Today we headed into Launceston to visit the physio. Was then supposed to be getting 30 caches to assist in my quest of getting to 25k by the end of November. Plan didnt quite go as expected as we ended up catching up with an old friend for a few hours in the middle of the day. All good though always nice to see friends. So instead it was 16 finds for the day and finished 2 x AL which was a bonus. My thanks to all the CO for placing and maintaining caches for us to find. Had to have a good look for this one its a neat little hiding spot. TFTC
One of a few successes this arvo. Good spot, good cache. All in good nick. Thanks turnercaitlin.
Thanks turnercaitlin for placing Dual tree. Swampy and I came back to plunder more of the NW coast over a long weekend. This is day 4, we are heading back to Hobart today. This run has us finding both GC and GCA caches. So many caches, so little time. This is my GC find #1942 and was found on 19/8/2024 at 08:21
Hello turnercaitlin thank you for the cacheThis one was a quick find even in the dark. Here I go again chasing caches to get a souvenir that no one will see.Found on Friday, 02 August 2024 at 1822**TFTC**
A weird trip to Launceston today. Had a job to do for work which took 30 minutes and then it was caching and op shopping. The caching was poor. The op shopping was great. The caching ended up with 4 dnfs and 6 finds, and I am pretty sure those 4 are gone. Tftc
A well hidden cache that had me going around in circles for a bit. I picked up a trackable for my efforts as well. TFTC
I did not take much notice of a new player with only four finds saying At not there. It was a pleasure to change the blue sad face into a smiley face. Found with Tilly 2010 who forgot to bring her stamp. Thank you for replacing this cache.
After a previous time we didn't find it, we returned and minisqwash and I found it just deeper than we previously looked. TFTC turnercaitlin
Today we further explored our back yard and finding caches along the way, and this was one of them.We concentrated on finding the caches that has been published since our last visit. We found a variety of hides with varying degrees of difficulty. Many thanks to the CO for your cache placement.
Back in tassie for a few days, had a few hours spare today so went around to find a few caches. A quick park and walk to this one today, cache is all good hereThanks for the cache
Lovely day for a cache & a walk, quick park of the car and a really quick cache find, still nice and dry here TFTC
It seems that 3rd try is the charm! After 3 attempts of this cache and asking the owner to check on it Ive finally got my hands on the cache.TFTCForgot a pen for heres a photo log
No problems here and a quick find was made. Only one muggle in the area and he disappeared with his jack russell in to the park while I leaned against the fence and waited. Surprised he let the dog off lead as it looked like it would be a bit snaky in there.Thanks.
Im glad I randomly picked this one off the map to take my dog on a walk to find. Randomly banged into my partner and got to give him a hug before he drove off for a few nights. Sadly my little geocaching companion whippet is starting to show his age. Shorter walks and lots of love these days. Still, he loves exploring and caching with me
Accurate coordinates and the name of the cache led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. The very surprising aspect is that after we signed, there were only three signatures in the logbook: icybeetas, berrybenders and ourselves. The others had not signed the logbook, a non-negotiable requirement before logging a find. Thanks turnercaitlin for the cache.
I had just finished logging two finds of newly published caches by this CO when I noticed two more come on line. This was a quick FTF. Thank you for your caches placed for our challenge and enjoyment.
