After seeing this one had been replaced a bit lower, I returned from Maleny via Bald Knob road into Peachester to have a look at this one. Sent the pole up, only to have it still half a metre short and still very reluctant to use the extension pole, in order to not loose the thumbnail I just regrew from a previous tree fishing accident. Thanks dickbev, I will return with an upgrade someday.

This was our last cache for the day. So smallwombat and myself headed towards the tree. Campari 59 headed different direction. Next thing she yells out "is this it?" Smallwombat and I were confused as we knew it was a tree fish, and smallwombat had the tool. But...she was correct. Tree had come down in weather. Easiest tree fish for us e v e r. Signed log, and returned to next closest tree. Tftc

After having a lovely piknik in the park across the road, I grabbed my squid pole and we all crossed the busy road and ambled up the bike path towards this semi hidden park.I would've guessed it to be someone's yard if passing by in the car, of course by strolling right into the park via the newish looking entrance and garden it was clearly a public space.Campari59 was all over this, calling out is this it holding it up while I had eyes trained skyward. Well I'll be.It appears the entire tree has crash downed bringing with it the cache! Easiest 4.5 difficulty I've ever come across. Put it back up in the pine nearby, which i now see has already been rectified.Go you guys, you legends. Thanks dickbev for showing us this funky little park in pretty peachester, and the fastest tree fish e v e r.

We spotted this cache in Peachester and its the only cache in town we havent found so we wanted to clear it from our map.We parked on the main road and made our way towards GZ. There was some sort of works going on in the vicinity so we had to give them a wide birth. After a short stroll through the long grass we arrived at GZ and spotted our target, hmm, that looks awfully high, I doubt our pole will reach, and sure enough, it didnt, damn these high tree fishing caches, or is it damn us for having a short pole? Thankfully the CO let us claim the find later in the day. Thank you very much. Thanks for bringing us here.#4385 - TFTC

The rain had really set in by the time that I decided to attempt this one, but it was a tantalisingly good D-T to ignore. With TOTT in hand, I set out down the hill, and towards the bottom area, the ground became a little swampy and wet, but nothing concerning with my hiking shoes on. It didn't take long to locate the cache, and then the real difficult part commenced: the retrieval. My TOTT was just long enough, but it needed me to balance the TOTT with one hand, and stand on tippy toes to reach (an inch higher, and I would have missed it). It was a tough grab at the best of times, and even tougher in the rain, but eventually, I got it down. I did have a failed TOTT retraction that squashed one of my fingers, and I only noticed the damage when I saw my thumb bleeding, so that red stuff on the logbook page was, unfortunately, me (nothing too severe) - so apologies. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Having rested my arms during the logbook signing, it was then time to place the cache back, and after another five minutes of balancing and delicate positioning, the cache was back on its perch and ready for its next visitors! Thanks [dickbev](https://coord.info/PRA3Z4H) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. An interesting and tough challenge!----------This morning, it was an early start and attended the [Views from Mount Coochin](https://coord.info/GCANX2W) event in the Glass House Mountains. Mount Coochin was a minor twin peak that hadn't been on my radar before today, and it was a great yet short loop walk. After grabbing a few geocaches nearby in Beerwah, I utilised the short dry weather window before forecasted rain to geocache west to Peachester, where I had an early lunch. When inclement weather set in, I decided to make my way home via Beerwah, and then south via the Glass House Mountains.

I embarked on an exciting geocaching adventure today and stumbled upon the Tree Fishing Cache! It was a beautiful day with clear skies and a cool breeze. After carefully following the coordinates, I arrived at the designated location and began my search.

The cache was cleverly hidden among the branches of a tall tree, camouflaged to blend in with the surrounding foliage. With a bit of patience and a keen eye, I managed to spot the cache container dangling from a sturdy branch. It was securely attached to a loop.

After retrieving the cache, using two TOTTs I carefully opened it.

I signed the logbook with my geocaching username, date. I also met another geocacher and she also signed the log. It's always exciting to leave your mark and be a part of the geocaching community. After returning the cache to its original hiding spot, I made sure it was secure and well-concealed for future finders.

This Tree Fishing Cache was an excellent hide, challenging yet rewarding. It brought me closer to nature and allowed me to appreciate the beauty of the surrounding area. Thank you to the cache owner for creating such a fantastic geocaching experience!

Found this cache with the help of Dora the explorer. We crashed the cache and got some great pointers on what to look for and what we need to become serious caches! Thanks for the help Dora ️

We parked quite close to GZ and with the good coords spotted the cache a long way up. With maximum reach the pole got it down and we signed the log. The cache was then put back up to the lofty heights. Thanks dickbev for the challenge here. Fav from us!
