Given, todays plans had been cancelled, I decided on having a look at what caches were available to find and discovered a CITO on over at Lake George (which is just north of Canberra). Well there you go, that is where Ill be heading today. I started the day off with Bfast at Yass Maccas. Afterwards, I headed off and tackled the next leg of the All7, Canberra Geocacher Power Trail. Then I had a number of options to decide on what to find next. After some consideration, I decided on finding the DSD caches along that road called Marked Tree Rd. This was a great choice because it ended up with a perfect timing for the arrival of the event. I pulled up at the event location at 11:28am which was two minutes before the official start of it. Like I said perfect timing. The event was great fun and lots of rubbish was collected up. It was also nice to have finally found the other caches there as well (2 ALs, a multi and a GCA trad). Once the event finished, I headed a little further south to get the new(ish) virtual cache and AL. Then it was time to head north again to Goulburn for lunch. I had a very nice lunch at Trappers. Then I headed off to find some more in the element series plus a couple of others that I was passing by. I also made one last quick find at about the halfway mark on the trip home. I ended the day with 2 DNFs and 46 finds . TB visit on all found caches. A big thanks to the CO for adding this cache to game for the Geocaching community to enjoy. TFTE & TFTCs! During lunch, I saw that this one has recently been checked/replaced and I decided on getting it off my DNF list. So after lunch, I headed straight to GZ of this one. Once at GZ a quick find was had. It certainly wasn't there last time. It is so nice to have it on my found list and off my DNF list. Now off to the next one.
For my last day off of my annual leave, I decided to head to Goulburn for the CITO. Of course I went and found other caches that have been on the to-find-list for far too long. I found 25 caches today which all had various different cache types, containers, hides and D/T ratings. I started off finding the caches along Lerida Rd before heading into Goulburn for a few more caches and of course the CITO. The CITO was great fun as well. I also enjoyed the catch up with everyone and spending a bit of time finding a few caches together. Most were easy finds but a few were a difficult to get in hand plus I also had one DNF. I enjoyed my day out and now time to head home. TB visit on all found caches. A big thanks to the CO for adding this cache to game for the Geocaching community to enjoy. TFTE & TFTCs! With three sets of eyes looking we unfortunately had to leave with a DNF, today.
In Goulburn for the lunchtime CITO with barb2e. It's a very cold day. Also picking up a choice selection of caches. Searched for a while qith JohnnoMawbs, but nothing here. TFTC

The first part of the day was a short journey over to Latham to get the newest cache there. I then spent a day doing things around the house until it was time to join Joolay and Kitty Katch for an afternoon drive to Goulburn to attends the events there and have dinner. Along the way we managed to find a few pole and tree caches that have been put out on some of the back roads behind Sutton. With a few spare minutes, we took a detour to this cache I DNFd a few weeks ago. Today, it was right there ready to be found. I wonder if I am that blind, or if something else was at play. Thanks for the cache sammybro1944785.6 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & July 2019 Children of Atargatis A#406**Albida**

*FTF* with fitzy_1965 on a chilly winters' night.
Well, we haven't done this for a long while! Had just sat down for dinner when the notification for published caches rung out. We both looked at each other, hurriedly ate dinner and raced out the door.
This one took us a little while in the dark but glad to make the find. We were fooled by the hint at some went back to our initial thoughts.
Thanks for the fun sammybro19.

32,181. Nice to grab a couple of First To Finds around Goulburn tonight.
We were just sitting down to dinner when the emails came in listing two new caches in Goulburn - Awesome. Hoovered dinner (yummy home made schnitzel), then headed out into the cold and wind to try for these new caches. This was the second one we tried, and after a few sweeps of the object searching by torchlight we looked at another spot, but then returned to the original and soon spotted the cache. Stamped the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off back home.
Thanks sammybro19 !!
