I had found all the clues to this one and with one eye on the clock I attempted to solve the puzzle to get the final. I was starting to panic a little as I had secured limited driving time with my dad's car and my first attempt to solve was not making sense. I reached out to the CO who quickly offered a hint. I had never done a puzzle like this before. Very clever! A quick solve and I found myself in the most beautiful place at golden hour. Absolutely magical! Quick find here. Gets a fave for the series.Thank you TanSaf for the cache.

27-Oct-24
Found with icw. Nothing made sense to me about the clues I had collected until 'Tansy' showed me how. While at GZ I pulled out about 20 ivy seedlings. This European import is yet another threat to our bushland. Tftc

Found with the day after I found the whole series except for final.

Found at 14:15I had done the hard work and collected the required info some time ago but ran out of time to look for the final. Back in the area today and after a nice walk from the other side of the park, I soon had the cache found and the log signed Thanks TanSaf for the cache

07-Jul-24
After spending some time in the sun completing this series it was back to the car to work out the final. I tried a few different ideas that clearly didnt work before finally have a set of co-ords the checker liked. Off we went to grab the final. Log signed and series complete. A little sad as our geopuppy has just gotten too old to walk much so she missed out on the adventure. We will tell her about all the things we saw and sniffed. TFTC

This cache was one I had solved after collecting the trads. This area is bear mu kids drop off so was doing a trad a day to keep a run going. Nice and familiar park for me.Thanks to TanSaf for the fun and the adventure.

It has been a while since I've been geocacing, so after knocking off early, I thought I would go off for a Tuesday evening geocaching run. I needed a Large geocache on the 21st of the month to complete a challenge. There was an interesting Large near Bayswayer, so I selected that as my destination for tonight.I found numbers #4 & #5 in this series back on the 5th of February when in the area, but ran out of time. Found the first 3 today. Then, I sat trying to work out the puzzle and was having no luck. Sometimes, working on a phone in offline mode doesn't help things. I'm glad I switched to the online mode and relooked at the puzzle. It was then that I noticed something, and then I soon had what looked like some good coordinates.Got to the correct location and started my stroll to the GZ. I'm glad I had my head torch in the car, and it was soon showing all the trip hazards on the way. With good coordinates, the geocache was found quickly. Then, while returning it, my head torch died. Guess I should have charged it.Thanks for the cache, Tan Saf.HunterPS. Geocache find number #6,400

This morning I was headed to an event in Belgrave, but I took a circuitous route to find the rest of this nominated series beforehand. The gloomy morning was beginning to clear by the time I had found the remaining caches I needed, and re-found the ones I'd lost the clues for. Without access to a computer I struggled to make the necessary connection to solve the coordinates for GZ, so reached out to the very helpful CO who pointed me in the right direction. What a clever idea indeed. A pleasant walk in another local park and the container was soon in hand. The container and contents are all in good dry condition. TFTC and the series TanSaf A worthy nominee for an award. A favourite from me

Found it! My first puzzle cache thanks to the CO for your help. Such a lovely little spot, too.

19-Apr-24
This is an excellent series. I embarrassingly confess to needing to reach out to the CO for a nudge to solve the final co-ordinates. I somehow managed to really over complicate the solve, by overlooking the obvious. Pretty quick find by headtorch tonight, exactly where the hint and co-ordinates were pointing me.

Well this one had us stumped for quite a while. It was quite ruff! Really had me chasing my tail. Enjoyed going for lots of walkies but the treat at the end sure was buried deep, took a bit of digging around. In the end there was lots of wagging when we finally found it. Found with FairyDust01 Thanks so much for a great arvo of cache finding. Its a bit chilly and my socks are very wet but theres definitely a smile on my face!

12-Mar-24
Great puzzle. My initial GPS coordinates ended up in someone's yard, so had to have a rethink of the number method. Eventually figured it out, found the final GZ and cache was quickly located.

11-Feb-24
Didnt have time to finish the final one last time. Solved the puzzle and come back today. It was a quick find. The whole series is fun. TFTC

Found it! Yay! That was a fun puzzle! It took a couple of goes trying a couple of different methods that didnt work but once I looked at everything on the cache page, I saw the method that was required. Very cute doggos! Went for a drive after dinner with friends and made a quick enough find after sniffing about at GZ. Another gap in the mystery calendar filled in! TFTC SL cache is in good shape!

27-Dec-23
Quick find while out trying to walk off some Xmas food! Tftc cheersVery enjoyable over the past couple of months (coz Ive been lazy)

21-Dec-23
Out for a early evening caching run with Quiet1_au, our last before Christmas and probably for the year. This was first on the agenda as we had done Nos 1&2 on a previous run. This time again Karen took us to the wrong spot and then because our GPS didnt have local caches in it, we were using c:geo to get to the cache from where we parked only problem was we were having trouble putting the solved co-ords into the app lol . So yes we took ages to get to GZ taking the much longer route n foot than ultimately needed too Final Cache of this series found, we decided to call it quits there as it was getting dusky. TFTC and series TanSaf - GJMMelb

Well for once I picked the correct approach point and - ignoring my car GPS's silly choice of directions - and took a shorter, if more wiggly, route. I walked to GZ, expecting to be last there once again but no, I was alone! Cache located, logged and rehidden I fully expected G&J to be along any second now. But I waited and walked up that track and then the other, wondering which direction they might come from but no sign of them. (I expect their waiting for me at the previous caches seemed equally long too!... Very Happy ) But they did arrive and I was glad to have been able to find one cache this run, as well as crack the puzzle so it worked out well Smile Light was fading so we decided to head rather than attempt any more caches (plus we need to keep some for future finds!) TFTC and an enjoyable little series with a little tricky twist at the end for the final - a favourite point from me for the series Smile

A beautiful sunny afternoon couldnt be wasted with another lazy couch session, so decided it was about time for some after-work caching. Teamed up with Geoturtle37 to seek out the new dog walk series (sans dog).We managed to put all the clues together and scratched our heads for a little bit until the penny dropped, and we knew what we had to do. Sitting in our geovehicle, we did all the calculations but got an incorrect on the checker. Recalculated manually and finally got the tick. Walked to GZ, where the cache was quickly found. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, TanSaf ~~

23-Nov-23
Having found all the caches and thus all the clues, we did what was needed to find the final, or so we thought. After recalculating, we got the tick and were on our way to this final cache in the series. We were also able to find this cache with no problems and added our names to the log. Thanks for the short strolls and this final cache. A favourite given for the series.

Congratulations TanSaf on your first series which included this bonus cache. You have done an excellent job. I love the way you have included your love of your pawsome pals into the series. One could almost imagine Tansy and Saffy sniffing their way along the trails and pointing out a favourite spot for you to place the final.Loved the mystery cache puzzle. It was very cleverly put together.I know how much work goes into dreaming up an idea, finding suitable spots, trying to get your concept through the reviewers process of approval, placing and maintaining the caches, and I appreciate what you have done here.A favourite point for the series and to encourage you to place more.

Great little series.I managed the first five a few weeks ago but ran out of time to think through the final coordinates.Had a little spare time this afternoon and I knew this park was familiar I reckon one of our early finds (pirate themed) was in this reserve.Quick find with the perfect toordinates. TB collected.

Out on my own after attending the launch of Senior Citz week at Knox.. Had picked up the clues but need some guidance from there. Called in and made the easy find. Spoke to the Knox maintenance of the park and alerted them to the hide. They were aware of our game as they have planted some themselves. Thanks for the journey TanSaf Took TB Left TB

01-Oct-23
Ok, that took WAY too long to solve. No matter what approach I used I just couldnt get it to work and ultimately had to reach out. Cant believe I didnt twig to that. A warm twilight night here tonight so not being that far from GZ I zipped around the empty streets on the scooter. The nearby dogs were a little surprised to see me. Ha. Thanks for a nifty series in my own backyard.

30-Sep-23
Another of the caches in this series that is close to home. Having finally completed that other 5 caches earlier this week Lyn had been able to work out the puzzle and come up the final location. Today we parked nearby and walked the short distance to GZ. A reasonably quick find. Signed the log and left the Travel Bug kie 2. Thanks to TanSaf for the series and the final. A favourite point given.

Being a dog lover, I have enjoyed this series. My dog, Pilot, attended each of the caches, along with RedcbBluebm and me. Once we had all the clues, we tried several ideas on how to gain the coords, but the answer eluded us.We came back today to try and locate it from the hint, but eventually had to PAF. With a way forward, we were able to sit in the car and do our calculations. It was very pleasing to get the tick. We proceeded to the location, and Lynne quickly found the reward. Thanks TanSaf. What a wonderful effort for your first hide. A favourite point coming your way.

26-Sep-23
Oh I spent some time on this puzzle that's for sure and all to no avail! Thankfully Crustyvarmint PAF for just a tiny nudge which set us off finally in the right direction. Cache dutifully and exultantly found and logged! Hooray. Thanks for this series TanSaf...I really enjoyed it.

I had found the rest of the [CO's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=8aeeaf3b-b31c-4bbf-8e7a-ce4f715d155d&wid=fba702d5-8d5c-4f36-9aa6-cb1291894864&ds=2) [Dog Walk Sniffs Series](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GCAC2YW_dog-walk-sniffs-1) caches in one day with anticipation that the final would be published soon, and that I might have a shot at an FTF.However, this cache was published while I was away, which it ultimately didn't matter as I missed the critical step on the cache page in order to solve the final GZ coordinates.Luckily, the very kind [CO's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=8aeeaf3b-b31c-4bbf-8e7a-ce4f715d155d&wid=fba702d5-8d5c-4f36-9aa6-cb1291894864&ds=2) gave me a hint on what I had missed and with the hint I was able to solve the coordinates for GZ.Well with the FTF long gone I decided to leave this cache for a day that I needed to find a mystery cache in order to fill in a date for [ahomburg's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=1ded3729-fe62-40bb-9f5f-fd559e7163b1&wid=2ea93f43-d6fb-4f7e-938a-bacef589ab2c&ds=2) [WCW - Almost a Complete Mystery Challenge (GC9Z59N)](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC9Z59N).Well today was that day. So after work I hopped into the geomobile and made my way to GZ. This was a lovely little spot, that I believe I may have explored previously either on another day of caching or maybe when I was just out on my own walk.Either way I enjoyed returning to this beautiful pocket of nature and after a quick search at GZ the cahe was in hand and the logbook signed.A big thanks goes to [TanSaf](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=8aeeaf3b-b31c-4bbf-8e7a-ce4f715d155d&wid=fba702d5-8d5c-4f36-9aa6-cb1291894864&ds=2) for the fun little series and for the help with solving this final. TFTC.**Cache Maintenance Status**The cache container was in good shape and the logbook was clean and dry with plenty of room for future cache finders to sign.

I headed out by myself today to slowly progress towards the 40 or so caches needed for this months wheel of challenges hard souvenir. Absolutely beautiful weather for the 3 hours I had spare.
This one was published the day after I finished all the trads and I had a quick look but then left it until later. Eventually I realised what I had to do and soon had a good looking GZ and today after a short stroll the cache was soon in hand. Congrats on your first series which I enjoyed and a nice twist to the puzzle was good too. A favourite from me.
Thanks TanSaf for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

With the sun out, and the school term having come to an end, Geo-Son and Geo-Dad went to the Wantirna area to complete the Dog walk sniffs series and grab a couple other caches in the area. This was the eighth and final find of the day. We had collected all the clues from the other caches, but didn't really have an idea on how to come up with co-ords with them. A keen eye for some key information from the description gave us an idea of where the cache would be. We went off with no co-ords and just a rough idea on where to search and see if we come up with anything. Sure enough, the cache was found in the 3rd place we looked. Tftc and the series TanSaf

07-Sep-23
A couple of weeks I did a lap of Wantirna, visiting all the places that dogs recommend to each other for having a sniff. I managed to sniff out all of the caches and their clues, which were then put to good use to come up with the coordinates for the final. Today was the day to head back and sniff out the last of the series, which was found quickly and easily in another lovely Wantirna park.

I found this cache today on the final part of my quest to finish off this quite fun series. I had been collecting the clues awaiting the final to come along, then the cache was soon solved and today I came past to collect the booty. Our 5th find in this park with the others being in 2006, 2010, and 2020 x 2. Thanks from D B-A

A great little series with original clues, BUT now at the final, what to do with them A PAF soon sorted that out, then some calculations and off to claim the prize

Set off with our geodoggy on the hunt for his first ever doggy FTF. Bugger, beaten to it but YAY still got {STF}!!
Geodoggo was disappointed when he discovered the FTF doggy prize was claimed
