I see dead people. There eyes are closed. No need to dislodge bark. It's not that kind of hide.A fun loop around the south east and beyond with deanside. Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state of WA on. SA caching foray. Staying in Mount Gambier for a week to grab some of the local hides. Its been sixteen years since since we were last here so enjoying the re-visit. Love the country town caching. Thanks for the hideLNCU
We are travelling with richlink on our Annual Caravan Geocaching road trip, using geocaching as our guide. We are in Beautiful Mt Gambier for a few days, soaking up the amazing things this area has to offer. We especially love the bush, the back roads, and the wild southern seas. TFTC LNCU.
Accurate coordinates made this a quick find . All's good at gz , thanks happylife72
We were in Portland visiting Dad for a few days and as the weather was not too good today we thought we would head over to Mt Gambia and see how it was here.We pulled up near the amenities and started heading to GZ. We walked slowly reading the story of some of the residents while waiting for a muggle to pass then continued to where the GPS said GZ should be. We checked a likely looking spot and had the container in hand and added our names to the log book.We noticed an attachment method on the container but could not find any where to put it so we replaced it where we located it.many thanks opted-out user for the hide, no closed eyes here.
Suscoe was heading to Nelson today and it ended up pretty close to 40 degrees which made the trip a bit uncomfortable. We found a range of caches even though it was so hot.Sunshine, blue skies and a northerly wind. Thanks to happylife72 for this hide.
A couple of nights in Mt Gambier after the Adelaide leap day mega event to see the sights and explore between there and Millicent. Naturally, we were caching along the way. This one just happened to be in the area of some particular targets we had on our list. A nice little bonus find! Signed as the SADDLE club for teams Shazzar66, AtTheLakeHouse, Duppers Delightful Leap Excursion - or something like that!
In keeping with the general theme of the area, this was another fun cache.AtTheLakeHouse, Shazzar66 and I were in Mt Gambier for a day and a bit, travelling from Adelaide to Melbourne following The Great Leap Forward Mega Event. We had a well thought out and researched caching list for our trip: Oldies, good and needed D/Ts, Challenge caches, caches with lots of Favourite Points, plus anything else that took our interest when we had extra time in our schedule.Following parkrun on Saturday morning, this cache was found. Probably not in the location it should have been, so it was returned to the most logical spot.Excellent cache contained, well-themed and well-camod.Thanks for the fun cache
