On our Australian trip . After started for some days in Darwin we are on the road to Perth now .On the Road after Katherine we have seen Edith Falls, Kunnurra and Bungles Bungle. Finally we cross the Pentecost-river to enter the Gibb RiverRoad . A lot to see like Emma Falls, El Questro, Mitchel Falls, Manning Gorge, Galvans Gorge, Bell Gorge, Tunnel Creek and Windjana Gorge .Now return on the sealed road again . Further over Derby, Broome, Port Hedland, Karratha, Karijini NP, Exmouth and now down the coast to Perth .After Coral Bay we headed further on the road and stopped for this one .Not a quick find, because the hint is not valid anymore . Found 09:31Three months of travelling in Western Australia with Muggle friends from the East coast; stopover in Singapore on the outward and return flights. Caches and labs where they are on the way and can be done without too much effort. You may forgive me for using the same standard phrase everywhere, but there's not much more to it than that. Many thanks to all the owners for making our hobby possible. If there is anything wrong with the cache, more detailed information follows.
Exploring the area on a windy day. Initially overlooked thus o e but second go around had it in hand. Tftc
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 92 - Denham to Carnarvon via Port Gladstone. There was quite a bit of driving today. I managed to find two caches along the way, including a short detour to Port Gladstone. I was hoping to have a look around, but it is private so I had to walk in from the gate. My afternoon in Carnarvon was a drive around town doing one of the sets of Labs and finding a couple more caches before heading back to the caravan park for dinner. Tomorrow is a day trip to Gascoyne Junction to get at least two caches in my last WA county. As I arrived in town I pulled over onto the wide shoulder and walked back over the road to check this one out. The GPS dragged me a bit further off the road than I needed and I had to circle around to eventually see this cache. Thanks for the cache Team Red Roo48660.3 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & January Tripod Bit A#510**Albida**

I liked the zip tie, made for an easy retrieve on this one!'located quickly but blends well. Thanks fir the cache.Carnarvon is a really nice town expecially around the coastal areas, lots of museums and points of interest too. Quite peaceful and scenic. Great to explore a bit this morning with the AL's and some caches before heading back to Hitch up and get back on the road again.
A caching trip from Canberra, ACT to Cape York, Qld and then around the gulf to East Arnhem Land, NT then over the top of WA to Perth.Interesting detours to Thursday Island, Mabuiag Island, Mornington Island, Doomadgee, Hells Gate, Nhulunbuy, Wadeye, Litchfield Nat Park, Wyndham and the Gibb River Road.TFTC.Nice quick roadside grab.
Found with e.gregory1 on a trip from Adelaide to north-western Western Australia for four or five weeks. Camped out along Milinya-Exmouth Road before heading southward to spend most of the day around Carnarvon and on to our next campsite somewhere near Overlander Roadhouse, finding a few caches along the way. Thanks for the cache Team Red Roo!
Found on a trip to Western Australia from Adelaide with FeatherWaite. Last night we camped south of Coral Bay and this morning we continued traveling south towards Carnarvon and beyond.A quick find here. Thanks Team Red Roo for the cache.
Visiting Wa with my daughter for Canberra and introducing her to geocaching from US-MN. Love this placement! TFTC!
Heading home from this year's trip to Gnaraloo Station and after refuelling both the car and myself, I'm taking the opportunity to clear up a few more of the new hides that have appeared around town. After finding *Hello* earlier it was good to also tick this hide off on the way out of town. Another quick easy hide. No problems here today - TFTC
I went to the location, even went across the road to the larger sign, but couldn't find it anywhere
Back on holidays chasing the sun, travelling around and collecting a few caches on our way. Found your cache easily and it was in good condition. Thanks for adding to the enjoyment of holiday.
Another trip over. Ah well there was some extra caches this time. Thanks to co for this one. Thanks
I was expecting host to say ‘Thank you for visiting Carnarvon’ but how wrong I was. These head height ones can be a worry at my height but all good thankfully as Mr dimor sat in the car on other side of road.
