After many gruelling battles which had not given our hero much time to hunt treasure in many months, Achilles finally had a chance to get away from Troy and into the countryside to spend some time adventuring. A nice little camouflage here - but nothing Achilles couldn't see through.

Today is the fourth and final day of our mini break to York for Taurus Six and I. We have really enjoyed this area and explored and experienced as much as possible with time permitting . Today our plan of action is to head back to Bunbury via Northam , the main geocaching plan of action is to collect a few challenge caches, some Adventure Labs and the bonuses and then as many traditionals that are in the vicinity of all the above as practical . All of this and still get back to Bunbury at a decent hour to organise the rest of life . Firstly we had a good last look around York , including brekkie and collecting a stray Adventure Lab . Then we headed to Northam via the back roads . Perfect spring day verging on a summers day the country side looked magnificent and it was an ideal day for geocaching . All in all we collected for the day 17 Adventure Labs, 3 Challenge caches , 2 Bonus caches and 10 Traditionals . This was our seventh cache find of the day along with several local Adventure Labs. We parked a little way away and enjoyed the walk along the river . There were lots of muggles around so a little stealth was needed. Only took a few moments and we soon had cache in hand. Thanks for the cache Caperdoodle 1 .

Out on a walk seeing the sights.
Haven’t physically signed the log as wasn’t prepared for some finds - how silly of me!
But have sent cache owner picture of the found cache…

Out and about again, heading back from Muka via Merredin. Stopped in Northam for lunch and break - grabbed some caches too.

Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today

Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

Have travelled with iluvtrekking up the WA coast to Darwin, down the Centre and in the Flinders. After spending some time in Peterborough, Minlaton, Moonta,Whyalla and Wudinna we headed across the Nullarbor, picking up caches along the way including Kambalda and the Goldfields. Winding our way home now and a quick flit through Doodlakine, Muckinbudin and Kellerberrin. Now spending a couple of nights in Northam to grab some hides. Thanks for the hide.

Having travelled with richlink from Perth to Darwin up along the west coast, down through the centre, the Flinders Ranges, the Yorke Peninsula, and the Nullarbor, we are now on the home stretch.

On our way to Northam for a few days, enjoying the countryside and looking for caches as we go. TFTC.
