Logs
This one took a few minutes longer than needed as the GPS was jumping all over the place. Eventually found and a smiley to boot. Thanks Locksmack
11:58The second day of our geo-tour, within the majestic Macedon Range Shire. The Spring weather was perfect and with such a variety of caches in a range of locations made the day most enjoyable. What a great game - we won!Our thanks to 'Locksmack' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.38140*This log composed and published using Geocaching Swiss Army Knife (GSAK).*
Too many Muggles round today- Melbourne cup day. Will at least the kid got a play
Geoturtle37, Mrs Crackers (Mr Crackers joined us later), Posums and myself all set off to find some caches on our way to the next event. We were lucky that one of us was dressed in such a fashion that she didn't get too wet retrieving this cache. Thanks for placing this cache for all to enjoy.
We had a fantastic time at last years event crawl so there was no way known that we were going to miss this one, even though only half the team made the first leg.Mrs Crackers was kindly given a lift by Papi4506 & Geoturtle37 and we were joined by Posums. It rained for most of the day so we chose caches to look for that weren't too far from the car if we could. We found a variety of different types and hides and had a very enjoyable time inbetween events.Posums had found this one so watched while we searched which fortuantely didn't take too long before we were adding our name to the log. Thanks Locksmack for the cache
Found by Mary and David at 07:10. Doing this year's Cache Crawl, and there's always time for a cache or two along the way. A little rain, but found it ok. Our thanks to Locksmack.
The first day of The Great Victorian Cache Crawl 2024 and 2 days of fun and laughs has started. After the breakfast event in Sunbury I gained a front seat passenger for the day and the dog and possum that usually occupy the front seat were not happy about the relegation to the back seat.We are heading north and we started looking for caches that jumped out on us or looked interesting in the time we had before arriving at the next event.I have been here before and of both of those occasions I was muggled out.I think the rain is keeping everyone indoors.A quick find with 4 sets of eyes looking. It was to wet for a quick game. Thanks Locksmack TFTC.
We found this cache after attending the 2024 Cache Crawl breakfast in Sunbury. TFTC
This playground is a bit busier than #1, including new residents overlooking the park and a couple of dog walkers. Nonetheless, an opportune time arose and the cache was eventually found.
Found by caughtatwork on 16/06/2024 at 3:34:00 PMA quick find.Took nothing, left nothing. Thanks for placing this geocache here for us to find today, for without those who like to hide geocaches, there would be nothing around for those who like to find geocaches.*Overall Experience: 3*GAFF1

Lovely new area. Didn't have a game of ping pong, but it's a nice idea. Thanks for the find
Staying in Riddells Creek, we made a trip in to Gisborne to check out the op shop and find some caches. It is so nice to see caches popping up in new estates. The cache was found after a short search.
All good at GZ. Some final works on the row of 11 houses nearby; looks like people will occupy in the next few months. TFTC
Tftc. For anyone looking having trouble use the hint and find something odd about it. Great cache!
Lab rat central. Good luck finding this at feeding time. Thanks Locksmack and clear skies from TeamAstro. After a stop in town to grab some dinner for the geopooch and myself we headed here to enjoy it. A new park in a new estate but with a well built playground and facilities. The geopooch enjoyed a run while I searched, I was glad it was a little late and there was no one else about. A great little cache and an enjoyable find, thanks.I lucked out with the weather for this trip. I arrived just after the last of the heavy rain and although some clouds threatened it remained dry for the rest of the day, albeit quite muggy. The same could not be said for the ground which was soaking wet with water flowing everywhere, gravel and soil washed over tracks and roads, and everything else washed clean and fresh.Life's simple treasures #2 is find number 3,289 for me. A great micro traditional cache I enjoyed finding as part of a caching outing to the Riddells Creek, Gisborne and Sunbury area. Unless otherwise mentioned above, I found the coordinates to be accurate, the cache in good condition and the log dry and with plenty of room to sign. I am logging this one on Wednesday 27 Dec 2023 but I actually found it yesterday. Thanks for placing this cache for the rest of us to enjoy Locksmack.Found with Geooh GO
Took a quick trip out after working from home to grab this one. Much easier now the fencing is gone to TFTC, another day marked off on my caching calendar
Another nice quick find in this area undergoing such rapid expansion. This cache may well be tricky to find in a year's time. All good. Thanks Locksmack...
Suscoe headed out for a trip to Gisborne and Trentham today. It is beautiful country through this part of the state and we enjoyed the Gisborne Market, the bushland, the forest including the Wombat Forest, the waterfall at Trentham and the farm lands. An interesting day weather wise with cloud, drizzle, heavy fog, sunshine and mild temperatures. Thanks to Locksmack for this placement. There were tradies busy with the apartments nearby this morning.
Good afternoon to grab a cache close to home.Nice quick and easy find and a nice place to sit out of the sun to do the necessary paperwork.TFTC
Confirmed that the area is surrounded by temporary fencing. Disabling cache until it opens back up.
Aaaand that's why you should read the most recent logs. Entire park closed off with construction fencing Cache should be disabled until this has been removed.
Im not one for breaking the rules and going beyond the fencing with an audience in the nearby buildings watching on, so this one will have to wait.
We arrived at this area to find temporary fencing all around GZ. I hesitated but muggle partner with his natural tenacity, found a way in. We found the brilliantly camouflaged prize. Well done.TFTC.
My gosh, having grown up in Gisborne, cant believe how suburban its become. Returning from a lovely lunch at a friends place on the amount, thought Id grab this new cache. Nicely placed, a few kids utilising the new equipment so a bit of stealth required. Thanks Locksmack for placing this cache, for bringing me here and contributing to this great game for others to enjoy. Happy trails, Deanside
