SideTracked find 330I did a bit of wandering from tree to tree until I spotted the cache. Coordinates are fine; my Garmin showed 2m at GZ. Cache and log are good. Thank you for another SideTracked cache TeamIrawan.
Chewbacca72 and I are traveling during 4 months through Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. A few caches that are on our way should not be missing. This cache is one of them. Many thanks to TeamIrawan for hiding and the interesting information. Best regards, searchersab
No use waiting for a train here,so I busied meself finding this cache Me GPS was right on track, figuratively speaking, and there were smilies all round TFTC.
First cache for Pinnaroo, almost missed it, thanks for bringing me here. Just staying a couple of days Cheers
Sir_Spectre and I went for a long weekend over to Victoria, we hosted some events and CITO's and was really impressed by all the people that made the effort to join us. Any caches that needed attention got it, with many log books being replaced or extras sheets added as needed. Thanks to all who placed and maintained caches for us to find
Re-clearing out Pinnaroo again. Quick find. I wasn't side tracked at all. Found with Mogni. The plan this October Long Weekend was to head over to Victoria and host 3 CITO's plus host my first geocaching event, also increase my finds to 20 in at least 5 victorian LGA's. Given that we were caching in the country alot of km's were travelled. The weather was raining on and off all saturday including the night time but by luck all 3 events that day were dry. The first CITO ( and the cache of the trip ) was in Kaniva at the wetlands, the next in CITO was in Dimboola at one of the rest areas, and placing a future challenage cache then slowly making our way to wycheproof canavan park which was our accomadation for the weekend and then up to Mount Wycheproof ( the smallest registered mountain in Australia - at 43metres tall ) for my coffee and sunset event. Sunday started off with a early 630 am CITO in the Mount Wycheproof wetlands reserve ( sorry i did forget about daylight savings when i made the time for the event but it was a dawn and light still ). Now off to swan hill ( which is my least favorite LGA to cache in ) and then a few more LGA's and back to the tent in the dark well past dinner. Then it was slowly heading home via the silo arts works along the way and walpuep and then over the border to pinaroo and home. We went through over a milk crate of spare containers and got 2 and 1/4 garage bags of cans and bottles. Any caches that were found broken/cracked/etc were replaced and any full log books were replaced.
Found by The Empire + HAs we continued our journey, we made a quick stop in Pinnaroo for fuel. The small, quiet town greeted us with wide, open streets and the familiar sight of grain silos in the distance. We filled up the tank at the local station, taking a brief moment to stretch our legs and grab a snack before getting back on the road. A quick find, another SideTracked cache off the list! Thanks for the cache TeamIrawan.-M
Had a stop for lunch, and toilet break, also there is a Sidetracked cache nearby, so took a few minutes to locate, Thanks TeamIrawan, cache is in good condition
Nice easy find. Log is wet, placed a W.I.R. pad in there. Thanks for bringing me to this little spot.
Find # 15868Been a while since I've been out solo for a long trip. But things change over time. And I'm living the past.So with some time off work, I've jumped the border wall to chase down some long trails in South Aussie... don't know how many I'll get. But I've got quite a few downloaded. I do have a short hit list ( of 2) caches to help with a challenge. All others are just for the Adventure and countryside views. Armed with all the necessary TOTT from tweezers and magnet grab to 6m ladder and 8m fishing pole. I believe I'm prepared for all that I'll come across. (Just had to leave the Kayak at home )Day 6. Lameroo to ?, well aiming for Naracoorte. With the big days n trails n short distances behind me. Today's plan is to just follow the icons. Make a few grabs around the Lameroo and Pinnaroo area before making my way down south. TFTC TeamIrawan
A few people out walking and riding even though the afternoon has turned 'freezing' (the word of a local).. all of them over 60 which must mean something but I don't know what. We continued our caching walk which brought us here. Quick find! TFTC TeamIrawan.
Staying at the RV overnight & just had a delicious lunch at the Golden Grain hotel, followed by a gentle stroll to find this cache. Now back to the motorhome to warm up. TFTC
On the third day of our current mainland visit, we drove from Nhill to Tailem Bend. Along the way, we made our way to Pinnaroo then Lameroo to look the caches that have been published since our last visit, including those that were published for the June Long Weekend End. At times the weather was good but in between, there were periods of heavy showers accompanied by very cold winds. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache was in good condition but the log was damp - it is still usable. Thanks TeamIrawan for the cache.
Away for a couple of days with Featherwaite as we try to clean up around Lameroo after the JLWE.We achieved our goal without any dnfs. All caches were in good order unless mentioned.TFTC
Found this cache whilst on our two month adventure throughout central Australia and remote parts of WA.A nice easy find as I walked through the tree line. Thanks to all the COs for adding to our adventure. TFTC
A bit of a late log here. We headed to Lameroo for the JLWE events and picked up caches on the way there, while there and on our return trip. What a great weekend it was. This was my first JLWE and hopefully I will be able to attend another one as we had so much fun.
Day 6 of my holidays today I left Lameroo after the amazing weekend at the event and made my way into Victoria. I managed to find 36 caches today and only 1 DNF today. I got as far as the Pink Lakes in the Murray Sunset National Park where I set up camp.Spent ages looking and was about to give up when I finally located it.TFTC TeamIrawan
Found today on our return journey from Lameroo SA where we enjoyed the SA annual June LWE Event which is attended in a different SA country town every year.It has a different theme every year. This year was called Lameroo Ludicrous Legwarmers and all things 1980s. There were, meals, games, skits, dress ups, dancing, frivolity, competitions for all kinds things with camping and accommodation options.Every cacher has to try it at least once.We are up to Pinnaroo after having to double back to Parilla looking for Mrs Riddells geocaching note book which we have lost this morning. To no avail. We are licking our wounds for the loss of the book and the extra time taken as we need to get back to Melbourneish.TFTC and moving on quickly.
Cache found once looked in the right bush.June Long Weekend. Lameroo, the heart of the mallee. GCAK1D5 Lameroo's Ludicrous Legwarmers. This year it is on and I am in South Australia. Thunderbirds are go. Pajeros are go.Friday was all about getting there and setting up camp.Saturday was place some caches and then head to Victoria.Sunday was game day. Lots of ludicrous fun.Monday was all about packing up and getting home. The King's birthday weekend in South Australia. But it is not his birthday. Charlie was born on the forteenth of November. It was not Liz's birthday either. That birthday was the twenty first of April. It is all a bit confusing. I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. This one rocks! Time for a break. Heading west to Lameroo for the Ludicrous LegWarmers event over the long weekend and I'm a long way from homebase in the mountains. TFTC and the fun.
Day 5 of our journey to the JLWE event in LAmeroo and this is one of the caches we found. We are selective with the caravan in tow. 5 days to do a 51/2 hour trip - that's what geocaching does ??????????TFTC SL TB's visited ??
Heading to Lameroo for June LWE Events and game, of course stopping along the way for a few cache...After dinner in Lameroo, headed out for a few more cache...Did more laps of GZ than I care to admit too, before finding the cache... I was looking for Plural!TNLNSL Thanks
We had traveled to Lameroo to clean up a few caches that have appeared here there since our last visit to town. On our way we side tracked to Pinnaroo to find your cache. All was good here today. SL TFTC

A quick and easy find here today. I found your D1.5/T1.5 Small Traditional called REALLY SideTracked - Pinnaroo on 23 March 2024. It was find #18773 for me. Thank you TeamIrawan for placing this cache for our enjoyment in the wonderful state of South Australia.
Heading across towards Barrington Tops before making my way to the 2024 Canberra Geobash. Great way to explore our beautiful country. Happy memories of Pinnaroo spud country! Thanks TeamIrawan for placing this here, contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy.
Toot toot!! Found on the Mega Capital Geobash coastal loop via Adelaide - Barrington - coast to Mexico City loop. A lot of caches and white line fever was sweated out. Went for a weekend with another Zenior Zombie... and Jack.Planned a bit of JLWE mischief [:o)] And found another cache, despite the increasing heat.Sidetracked indeed here - and we've seen a few of these over the border! In SA we've demolished a lot more of our rail network, so we have a growing series on Abandoned Stations and Sidings! Stay tuned for more of these ..... Thank you TeamIrawan for this cache hide and ongoing care and maintenance ---------------- ----------------------In a dangerous world filled with rusty old mint tins and solid caches falling from trees - - - a cache a day keeps us agile... sort of --------Caches are logged using the resources of gsak, garmin, and androids, occasionally AI too! (And a little rubber stamp ) Work gets in the way - and some may take longer to log than others due to mixed technology and need for sleep! The skill and talent of some Zenior Zombies helps, and maybe a spot of luck too [:o)]----------Cache carefully and make sure Travel Bugs are the Only bugs you share and pass on Clean as you go and cache the countryside Big thanks to those placing quality caches out and about around our country areas, in nice safe places and containers especially! - it keeps our game fun for all Of course we do appreciate if you actually did read all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, or so we've been told! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where it is I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and perhaps we can put an end to these long logs !!! Maybe not though - as someone actually did read to the end and alerted me to just a project GC badge that requires long logs [:o)] Well at least it's not as bad as finding a mint tin! Did you get that... stop putting out rusty mint tins, just stop it, now!!! C'est fini... For now... ... until tomorrow! PS:Don't forget to put the SA June Long Weekend in your diary for 2024 too... leap back into the 80s - GCAK1D5 - Lameroo's Ludicrous Legwarmers
Exploring around Lameroo for some JLWE planning by following an unfound cache route with Mattycat, with temps for the weekend over 40 degrees we had the car nice and cool plenty of fluids and hopefully some quick finds, after enjoying a meal at the local pub we decided on doing a few by torchlight, a quick find here tonightTFTC TeamIrawan
This is the third state I have found Sidetracked caches in. We hadnt planned to pass through Pinaroo on our way home from the Great Leap Forward event in Adelaide, but I grabbed option when I had the chance. It was a quiet Monday near midday when we arrived in Pinaroo, so we were able to find the cache without worrying about watching out for muggles. Coordinates were good for finding the cache quickly.
A nice quick find while having a stroll around the area.Thanking you for the Traditional Cache that you placed TeamIrawan
Date: March 2, 2024 Time: 3:51 PMFind #14855Needed a cache in this LGA, so decided a stop in Pinnaroo was in order to see what I could find. Always up for a SideTracked cache.Massive thanks go to TeamIrawan for placing this one. ??
Find number 13047 at 4:23:08pm on Thursday the 29 February 2024Well, I'm finally heading for Adelaide for the Great Leap Forward Mega, yeah! I've had seven days to get there and back, today is a quick visit at the Mega and then I have to head for home to be back by lunch on Friday, a flying visit This morning I woke up in Victor Harbor for the start of my Leap Day run from the Virtual and WebCam and then on to the Mega site and home via a Wherigo, Letterbox and a couple of challenge caches.I'm on my way home but still with a long way to go, signed the log and off to the next **Thanks for placing this cache TeamIrawan**---Don't miss finishing the Ballarat GeoTour before it ends on 4th March 2024. A list of the geocaches can be found [here](https://coord.info/BM9GWJ5). On the road again with goingplaces2 and will get to Adelaide for tomorrow's Leap Day event. Adding some more caches to the collection along the way. No problem here. TFTC.
On the way towards Adelaide with ilook4geo and stopping along the way to pick up just a few selected caches. We deviated here to add this SideTracked cache to the tally. This was a nice quick and easy find and we were soon on the way again after doing the scribe thing. Thanks for this cache placement go to TeamIrawan.
My first South Australian cache! Thank you TeamIrawan for placing and maintaining REALLY SideTracked - Pinnaroo for us to find today.
My first Sidetracked cache was found in London and since ten I have found quite a few in VIC and NSW so I was pleased to be able to add this one in SA to my list of Sidetracked finds.
Hay To Sherlock, stopping along the way where suitable with a caravan on.There has been many new caches placed since we were last here, taking us to some interesting locations while touring the area. Thanks TeamIrawan for hiding this cache.

Its officially a megaGCA1DNA The Great Leap ForwardAdelaide, South Australia February 29, 2024Wed love to have your company.
Sparkie and Goldy are back for a special Christmas catchup caching session today. We are targeting the Lamaroo/Pinnaroo area today. We met up in Mount Barker and decided to drive express to Panitya in Victoria. The border is only 5km away from Pinnaroo, so we decided that we might as well go find a cache on the other side of the wall while nearby. We then stopped in Pinnaroo, Lamaroo and Parilla grabbing caches before heading home.Another fun day together with perfect weather. We found a total of 15 caches for the day. I also made a find in a new LGA, as I hadn't been to the Southern Mallee region before today.Sparkie made the quick find at this cache. Thanks for bringing us here. Thanks TeamIrawan for this traditional cache, which brings Goldy's total find count to 3892 on the 22nd of December 2023.This also brings me to day #413 of my daily streak.
Day 10 of our west to east adventure. Today's leg brought us from Adelaide to Swan Hill. A brief rest stop in Pinaroo where this was deemed a good option for a short walk to stretch the legs. Nice to grab one more smiley in SA before crossing the border. Thanks for the hide TeamIrawan
A road trip to Adelaide is a perfect opportunity to log two states in one day. The return trip tomorrow might even get me three states in one day because we live on the Victoria New South Wales border and its only a very short drive across to pick up the northern state on the same trip. Thank you for placing this cache to help break the drive
31/10/2023 2:37:00 PMDay 8 of a geocaching trip and as I was motoring towards home I stopped in Pinnaroo for a well earned break to stretch the legs and refresh. A nice quick find here. Thanks TeamIrawan for placing and maintaining this game piece.Find recorded using GCDroid and logged using GSAK
Found on my way back to Adelaide after spending a few weeks in central Queensland and a couple of days in Brisbane, then travelling from Brisbane down the north coast of New South Wales and westward through the Riverlands. Stopped in Pinnaroo to locate some caches and to take a short break in the travels. Thanks for the cache TeamIrawan!
Something special or unusual goes here:I have seen this series popping up in Victoria so was surprised to see one here. We made the detour and Sal quickly spotted the cache. The Generic Bit:Both Bri and Sal are on the road for a holiday. [^] Holiday - Not a caching trip. This means if we are stopping for a rest, lunch, dinner or to see something whilst on holiday and there just happens to be a cache nearby then maybe Bri can go and try to find it. Maybe. Day 1: Leaving from our home in the Adelaide Hills we made our way through the rain all the way until we were almost at Lameroo. This was great as I had two DNFs to correct there and a stop for the Adelaide to Canberra Multi-cache. Then is was onto Ouyen for another DNF to correct and another waypoint for the multi. Then across the river into N.S.W. for our first overnight stop at Balranald. Only 6 caches found but in three different States and three DNFs corrected. **SAs Leap Year Event GCA1DNA - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. - BOING*****Thanks TeamIrawan for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. *** Logs prepared and published through GSAK.
Returning home from SA to Victoria we stopped here for a stretch in this lovely town. It looks like last nights rain and wind left its mark on the roads, lots of branches and puddles across the road. The walk to gz produced a quick find and we were back on the road.Thank you for your cache in the sidetracked series.
What a lovely town setting. A credit to the locals. A quick find before we hit the road. Tftc
Had traveled east with locus cache on a FTF hunt and after that was over we came even further east for some Used 2Bs. While in Pinnaroo locus wanted to finish re-clearing the area and this was the second of two required to do that. Parked nearby and wandered over to GZ where locus found the cache. Now to head north on the really long way home.
Thanks to TeamIrawan for putting out this cache.
Cache #13765 for me.

Last night, ttrogg rang me and asked if I wanted to go for a drive[?][:X] I sure was NOT going to say 'No!'
So this morning he kindly picked up Rex and I[:X][^] and off we headed into the Eastern part of the state[^]
Our destination was Parilla[^], where 3 new caches awaited the first opening of the container and the first signing of the log book![^] They'd been waiting a week[?][?][?] I guess Hurtle must have been busy during that week[?], or slipping on his FTF hunting game[?], to have left 3 new caches unfound for a week
Either way, ttrogg and I were glad to get to Parilla and then the fun started
Apparently we each had to find one cache ourselves and then it was a race for the third cache
Strangely enough, that was how it worked out, too![^]
After Parilla, ttrogg took me to complete a Crane2 multi that was my then closest unfound as I always like a Crane2 cache and history lesson[:X][:X][^][^]
Then he headed off for some of his favourite types of cache series[^][^] and a favourite CO cache as well[^][^] and I had no issues with that idea, either[^][^]
I do think that some of the race car driving scenario at Bathurst must have seeped into ttrogg on the way home as I rarely have visions of dying when being a passenger[xx(][xx(] Not even when being pillion on a Kawasaki behind Robbie Phillis at Mallalla Thankfully ttrogg's judgement ensured that I lived to write these logs and cache another day![^][^]
There was a certain cache, just over the Vic border, that caught ttrogg's eye[:X] however he didn't trust my judgement in getting us there so despite trying one way to get to it, time was called and it was left unfound by us as the border didn't get reached
Our unintended circular route for the day[?] saw us coming home through the Barossa Valley where, during a gorgeous super moon full moon wander[:X][:X][:X], another cache was found[^] That cache made our 4th FTF for the trip and my 16th find overall for the day[^]
Having found a (very) few sidetracked caches in Vic and having attended a side tracked anniversary event in Vic and having the electronic souvenir on my GC profile, I wanted to find this cache and ttrogg kindly allowed me to do so![:X][:X]
