Lots of DNFs, lots of erosion following lots of rain.Would appreciate the CO checking this one please.
A trip to Launceston for work on Friday and then a days caching. No luck finding this cache. May have been washed away
I used to ride out here from Launceston at least once a week before moving to Adelaide. A lovely spot. Cache easily found and is all goodIn Launceston for a few days visiting family and friends with having a week off work, with some spare time I decided to go out and find a few caches that had popped up over the past few years in areas I had been to previously. Thanks for the cache
Today we further explored our back yard finding caches along the way, and this was one of them.We concentrated on finding the caches that have been published since our last visit. The North Esk was down today and made an easy find.We found a variety of hides with varying degrees of difficulty. Many thanks to the CO for your cache placement.
Hello CrazyJakey thank you for the cacheI came up this way to find a few caches, this was one of yours was one of them I found. This one was a very easy find in a lovely place. Thanks for bringing me here.Found on Sunday, 17 March 2024 at 1114**TFTC**
Have cached here quite a few times over the year and always love to revisit this spot. Always so neat and tidy and the river looks enticing. Pity you can't camp here but then I guess it would soon get wrecked!!A quick find at GZ after a bit of rock hopping. Thanks CrazyJakey.
There were a number of people pulling their kayaks out of the river when we arrived, but, thankfully, GZ was away from thir view. Our GPS was very slow to settle in this location, so we searched up and down the bank until the cache was located. The cache and contents were in good condition. By the time we left, our GPG indicated that we were within 1m of the published coordinates. Thanks Crazy Jakey for the cache.
I saw this cache published yesterday and decided that as I will be busy today that an early morning search was needed. I arrived at GZ and found the cache smashed with the log sheet nearby. Signed the log, put the cache back together as best I could and placed it where I thought it should be. Messaged the CO to advise of this.
