My first cache! Left a little something spooky as halloween is coming up. I was worried I wouldn't find it but I did! Woo! Lol

Saw it from afar. Nearby schoolgirl muggle looked briefly but more interested in her screen. T4TC:-)

Finally, I got time to check up on this cache, added some new SWAG into it and took all the trash out!

With a free Sunday and a need to do my fair share of fuelling the rocket for our alien friends, I decided to use the morning to try and get 20 quick caches. Luckily I have only recently moved to the north side so there were plenty of suburbs to choose from. Today I chose Narangba. Lots of park and grabs. Lots of little walks. A successful morning. Nice little place to sit tucked away in suburbia.

Out and about today to collect some caches for some challenges and for a special challenge I have set for myself. I had just the one cache in mind and it was going to be after my appointment. I was driving up when the sound of new caches went off. Oh one is not far from where I was heading. I had enough time to go before my appointment so I did. I found that one and then made the quick drive by and find at this one. I found the cache nicely tucked away. I signed the log and replaced the cache as found, thanks for the hide.

8/11/2023 Find #6688Since getting back from New Zealand things on the caching scene have been rather slow (read non-existent). Today however, with Crew153 on board, it was time to change that and get out for some finds. Once I finished acupuncture first that is. This was first stop. Over we headed and Crew153 made the find quickly, handing me the cache for signing duties. Heading back to the car we noticed where the camo came from. Thanks for the cache murderousmushroomgem.

I had to pick up one of the kiddies from work, which meant I could finally grab this cache, I was tempted to grab the FTF when it was published but we were preoccupied with some plumbing issues and couldn't leave the house. Thanks!

I left home a little early so I could swoop by to take a look. Once there I had the entire park to myself, I moved in for the kill and after a quick search the cache was in hand.

First to find after finishing nightshift; had been checking my phone all night to see it was still up for grabs! Nice quick find quite close to home as an added bonus. It was nice to see that the log was empty for a change. Thanks for putting this one out there. TFTC

You just have to love a south east Queensland winter, whilst the mornings can be cool the days are often bright and pleasing and a trip out into the nearby country side to hint caches is a lovely way to spend a morning.

After finding an appropriate spot to park the geowagon, I walked over to collect the prize. It was soon found, log extracted and signature added before returning safely for the next cacher to find.

Very pleased to be able to turn this cache into a yellow smilie and off of search of my next adventure.

A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.

It was quite some time ago that we had been driving on this side of the railway.

We approached the nice little park and started to look for mushrooms. Not murderous ones, we were more interested in the box where they grow.

We found the box, signed the log and survived unhurt.
