TFTC, very clever! Last one of the night for me - much aroha (love) from New Zealand
I'm visiting from Vancouver and helping care for my unwell dad. He was reluctant to let me drive his car but after staying home all day and getting a little antsy, my dad agreed to let me borrow it for a limited amount of time in the afternoon. I headed here as I thought this little series would be perfect. Quick find in a busy park.Thank you TanSaf for the cache.
Found with icw. A dog walker was 'doing the right thing' with the poo bag so we sat down to await their progression. icw asked where GZ was and I replied that I thought we were there. Tftc.
Continuing on our hunt for walks and sniffs and enjoying the sunshine and the odd puppy to pat along the way. TFTC
Suscoe was in the area today.Any early start from home.Lovely sunshine.A great day to be out caching. Thanks to TanSaf for this hide, a lovely walk along the side of the fields.
A very warm Autumn day to be out walking, but found some shade nearby, while chatting and patting with muggles. Thanks TanSaf for a quick find today.
Find number 13326 at 2:38:43PM on Wednesday the 17 April 2024Travelling past on my way to get a flu shot for the year, had some time up my sleeve and thought I'd grab a couple of these dog walkers...I sat for a rest as an elderly dog walker wandered past and stopped for a chat. After a while he moved on and I made a quick find.**Thanks for placing this cache TanSaf**---Nominations for the **2023 Victorian Cache of the Year Awards** are now open and will close on **17 April 2024**. Nice quick find with not many alternatives. Thanks for the series. Now were off to hopefully finish the final
A simple find. Always nice to reach for a cache blindly and nail it first go! TFTC
Found at 15:00There was a muggle walker on the path so I sat for a minute until she passed by and I was able to grab the container. Signed and close collected and I was soon back in the car. Thanks TanSaf for the cache
A decision was made to tackle all the caches in the vicinity, including this series, on a long evening stroll. I ended up finishing around 10.30pm having found them all except some parts of the multi and final cache of the Dog walk sniff series. I obtained the clues but couldn't quite fathom how to crack the formula while in the field, so will need to ruminate on this at home with a clearer head. I did have a solid crack at trying to deduce and search a logical vicinity for the final but no luck and it was getting too tricky by headtorch. Thanks TanSaf for a great series and I look forward to finding the bonus cache!
I needed to find a Large geocache of the 5th of the month for a challenge I am working on, and I'm running out of Large geocaches to find. Fortunately, I found one this area and thought I'd collect a few other local ones to help me towards my next big target, my 6000th find. Definitely a nicely designed geocache and blends it very nicely. But when the hide is obviously there, didn't take long for a geocacher to find. Thanks for the cache, Tan Saf.Hunter
TFTC! Got a hint from the previous logs that it was on the bench, nice easy clever find.
The clue card actually wasnt missing, it was right on the ground so I put it back in the container. Haha
Back out on the trail. No rain and, hopefully, no ducklings, just dog treats.A nice quick find here. All in good order. Thanks TanSaf.[Log My Dog Tag - Eve](https://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?tracker=TB6FD6M) paid a visit.
Following on from yesterday's interrupted adventures, we returned today to finish this series. Another short stroll to the most likely spot soon had the cache in hand. Now we're off to find the final.
Took my dogs for a walk by to check. Cache safely in place however the clue card was missing, I replaced it.
Down Melbourne for a family catch up and it was back to my old stomping ground. Couldnt not get a few caches! Easy find here. Thanks for the cache.
Out for a early evening caching run with Quiet1_au, our last before Christmas and probably for the year. This was first on the agenda as we had done Nos 1&2 on a previous run. Once again we beat q1 to GZ which we hadnt expected as Karen took us on a bit of a journey this time. Log signed, clue gained and now we puzzled over the clues for quite some time before q1 hit on the method - phew. Ok off to the Final GZ now TFTC TanSaf - GJMMelb
This time I had a close approach planned but it wasn't clear so instead I headed for the carpark where - doh! - I was at the wrong end yet again... I decided to drive back to my planned approach point where the track was spotted this time and oh well I was late to the find but was able to contribute the found clues from a previous caching run and whilst pondering how to solve the final GZ coordinates I remembered an alternative method of conversion that thankfully proved to be the correct one! Off to our cars and the final cache.
Found it! Last dog sniff for the evening and I even saw some dogs in the distance here! I spotted the cache as I approached GZ and made a quick retrieval once the walking muggles receded into the distance. After signing the log I replaced the cache in a slightly more obscure position. Well be back another evening to finish our Wantirna wander park and grab thing to find the final. Need some food and time to work out all these clues Ive been collecting! TFTC SL
Went for a neighbourhood walk with the rellies' dog this evening and took a detour here to try and find these conveniently placed caches. From a distance we already knew where the cache would be hidden and the wind and drizzle meant that the park was also deserted! The doc found this one easily. Great to sign a fresh logbook. TFTC!
This was also a nice quick find so now to put all the clues together and head off to the final. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find.
A beautiful sunny afternoon couldnt be wasted with another lazy couch session, so decided it was about time for some after-work caching. Teamed up with Geoturtle37 to seek out the new dog walk series (sans dog). The first choice we made for parking didnt have the cut-through as shown on the map. So we went to the next instead. A quick find at gz. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, TanSaf ~~
Currently trying to finish the year with a streak and so heading out daily, for a cache. Plus their are a few other caches I need for challenges. I was running a little early for an appointment so called in here and made the find while the birds where singing away. Thanks to TanSaf for the fun and the adventure.
Thanks TanSaf for your lovely series of dog sniffs, and for the different parks I had the privilege of walking through in the process of signing the logs in your caches, and gathering the clues. Now Ive solved the puzzle it is time to head to the final.
Out and about with the grandkids for a fun afternoon on school holidays. Nice easy find, picked up the clues. Thanks for the cache TanSaf
Chose a great day for a scoot around the rest of these hides today. Shame the final didnt make sense to me so going home for a think about it.
A short stroll on a nice sunny day, the cache was soon in hand and the log signed. Thanks TanSaf for the cache.
My lovely day out with Crustyvarmint and Pilot continues with yet another little park discovered. And so the last in this little series is logged, our clues are in hand...we're off to solve the puzzle and get to the final cache.... Thanks for the cache TanSaf
This afternoon I was out with RedcbBluebm, enjoying the sunshine and planning to finish this series of caches. Of course we had Pilot my four legged friend with us, and we enjoyed our tour. With the clues noted, and the log signed, we moved on to the next stage. Thanks for this series, TanSaf.
It was a pleasant day and as I had nothing planned until later in the afternoon, I decided to head over to Knox LGA with the triple plan of... getting more caches towards this month's "hard" souvenir... working towards completing 100 Finds in the Knox LGA Challenge ... which in turn will help me complete WCW - Mighty LGA Challenge... sometimes I think I'm a little crazy! After finding the first two in this series, I decided that I would the little remaining time I had for caching to finish it off... well almost. Although I now had all the information needed for the Final, I was out of time. No matter, I still need more caches in Knox LGA so I will be back for it another day! Thanks **TanSaf** for the cache.
The pup and I dropped eldest son to uni this morning as we are to pick him up this arvo and head straight to Ballarat. After our fridge died yesterday, the new one was to be delivered today, but I had a short time to walk the hound and find a couple of quick caches beforehand. This was the first find, nicely tucked away. Sat and signed the log and made sure to collect the clue. Pippa the dog was a little weary afterwards. TFTC and the walk in the park TanSaf
With the sun out, and the school term having come to an end, Geo-Son and Geo-Dad went to the Wantirna area to complete the Dog walk sniffs series and grab a couple other caches in the area. This one was number 6 for the outing, one that was found straight away. Tftc TanSaf
Found 10:49 amOut on a solo meander thru the area working on a larger project for wander earth and along the way did this series of caches collecting the clues. Enjoyed this walk and the series that all contributes to a final mystery. Which I now need to figure out...2nd found the series.TFTC TanSaf
We decided to go for a quick local walk before tea and pick up the last Dog walk sniffs cache which we were yet to locate. Once in the vicinity of GZ Mrs. Pooky made a quick easy find. There was a couple of Muggle canines and their Muggle owners on the oval but no-one was taking any notice of us. TF this new local series for us to find on our walks.
Out with au.fait, we decided we had time to do this series of Dog walk sniffs.
Easy find, at the end of the day. Thanks TanSaf.

Having a lovely day with the delightful echidna44 and this series was on our list A quick find of this neatly hidden cache as we began sniffing these caches out Enjoyed the variety of hides in this series Collected the clue and on our way TFTC TanSaf
Another quick pickup in a quiet reserve. We have not seen a container like this before, it looks safe and secure. TFTC TanSaf
*Found on the 26 Aug 2023 @ 1:37 pm.*
*Cache find # 15013.*
On my way home from the Boronia Library event, I decided to stop off at this relatively new series and give it a go.
The was a soccer game going on but that was okay, as I was approaching GZ, I spotted the cache, so as I took a seat I was able to grab the cache and sit down all in one action.
The last one or so I thought, after collecting all the clues, I was now wondering what they were for as I couldn't see an associated cache to go with them, I only I had waited another day as the puzzle cache came out tomorrow.
**Thanks to TanSaf for keeping the game going by placing this cache.**

Out with Omegaman this afternoon. At approximately 120 meters, Omegaman calls out where he thinks the cache may be. I guessed somewhere else wrongly. I should have allowed Omegaman to change his guess, lol. It turned out he was right.
I decided that this one was close enough to the [CO's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=8aeeaf3b-b31c-4bbf-8e7a-ce4f715d155d&wid=d3909971-ec7e-4117-99ee-4412c1177a3f&ds=2) [Dog walk sniffs 4 (GCACNKC)](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GCACNKC?luid=b38d3ce6-757d-41d3-b9d7-e738bfbc6f3c), cache to walk to.
So I made the walk over, of course when I was about half way here is when the rain started to pick up. So it was a bit of a wet walk over.
As I made my approach I noticed a young muggle soccer team practicing in the nearby field. I was a bit nervous that I was going to have to walk away empty handed. However, once I saw the likely beacon at GZ I figure I could quickly find and sign the cache without drawing too much attention myself.
Luckily I have had a fair amount of practice finding this style of hide and I was correct in my assumption. I was able to spot the cache, sign the log, and replace it quite quickly, before any of the muggles even knew I was there.
It was then another fun wet walk back to the geomobile...oh well on to the next one!
A big thanks goes to [TanSaf](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=8aeeaf3b-b31c-4bbf-8e7a-ce4f715d155d&wid=d3909971-ec7e-4117-99ee-4412c1177a3f&ds=2) for the fun today. TFTC.

The cache container was in good shape. The attachment mechanism still seemed strong. The bonus clue was very legible and the logbook was clean and dry with plenty of room for future cache finders to sign.

Out this morning on a walk and picking up some caches! Nice quick find here once I figured out where I should be, tftc!
I do enjoy a good sniffing dog walk with my giant Geogroodle (Bear) around this area, so it was very pleasing to see these caches appearing on the map.
This was the second of three we found (one of them not part of the series) on this day's very pleasant walk. Shortly after the find we bumped into a nice chap with three small dogs. They were older and vastly smaller than Bear, so not interested in his puppy attempts to play, but he still got to run around and be a doofus, which made him (and me) very happy. TFTC

Date: August 17, 2023 Time: 5:55 PMFind #14087Needed a walk tonight after work and it was a pleasant evening so I planned a bit of a loop walk including a few caches of course.Massive thanks go to TanSaf for placing this one. ??
I saw that this new Dog Sniffs series had popped up and I was keen to check it out. This was a quick and easy find while walking from park to park in Wantirna, sniffing all the way.
I found this cache today on my Northward-Ho Morning. A quick find to start the day and our 4th find in this park over the years. Thanks from D B-A
Having volunteered to run an Orienteering event at this reserve it was a pleasant surprise to also find a geocache here. One day later with the notification and I may have got a third FTF in 19 years. Once the GPS had settled, even from a distance, the location probability was fairly high. 6:00pm and miserable weather also meant that the reserve was clear of everything, except orienteers arriving for the event. Quick find, log signed and all returned.
TFTC TanSaf. I must find time to complete the circuit.

This was only just over a kilometre from home and we headed off just after details had been published. A quick find at GZ to discover we were second to find. Thanks to TanSaf for the cache.
Thanks TanSaf for another cache in the series. It was a nice walk to GZ, unsurprisingly there were families out playing soccer nearby today .. Met up with up with spiffy- at GZ .. it is always good to meet up with other geocachers when out and about. Looking forward to the final.
With the recent Cachemas publications and many others as well in the last couple of months my 15km from home zone had blown out from 22 to 50 so I headed out this afternoon for a few hours by myself in a bit of an eastern loop around.
I met Skylizard here and we had a quick chat while signing and heading off.
Thanks TanSaf for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.
