Funny that: found this one day after Grub Fred!I greatly enjoyed this emoji puzzle, but did have to get a few extra clues to finish it off. (always obvious in hindsight! )Cache is nice and dry. Not quite a parkngrab, but close!Q) How many metal heads does it take to change a light bulb?A) None; they embrace the darkness
Find No: 9613. Out with shaneo58 for the morning, we won some, we lost some, but it beats mowing the lawn, thanks for the cache Terraldinho!!
Find#2419After doing the kid sport thing this morning, I told the wife it was such a beautiful day that I was going out geocaching. I also had the added bonus of needing to fill a hole in my 366 day calendar too. I have been working through these very clever puzzles for a while and with a few false starts finally got the coordinates Cache and log in excellent condition. TFTC
Having solved this together over the last few weeks we set off today to find the cache. It was one of those days that you need to be out and about walking chatting and enjoying the sunshine. We have solved 4 of the others with only one left. So proud of us both for solving this puzzle. Well done CO.
This was fun! Well a bit frustrating at times trying to solve - but mostly fun! And then the perfect sunny day to be out caching. TFTC
Considering I'm a fan of metal, I needed assistance to solve all of these...4 of which I've seen liveAt GZ I made a quick and easy find, however there is a syringe nearby, so future finders keep your eyes open. TFTC
Reperio 19:39Having had to make an impromptu trip to Newcastle today to attend jury service the next day, I decided to make the most of things by finding a few local caches. I had only just finished working on this one the night before, so it was nice to find the time to seek this one out. Gratias TerraldinhoAs a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV
Another fun puzzle that took a while to sort out. Then parking was a Knightmare. After parking nearby I walked over for a quick find. TFTC.
Day 3 of our Christmas - New Year 2023 holidays, and this is our first full day in Newcastle. Following our usual holiday traditions, Huntress was off on a long run, 999HK was sleeping, and I'm off geocaching. Have a few targetted geocaches. Specifically, the Music Emoji puzzles, the TreeGeek climbs, and some other puzzles and high DT ones. Thus was one of them, obviously. I absolutely loved doing this series. I got a few people at work solving some, and we spent a few dinners doing the puzzles as a family. This was a must do cache while here, so I had it on the priority list, even if it meant Huntress & 999HK missed out.Just as I was driving here, I remembered the best place to park which was better than driving past it and doing a complete circuit again. Way too much rubbish here. Just as I was signing the log, a notification of a new Tree Geek puzzle has been released, time to ??? ??? ???...Thanks for the cache, Terraldinho.Hunter
A trip north with Crash, PPE and Baktrak for a little tour around town of select caches. An interesting series of puzzles and some looking for some of the finds. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
Another group effort found this group of groups and made the trip to find the cache too. Thanks Terraldinho.
A northerly expedition with a car full of enthusiastic cachers.Name is in the log but yet to solve the puzzle.
Found on a recent expedition to Newcastle with a band of not so merry men before Christmas.Really enjoyed this series even though there were some big stretches of imagination. Solved mostly whilst on a road trip in the Flinders ranges back in Sept - which provide excellent entertainment at night.May even inspire a Sydney based series.SL TFTC
Could hold a CITO here. These puzzles had us stumped. I maybe got 3 or 4 out of all of them. Then madrabbitoh had a go, and got a few more. Eventually snared the CO at an event, and we all worked our way through them, with some surprising results. Still had a few to go once they left, so the table shrunk and we kept working away. Still have not solved all of them, 4 / 5 with 2 answers left on the last. Thanks for your help and the cache.
TFTC and the puzzles. Loved the puzzles and loved that they got me out of housework as once I started I was hooked. Out geocaching with Mighty Minions, 2Pods and Goldberry.,
A really fun puzzle.out caching with Goldberry17, 2pods and techsavvy9 today. We used the hint for a quick find at GZ.Thanks for the cache Terraldinho tnln replaced as found sl
Great fun solving the puzzle. Our gang (Techsavvy9, Goldberry17, Mighty minions, 2 pods). Manage to find it particularly with the hint. TFTC.
Nice fun puzzle. Worth an FP. Quick find with generous hint. OCW Brewmaker. TFTC
I really enjoyed these puzzles. They certainly tested this old rocker. Many head bangers banged heads to finally get them all solved in the end. It's a great concept for a series. At GZ, it was a quick find using a good hint. TFTC
I started out working on these puzzles last week at a Beer O'clock event in Redfern. There were about 8 cachers all working on them. I was a bit out of my league that night but it was fun. I took the sheets down to my local and had a few looking at them scratching their heads, but the more amber liquid we had the more we worked out. I've solved most of the puzzles, but this is the first find in the series. TFTC Terraldinho and the series. I've really liked giving these ago. A fav for me
Found with shaneo58 after working out the puzzle.Took some head scratching but got there in the end.Great puzzles hope you do more.TFTC Terraldihno
Some of my favourite bands in this one. Just had to scroll through my iTunes artists ticking them off to sort out a lot of this. No Fear Factory, in Hearts Wake or Parkway Drive though! Disappointed!
A few new ones for me but mostly made short work of it - way easier for me than some of the other ones in this series - although I think the Rock was the quickest solve overall.
This one gets an FP to say thanks for the series though. TNLN TFTC

Day 6. A last minute plan had been hatched to make my way to QOGM. Very little planning had been done but a very rough outline was in place and it was going to be a day by day trip.
OZHockeyChick was flying in this morning for 3 days of caching around Sydney and Newcastle including Frying pan!
I had been alerted to these new caches by OzHockeyChick who had been watching the area. I was spending most of my days driving so wasn’t much help solving the majority of them. The final pieces had been solved in the car on the way to Newcastle and we started this search just before dark.
This was the last one. Metal was probably the furthest from my music taste so I was very little help here other than making the find. We ignored our GPS and followed the hint on this one and found the cache about 14m NE of GZ.
Thanks Terraldinho for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

A quick trip to Sydney to meet up with RoamingHowie who was en route to QOGM.
Day One: An early morning flight from MEL. Then, passing through as many LGAs as possible as we drive up to Newcastle, finding various caches along the way.
I first noticed these new caches when I was at my workdesk back in Melbourne, preparing for an upcoming trip to Newcastle. They looked like fun puzzles, and being an all-genre music lover, I began working through them.
A couple of colleagues also got involved, and between us, we managed to figure them all out.
Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, Terraldinho

Another FTF... thanks to Samuel and his brains trust of course. Metal was certainly quite huge when I was in high school, but I just wasn't into it, listening to much more sedate stuff back then (and now!).
We parked fairly illegally I think, but late at night it didn't seem an issue, and walked in. Coordinates were a bit rogue again I think - mine were nearly 15m out - the hint is very helpful though - thanks....

This one took a while but glad to see some of my favourites. But where was Parkway Drive?

Another group solving effort last night with GHHH, EthisEthat and Loci612 (thanks guys!) After going at it for a while, we finished it off and the checker finally gave us a green. It was a bit late last night, so we opted to get it tonight.
We pulled up semi illegally and ran over to GZ, glad we had the hint otherwise we would’ve been stuffed! Coords are a fair way out (mine read about 13-14m) but if you follow the hint, you will get there fairly quickly.
Never seen this container before, TNLN SL.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Terraldinho!

Coordinates changed from:
S 32° 54.150 E 151° 43.500
Coordinates changed to:
S 32° 54.200 E 151° 43.500
Distance from original: 304.2 feet or 92.7 meters.
Just realised that the overall coords look off and I can't count - updated so it looks like a better 'T' on the map
