I headed out after dinner to search for a few geocaches in this area. It was such a lovely evening, and I had the whole mountain to myself - well, except for the kangaroos, wallabies and ravens This was a quick and easy find at GZ, but I stopped to take photos of the sunset. Thanks for the hide, Tankengine! Giving this one a fave point.

Wow, what a way to start the day! Ive never climbed this particular hill before, but in doing so I found a nice place to appreciate the views of Canberra - the weather was beautiful and clear today so you could see so far from here!I climbed back up and over the peak again to get back after finding some caches on the other side, and I think I prefer going the way towards Erindale hahaCool container!

TFTC, an easy find today on a lovely, albeit hot, walk. Stopped at the trig and sat down for a while to admire the 360 degree views up here - wonderful.

Found on an early morning hike to the top of Mt Wanniassa. As I planned for the hike, and not the geocache, I didnt have a pen so I wont log as found but I can report the cache is in good condition. Spotted this familiar container from a mile away. Thanks Tankengine

Brilliant unobstructed views today, I haven't noticed how prominent the catholic church in Gowrie looks from this spot before! It just stands out in the skyline above all the houses, thought that was pretty cool!

Thanks for the cache Tankengine, great to hike up here again

Another day, another trig station.
It feels like the flowers and the wattle think it is spring already, and it was a glorious walk with blue sky above us.
The views from the top were lovely, and after finishing the nearby Adventure Lab, we came to find this one.

Thanks Tankengine

We stumbled across this one as we made our way up to the trig, a good hide thanks for the efforts. We forgot our pen.

Felt like a short walk this morning so concentrated on two recently put out caches that fitted the bill. Some nice scenery from here. TFTC.

Following this morning's event, I spent the day catching up on many of the newer caches published in the ACT recently. A lovely sunny day to be out and about. Cache easily found after a pleasant wander up the hill. Great views. TFTC.

Arrived in the dark after an interesting trek towards GZ .Plenty of kangaroos about as well.

The co ords were spot on and soon signed the FTF first line .
First time here . Got some nice pictures early as a bit of light arrived at 6.45 am.
Wonder why this didnt have a cache previous. Can only think an archived cache must of been here years ago.
A favourite tick for the wildlife, nice hike, and views in all directions.

Thanks to the train driver for the nice cache location.

A very valiant velo at velocity (but not quite vertically) with vip, vim, vigour and verve, vectoring with vigilance to GZ. Victory! Sadly, the view from Voniassa Views was very vapid, vivid, vapour - vanishing valley!

Vastly valued, virtuous Tankengine!
