We had just finished a loop of the creek and this was our last hide before arriving back at the car. I had my insulated backpack on with cold water in it and I dont think we even got it out once. It was at this hide we got it out for a token mouthful just to make me feel useful. It wasnt hot, but you wouldnt know that when I took the backpack off. Some gremlin had sprayed my back with water and there was enough sweat in my shirt to justify building a small dam. A nice quick find to end the walk. tftc
After a lovely little stroll with my new geocachers, JordiandTay it was Tay straight on it locating the cache instantly. After getting a little help from Mummy, we all enjoyed having a look at treasures and making some swaps before signing the log and onwards to our next adventure .
Left home early to find the three I need for the equinox souvenir. Lucky last. Met a gentleman here who put the ferns in the tree. He asked what the container was all about, so I explained, and he seemed much happier that it was a harmless "game".
Probably one of the easiest finds I've ever had, still a good hide, thanks for the cache
25 of 53 today.Shazzar66 & I spent Australia Day riding the Bulimba Creek Bikeway. We rode 42 Km's today, looking for caches. It was overcast, hot and humid, but we had a successful day.We started at Wynnum Road and turned around at Broadwater Road. Our strategy was generally to stick with the BBBB series, unless a cache was on the Bikeway and even then some we decided to bypass. The plan was to find more than our previous daily record of 51 caches. We didn't leapfrog, but did each cache together. We've ticked off a whole pile of caches today, with only 2 DNF's.Logs were signed ShaDup.My apologies for the generic logThanks,TeamLTU, for the cache and the fun series.
I headed out in the geo-bike for a few caches today Duppers. We decided to hit a few of the BBBBs.I found your cache, Monsters of Carindale - #2 The Enchanted Park today. This is my 2642 find. This one made for a quick find. Signed as ShaDup.TeamLTU, TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
Regarding our bike ride, a small group of avid geo-cyclists that included [arewethere?](https://coord.info/PR2J301), [chamad](https://coord.info/PRPP06G), [DeafPhantom](https://coord.info/PRMJ9VY), and [Willis007](https://coord.info/PR70EP3), left our vehicles on Pine Mountain Road, and we rode a total distance of 17.4 km across an elevation of 218 m, with a moving time of 1:10 hr and elapsed time of 2:55 hr, as per my [Strava record](https://www.strava.com/activities/10553685390). It was an enjoyable ride along Bulimba Creek Bikeway that passed through Carindale Recreation Reserve and Bulimba Creek Bicentennial Park, which had plenty of shade. A nice little group to have attacked this cycling power trail, and it felt like a quicker session with a few more people cycling than last week.Within the various transport modes being tackled today, our bike ride sub-group visited several of the *Monsters of Carindale* series whilst riding the BBBB geocaches, which included this geocache. I got separated from the group after attending to baby Cottontail at the previous geocache, so I was thankful that this was a quick find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks TeamLTU for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------This morning, following a catch-up at the [Carina's Anima - Jungian Study Done!](https://coord.info/GCAHKYZ) event, baby Cottontail and I joined a small group of geocachers by bike to ride the newly published *Bulimba Bikeway Bison Bash* (BBBB) series. It was the fourth instalment, and we rode north from Pine Mountain Road to Old Cleveland Road. Following our ride, we then visited a few other parks: Greendale Park, followed by Carindale Recreation Reserve which had a space/rocket-themed playground for baby Cottontail to enjoy.
Found on a lovely summer day after attending a nearby Event. Thanks TeamLTU for the cache.
Found this cache along with the Bulimba biking group this morning. What a cracking summers day to put on the helmet and hit the bike paths. Mrs are we there was keen to stretch the muscles today as well. On the way to the start of the trail we ruminated about e-bikes, having just been on holiday where we got the opportunity to have a little ride on one. This morning we found we were in the minority with the traditional peddly, so perhaps that is a birthday idea for the upcoming year. A few good hills here to test the legs. Cache was sound but the log sheet was a little damp, and pretty full, but signable. Thanks very much for the cache TeamLTU. Cheers
A visitor from Adelaide and of course I have to open the cache map. A lovely walk along the pathway and under the bridge at Old Cleveland Rd to continue on for a few more. 10 in all for a morning's walk is satisfying. TYF your hides.
That was the best treasure ever and I love the way you guys have done this activity its amazing and so much fun to do this activity thank you so much for your time and effort to do this
Doing the whole 6 cache walk today, lover day for it in Brisbane. Also found number three but couldnt log it because I dont have premium but it is a great little stop for a cache
Out with the usual trio while sussing out some new BBBB hides.Hopefully this is the last 3 of the Monsters to hunt down - I did the other three earlier in the year.Log signed and cache replaced as found on 13th December 2023.. TFTC, TeamLTU
Now that I'm not working I can get out a bit to clear up this area. Arrived at Parking spot and took the short walk to GZ and I had to keep an eye out in case some foot traffic came by. Some council workers went by in their little buggy checking out the Parklands. I had an idea of where the cache may be and I could see the council workers I the distant rotunda. Cache quickly found, log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC
What a cool tree. It's Taylor Swift's birthday today! My daughter told me to write that.
Today i decided to take my bike out this way to find this series and i had a great time riding around this lovely park. This was my fourth find and what great swaps there are . My grandson would love the stickers. I ended up swapping a toy for him today . . Thanks TeamLTU for all the fun
Out and about on a rather steamy Sunday morning in south east Queensland. Decided today to head to the South side to pick up a few caches before an afternoon out with the geo-wife.Found a safe place to park the car and made my way on foot to ground zero. Upon arrival the cache was quickly located and the log extract and signed. Returned to the hiding spot and off for the next adventure.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found by fellow cachers.Cheers
I finished up work and headed back over the bridge to the southside to collect a couple more caches and to continue with my Challenges. I have completed the other half of this walk path the other day so today was to grab the remaining caches in the series. The bridge cache was fun and the other two were easy finds too. I liked the tree cache but the wall cache had me for a bit. I signed all logs and replaced all as found and continued on my way. It was best to get out of there as a huge storm was approaching. Thanks for the placements and the fun here.
Second monster secured. Few ants around. Swapped my dinosaur trinket for a lion. TFTC
It was a lovely day for a stroll in the park and the cache was easy to locate.I tried to cover it a bit before I left as it was exposed when I found it.TFTC TeamLTU

I decided to make my mark on this series of caches. I left the car in the one spot...to get my step count up.
The weather was lovely, the walk invigorating and the cache easy enough to find.
If i'd been stronger i would have tried to place the huge fallen elkhorn in the tree cavity somehow.
Log signed and cache replaced as found.
Thanks Shwgroove for the experience.
