An interesting piece of history. How did you manage to find this spot hidden under the trees we wondered? TFTC Beardman75
This GZ was very interesting and we discussed what we learned there and wondered about it. So thanks for bringing us here for us to learn about the history in this area. The cache was found quickly and the log signed and replaced as found. We drove away still talking about what wed learned. Cheers and happy caching!
out around this area caching today and stopped to do this cache. Found the cache and signed the log. Enjoyed learning about the history. TFTC Beardman75 Giving a FP
Out and about on a Sunday afternoon with karen rinora. Of course we had to stop for a few caches along the way! There was quite a collection of tomato plants here. TFTC!
With the geo wife booked in at the hairdressers for the better part of the day I headed out to pick up the remaining caches I need to complete an LGA challenge Ive been working on for sometime. Only need another 13 and I have finally got there.Upon arriving at the suggested parking location I quickly made my way to GZ. The cache was quickly found and the log signed and returned safely. Now back through the wet grass to the car and off on the next adventure.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.Cheers
Tftc. Interesting piece of history. After inspecting the plaques, I checked the spot mentioned in hint but it looked empty. Luckily it just _looked_ empty; after I dug a little bit dirt off, I found the cache also. Thank you.
Having had a very big weekend, today I had zero motivation to leave the house…
It was a couple of things that got me moving… a Beardman75 cache combined with some obscure local history and of course that **FTF** dangling some 74km from chores I was trying to avoid…
The drive down lifted my spirits, the short spurt of rain didn’t even dampen my mood…
At GZ I admired what I’d read about on the drive and then made the quick find…
Thanks Beardman75 for giving me a reason to get out today…
