Hi Whitepaws9, We found your 1.5 1.5 Small Traditional B140 M1 on 30/8/2024.Find 3097 for BFMC.Having realised im 20 odd caches short of qualifying for the winter challenge from the St Arnaud series im trying to motivate and get it done without having to wait another 9 months. With the eldest out for the night I picked up the youngest and off we set, seeing how many we could knock off by dark. Our adventures brought us back to Geelong at this point, and with a number of unfound caches around Fyansford we decided to start here and see how far we got. A quick find in good order, TFTC.

I had planned to catch up with The_Tritonz earlier in the week owing to being in town for some other business, however after my plans changed I made some last minute arrangements to spend Saturday down in G-troit instead. A nice quick find along the journey to the river. Scored a pathtag for Ms Tritonz. Thanks Whitepaws9 for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy. Caching locally with RoamingHowie on this lovely sunny day we were able to pick up quite a few of the newer published caches around Geelong and even scored a fortuitous ftf. A logical find here today as we headed down towards the river. There was a crane towering over on the M1 nearby working on the overhead lights, not a job one half of the team would enjoy. Big GrinThanks Whitepaws9 for the placement.

Out to clean up all the caches in this new area with Quickhealer2 which was great for the ageing Bushfire who is slowing down owning to age and a serious health problem, which will not improve and only get worse.Just as well I had my caching friend with me because gee those magnets are very strong. Thanks Whitepaws9 for placing.

I was looking to find a traditional cache today to meet the requirements of a challenge cache that I found while in Queensland earlier this year. I did get sidetracked chasing a first to find on the way to this cache but was soon back on track afterward. I have only been down this road once before many years ago finding one of my all time favourite caches the Fyansford treasure horde so it was good to remember that epic cache while visiting this one. When I spotted this cache I initially thought it was jammed but only turned out to be really good magnets.Thank you Whitpaws9 for the hide

25-Oct-23
I joined Sims_Family who were out to find a traditional cache for the day. A quick find was made, but felt like it was stuck until discovering the the strong magnets.Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks for the traditional cache WhitePaws #7,597

A quick find on the way back home from an otherwise unsuccessful cache hunt. It was the first time I'd been down this road, which overlooks a much busier road that I'm on several times a week. Cache was where I expected it to be when I pulled up. Was very impressed by the strength of the magnets. Thanks for setting up this cache, Whitepaws9!

17-Sep-23
Thank you for placing this cache! It was easy to find, right where I though it would be, the coordinates being really accurate helped a bunch. It is so nice to find a new cache in pristine condition and lots of swag especially in the small town of Fyansford. On a less positive note I punctured my bike wheel on a nail nearby, definitely worth it, a wheel can be replaced, experiences not so much. Thanks again!

One of those things ... John saw this come up, but meh, breakfast called, even though it was only minutes away. Happily replete, we cruised on down to GZ, and had a pretty good idea of where it would be. Very soon it was in hand. Nice container. Took a little key chain, left a geonickel. TFTC
