A fun find on the way back to the car after a delightful walk in the park. Log was a bit damp

With rebel98 on way home via the Bullock track after a high tea in the city.Pouring with rain, container filled with water, but log dry, easy sign. Stood up the cache in the cor.ner.Thanks for the hide, umbrella day

Found - Mrs McMike2012 & I live full-time in our caravan travelling around NZ, visiting the places we want to visit & doing the things we want to do and fitting in a bit of Geocaching here & there currently staying in South Auckland for a few days we had been out for a drive & on the way home we made a special stop to grab this cache as we needed it to complete our days of the year date hidden grid this was in fact the 366th day & the last one required cache was easily found albeit the area was wet & muddy after persistent rain today more than pleased to add this 'smiley face' to the tally TFTC ... TN:LN:LS #5,570 for Us!

A quick walk down budock hill to the cache. Glad it's not too far down, being that we now have to walk back up! Tftc!

Nice quick find here. Coords about 13m out but i just followed the hint. A lot of tagging around here [TFTC]

M25: tip: this cache relies on hint and not GPS, as the coords are way off. Yeah, I fell for it too. Apart from that it was a nice and easy find, log all good and signed here. TFTC.

Searched for a while & then read some logs & soon found the cache.

After searching for a while with no luck, looked at previous logs, then soon had cache in hand. Tftc

Went off the path a bit following the gps and thought "this isn't right". Then thought about the hint and soon located the cache. Cheers!

Quick cache before it became dark. Tftc

Out and about running a few errands today. One errand was out in this general direction, so I decided to add a spot of geocaching to my agenda for the day. This was my first stop. I parked up on Old Mill Road and made the short walk to the trail head. I descended the steps and made my way over to ground zero. It wasn't raining when I left home, but a light but persistent rain seems to have settled in. The trees in this reserve meant the rain didn't prove to be much of a bother. The cache was in the first spot I looked...except I didn't look hard enough and missed it. Tried a second spot before returning to the first. This time I detected the container and completed the find. Cheers for the cache placement!

Yes, no problem today. Fitted in nicely with a memorial service I was going to nearby. Tftc.

Coordinates were a fair bit off for me but hint made it a quick find. Thanks for the placement!

I just felt like having a nice evening walk so I wandered over here after getting off the bus from work. Worth noting that access from Western Springs is blocked off by the Central Interceptor works, but if you enter from Bullock Track you'll be fine Nice and easy with the hint, phone had me 17 meters out, but a quick find regardless before streetmapping my way home.

Made the mistake of following the gps, which was miles out. Hint led me straight to cache...cheers V

A quick find in the first place checked despite co-ords showing me I was still 12m away

My cache for the day. I had met up with merlot at one of my caches along the cycleway, I knew she was heading there so gave her a surprise by showing up there, then we shot off to another of my caches that was disabled, I replaced my cache and she signed in on the new paper, that sorted I thought I was heading to Hakanoa Reserve for a cache, merlot couldn't find it, but silly me headed here instead thinking for some reason THIS was Hakanoa Reserve, don't know how I mucked that up...lol. Poor merlot wondered what was happening but followed me here anyway...lol. She had been here just before me this morning, so has visited twice in just a few hours.

Anyway the find was an easy one, hint got me there, and off course the previous finder was also here, so now of to the real Hakanoa Reserve to see if we can find that one. Thank you for the cache and your second hide.

We managed to get parking at the top of the hill on Old Mill Road, and after a short walk down the stairs found our way to gz. Originally, we were overthinking this hide, but then we had another look and there was the cache - exactly where the hint says!

Years ago there was an evilno9 cache in the bushy area near here....which he archived after a while.

GPS bounced around a fair bit finally found!!!

Found with kiwitrecker1, a few slips and slides whilst trying to locate it - very fun. Cache had a fair amount of water in it, drained that - log perfectly fine. Thanks for creating this one!
