Slip sliding my way to GZ. Despite the weather, there were quite a few other groups exploring the trails. Much more water than Ive seen on previous visits here too. Despite other logging a quick find here, I was ready to give up before finally spotting the container. It wasnt what I was expecting. Thanks for the hide.

Went out to do a spot of caching at Lesmurdie Falls.Found the cache quickly. Nice! This is my 1042nd find!Of course, I can't log a cache without attaching an Oh Hellos song:Between the seams that line your living roomA vine of ivy's pushing her way throughAnd as she creeps along, she sinks her rootsInto the cracks, and pulls 'em back until the structure's coming looseAnd the way the shadows on the wall are castLook like a twisted apparition from the pastAnd all the memories come flooding fastA wilderness you kinda missBut were taught you ought to cut it backSo you shut it outYou shout it downUntil you're all white-knuckledYou got a lot to learn, if you'd settle downLet be what is, let be what isn'tIt's a natural world in which we're livingAnd if you let it alone, it will surely growJust leave it alone, child, and let it goAnd when all your ziggurats have crumbled downAnd every stone is thrown like seeds across the groundA new Arcadia will come aroundAnd multiply until the binds of death have been unwoundSo don't you shut it outDon't you shout it downAnd get your feathers ruffledYou got a lot to learn, if you'd just settle downAnd let the river run its course'Cause see, the ground all aroundIt was always holyLeave the ruins where they fallLeave them allAnd let the wild take overLet be what is, let be what isn'tIt's a natural world in which we're livingAnd if you let it alone, it will surely growJust leave it alone, child, and let it goLet be what is, let be what isn'tIt's a natural world in which we're livingAnd if you let it alone, it will surely growJust leave it alone, child, and let it go### WORD OF THE MONTH ###verisimilitude | vrsmltjud |noun [mass noun]the appearance of being true or real: the detail gives the novel some verisimilitude.# DERIVATIVES #verisimilar | vrsml | adjective# ORIGIN #early 17th century: from Latin verisimilitudo, from verisimilis probable, from veri (genitive of verus true) + similis like.

Kicking off our adventure, we made our way to Lesmurdie Falls, aiming to conquer an EarthCache and a traditional cache. Despite the season, a hint of water still cascaded down the falls, adding a touch of serene beauty to the landscape. It was a fulfilling start to our day, blending geological exploration with traditional cache hunting in the midst of this scenic natural wonder. Cheers bethanyc96!

Trobat! Encontrado!Today I had a free day and nothing special to do, so I decide to go here and had a hike following the main path and geocaching as my personal tour guide. Excited to be in the Australian nature for first time and finally far from the city center. I spend a great time and signing all the geocaches planned. After 5 minutes my GPs decide to stop dance and I reach the place where the hint says. Once the, well hided or maybe the overgrow made It hard than expected. Signed and still walking!Moltes grcies! Muchas gracias!

Joint *FTF* with axell33. A nice early start to the day to meet axell33 for this one as he came from work. We made our way to gz in the dark and had some nice views of all the lights! We had to have a bit of a search before we found this hidden, camo’ed cache. We made our mark on the new log and returned it back to its place. It was beautiful watching the sun come up over the hills. Such a lovely spot with great views and sights! Thanks for the cache here bethanyc96 and congratulations on your first hide!

Saw this one was still unclaimed, but someone beat us to it earlier today. Thanks for the cache anyway.

06-Sep-23
May I say, one of if not the best geo caches I've ever seen

Wahoo *FTF* with Leega. Seen this one published by the time I got to work. So I did a check before knocking off and seen it still unclaimed and called Leega and arranged to meet up. By the time I got there Leega was waiting and we made the walk down to gz in the dark. We searched for about 10 minutes before spotting the prize just as the sun was starting to peek over the hills. We opened up the log and found it still empty, so we signed your log and claimed the *FTF* at 0617. Favourite point coming up when I get a fresh bunch, loved the location. TFTC bethany96.
