We headed out nice and early to grab a few caches on a sunny Sunday morning. This one was on the list for today. Cheers and TFTC.Gday there Paskersfind, we were in this area today and found your cache PF Checkmate - Knight GCAAGDC. Our name was added to the log book at 8:21AM on 10 November 2024. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!We took up Geocaching on 3 March 2013 and this cache brings our total find count to - 15146.
The GPS had me at the wrong option but after expanding my search I found the cache. There were lots of non geocachers and their dogs. The dogs kept saying hello so I had to pat a few of them. The dog owners would not let me pat them though. Fair enough I guess. This is the suburb I grew up in. My sister used to live about 100m away from here. Thanks for the trip down memory lane
Had to kill a few hours whilst the car was in the garage. What better way to spend it.... caching. TFTC
I have had WAGB, and caching in WA, on my todo list for some time. I contemplated booking in earlier in the year but couldnt commit. Two weeks ago I decided I might just be able to make it work. So a mad scramble began. Last minute flights, accommodation and cache plans - tick, tick, tick! Fast forward a couple of crazy weeks and Ive finally landed. Today I finally get to add the last Australian souvenir to my collection, WA! Having got up at 4am to catch a flight (2am WA time) it was a very long day, but super rewarding and superb weather. This is one of the first WA caches added to my find list. The fence initially got in the way of this one, but I was fortunate to approach on the right angle and spotted the cache quickly. Phew!A big thanks goes to Paskersfind for taking the time to add PF Checkmate - Knight to the geocaching map for us all to find and enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Wow! The fun just never stops.Have you logged your will attend for Victoria's first ever Block Party? (Think Mega but even more special!)Join us on 22-23 March 2025 in Sunbury to celebrate 25 years of geocaching by logging your will attend at [**GCAP417**](https://coord.info/GCAP417).
Patch was keen to get out this morning and try to reduce the pain of our Zero Percent Monday. Pleased to say that this weeeee baby was found and our sulking lessened. Thanks PF, alls perfect here.
Perfectly placed out on a limb. There were a few muggles in the park but everyone was absorbed in their own business. Cache was an easy tyrosine without anyone noticingTFTC
I was here two weeks ago but there was a sports event and couldn’t conduct a search. Took a bit of time to find this cache since it is so small. TFTC
I hate knights. I’ll gladly sacrifice one for either an opponent’s knight, bishop or castle. Not sure whether it’s the strange movements they do or what but I never find them helpful compared to the other pieces on offer. Thanks for the hide.
A beautiful winters afternoon to get out and do some caching.
Last one in this series so putting a well deserved FP here.
TFTC Paskersfind this is find #15492 for us.

Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
(I’m not a geologist I just like puns)
Caching with the geoson around the local area to collect a few more finds. Thanks for placing.
Parked right at GZ but had to walk around the corner to the gate to get in the last few meters.
ICN on a bit of a streak here picking up the find hat trick after a few minutes.

A few caches popped up shortly after dinner and so I decided to grit and bear the freezing cold weather to have a crack. Met Chwiliwr at the first cache and cached our way through the traditional caches, which ended up being good because some were rather tricky.
Quick find once we read the description. Surprised it was so, given how small it was. Joint *FTF* Cheers Paskersfind!

Out and about again, legs not working too well after doing an ultra and a heap of new caches released. Some were a little hard to spot but got a oh yeah when found.
Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day.
Thanks to PF for the hides I found.
