Logs

06-Nov-24
Search and give up as I didn't want to hurt or accident myself.

A DNF for us today. TFTH.

01-Oct-24
Way overgrown with weeds and fallen branches to make a find today. Perhaps another day near autumn.

03-Jul-24
Found the three waypoints but the final was a needle in a haystack search... Guess that's why it's a 5D. Thanks anyway monkeywand.

01-Jul-24
Stage 3 is now back in play. Will look at moving locations if it disappears again.

01-Jul-24
Stage 3 back in play. Happy searching!

20-Jun-24
Having done the stages previously, I returned in the hope of logging the final. No joy so I redid the puzzle as much as I could. I found the teddy and the bone but the homeless person has their stuff and toilet debris around the next stage. I searched but couldnt find that stage. I went back to the final and some random digging ensued until I thankfully found the cache. Theres clothes hanging at Gz too. A man walked past along the track as I headed back to the carpark; Id forgotten how spooky this area could be. Thanks for the hide.

19-Jun-24
Disabling til I can check all the stages.

We had looked at this puzzle before we began our road trip some five weeks ago. It was on the list of challenges we were hoping to look at on our trip to the west. Its great to be here with warmer weather, and today was a perfect day for a walk. We arrived at our solved coordinates, only to discover there was more to be done. Dogs definitely keep you on your toes just like this puzzle did. We enjoyed our doggy day meander, beautifully themed from start to finish. We add a FP, and say a big thanks to monkeywand who chipped in when we thought we might be lost along the way. Domsky

I thought Id stop for another little look after dnfing here last year. Im petrified of the bush which doesnt help but really this is just too tricky a hide for me.

Upping the difficulty due to the final find.

31-Jan-24
Didn't spend too long searching here. GZ had clearly been searched thoroughly, the heat and likelihood of danger noodles had me walk away without the prize.

01-Jan-24
Almost an hour in scratchy dead bush looking for the fake poo. Eventually the heat got the better of me. Better luck to others.

01-Jan-24
No luck for us here today

Visiting from Brisbane with T-Tech. This one was solved before we left home, and the Certitude liked my numbers. Today we took the walk to GZ, but despite searching for a good 20 minutes, we came away without a smilie Sad

29-Aug-23
Solved this one last week with some assistance.

Headed out to GZ today to have a poke around with the pooch, looked for about 30mins. Despite the pooch turning up multiple sticks none of them contained a cache

Searched but couldn’t find it

29-Jul-23
Out and about again, avoid the rain and in and out quickly with some accurate coords. Not sure whether to touch but fear not it’s all good.

Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today

Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

Solving the puzzle was simple enough but locating the cache was harder work than we anticipated. TFTC monkeywand

A *FTF* with Cravo10 . I was up in the hills claiming another FTF , I had solved this one and just happened to have the geodog with me. So I thought good cover. Arrive at gz to find a car I knew and caught up with Cravo10 close by . We then completed the rest of the task.

Some logs signed as N2O.

This is my 11195find.
