It took some searching, Scarlett ducked down and spotted the orange container. Paul the pole is a good hint here at the rock park! Coordinates are a little off. But it was fun.
Today we are chasing numbers as I have a personal quest to attempt to complete by the end of November. So we headed into Launceston from Bishopsbourne to find 12 caches. We only had 1 dnf which was great and all the caches we found were in good order.Took me a moment to spot this one and even longer to get the lid off. TFTC
Another drive to Deloriane on another mission, so decided to stop by a few caches on the way again. I found this cache on the way back. Found at coordinates in logs (S41 27.827 E147 07.906) as the other coordinates put you in a place that matches the hint but the cache simply isnt thereTFTC
Thanks for the CacheFind#173Search/SL Time=10M/16:00Today Found/DNF=9/2Finders NoteI found the container that broke into a million pieces. I have replaced it with a small, orange bubble container. It's a bit longer than usual and has a spare log with tissue stuffed down the other end of the tube. It's not a logbook. I have put it there to prevent the logbook from getting stuck. Be careful when you get the log out. You might need a pair of tweezers. There's a little piece of tape to make it easier to get to, though. And the cordinates that other people have suggested, which is "S41 27.827 E147 07.906" is correct
Really confused about this one, ive had a good look at gz but hint made no sense whatsoever. i went down the path but the only metal poles that i could see were pretty much on private property. No luck
Today we further explored our back yard and finding caches along the way, and this was one of them.We concentrated on finding the caches that has been published since our last visit. Log book is full.We found a variety of hides with varying degrees of difficulty. Many thanks to the CO for your cache placement.
Tasmania Trip Day 12. This is my final day on the Tasmanian island. I have two counties left to do and went to visit the two old caches in the Launceston region before making my indirect way to Devonport. The short walks went smoothly and I found enough caches to finish my target of all the counties in Mainland Tasmania. Once I reached Devonport I took a chance to have something to eat and have a rest before lining up to get ion the boat. Not quite as well done here, but we made it. The crossing starts in the rock and roll, unlike the other way. I made it over without any upsetting issues and will head back to Canberra tomorrow. Having found the primary target, I spread out to find a few caches in the area. There did not seem to be too many places that match the description and hint, but I did not find this one today. Thanks.Albida
I was away for work this week and while up in Launy had a chance to meet up with TazScout as I hadn't seen them in ages, it was nice to catch up and find a few caches together, 7 years ago along with gooseandegg we all walked Dooley's trail together.Found on 18/01/2024 at 19:09:00 thanks to turnercaitlin for placing this cache for me to find. The best caches I have found so far are:-Sentimental [Moorgreen P3:1, Penny Pincher](http://coord.info/GC32Z5B) By [Sven&Cup](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=6596795)Traditional [Hanging Around in Toorak](http://coord.info/GC62KAP) By [bobthebuilder_123](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=586681)Multi [Gawler Fort Knox](https://coord.info/GC5T0W1) By [**JEM**](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=11449141)Unknown [Men In Black Holes](http://coord.info/GC1DVB0) By [SG-3](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=918045) Letterbox [Rolf's Letterbox](http://coord.info/GC5NCYM) By [membsec](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=5318842)Earthcache [Totem Pole](https://coord.info/GC862H8) By [The Hancock Clan](http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?A=263428)Visit the [Geocaching Tasmania Facebook group](https://www.facebook.com/groups/318455407771/)

Arrived here and with the co ords nothing made sense so had a read of a few logs and soon found a new set of Co ords off to them and a short search was had, cache was foundToday nettieknows and I headed out and about Launceston to find a large chunk of the new caches that have been published around the city, a lovely afternoon with just over 20 findsThanks for the cache
Im not sure if its still there or not but I spent nearly 20 minutes looking & couldnt find a thing
Found, stamped and replaced, with Maggie and Mollie, my GeoWesties, while roaming around Tasmania with our motorhome Mylittlebus looking for content for our TASMANIA ALL OVER facebook page. Thanks for placing this cache (and others), keeping us on our exploring toes.
Had to use some stealth here as the muggle next door was watering his lawn and watching us as well. Guess it's not that often they get a van parked at the end of their street.Mr Beetle spotted this one in a place that I thought I had already checked - obviously not well enough!!Thanks turnercaitlin for the hide in a place we had never visited before.
Thank you for the geocache. Took a long time to find it. Decided to use the coordinates and found it reasonably easily
GZ was about8m away but seemed obvious enough. Did a circle around GZ and the. Headed to the cache. TFTC
It took over 20 minutes to locate this cache. When we finally found it, the cache was about 10m from the published coordinates. The cache and contents were in good condition. Before leaving, we checked the coordinates and the average of three measurements was S41 27.827 E147 07.906. Thanks turnercaitlin for the cache.
Took a bit longer than it would have in daylight but found it after expanding our search a bit. Might have just been us but the coordinates were a bit off.
Happy to see a glittery but empty log and claim [FTF] at about 8:42pm. TFTC!
