Day 20 of our Enzed adventures with Robmc and today we hired e-bikes and rode from Arrowtown to Queenstown in beautiful sunshine still fairly chilly though. The scenery was amazing and the locals were all really friendly. We had expected a few more caches along this wonderful trail but happy to have a few at least. Thanks for contributing to our amazing holiday
Day twenty of our epic New Zealand Adventure with The Morris.Staying in Queenstown, with a better weather forecast we took the bike ride, and was ferried up to Arrowtown. A great ride back down, and just a few caches done.A nice spot on a good ride. Great views of the river.Only one jet boat to be seen today. Thanks, Robmc.
We easily found the bivvie and then the " door " and then the neatly sized cache for the space . I enjoyed visiting this bridge and marvel at the hardships the men would have faced when making this bridge some hundred years ago - and yes ! they would have been all men! - renewing the carriage way was and excellent restoration act and the bridge is well used by the cyclists and walkers . I took a photo of a small sculpture in the bank nearby and a couple of photos of the the bridge . I left a travel bug from the North island and took nothing . thank you for bringing us to this bridge yet once again . Worth a fav point from me .
A quick easy find after wending our way under the bridge and along the trail. TFTC
