this spot. This used to be a caravan yard for Apollo caravans, Now it’s a huge coffee shop.
I wondered over to GZ and found the cache nicely tucked away, thanks for the hint. I signed the log and returned as found and then was on my way.

After spending the day working from home, it came time to venture out and get a bit of fresh air after being cooped up in side all day.
This cache was on todays radar and after parking the geowagon in an appropriate spot to make an assault on the prize I quickly arrived at ground zero.
It didn’t take long before the cache was located and the log extracted. The appropriate mark was made and everything returned to its rightful place.
A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.
Cheers

I got home from work just before 2pm to find T-Tech at his computer solving a puzzle. A little while later he mentioned this new cache still had no logs so should we go for the FTF? Uh, yep!
He opted to park on Sandgate Rd so it was a very short walk to GZ. Pretty quickly the cache was discovered and we claimed the [*FTF*] at 3.00pm. TFTC, Prime.
