Oh well a very nice park. Its a little bit scary because this is where the butler murder occurred. The body from the butler murder was found in the 1950s and is still an unsolved murder. https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/18405616
tried this one before, not long after it had been placed, but it was the middle of the night and quite dark so i left after a short search and a lot of wandering in circlestoday i returned in the middle of the day and am once again reminded why caching in sunlight is far easier than an iPhone torchTFTC!!
Nice cache find, one of a small number of todays finds. Quiet peaceful oasis amongst old cottages, TFTC
A lovely park in the middle of suburbia. A few muggles around so got to enjoy the bird sounds while they dispersed.Took longer than expected to find - I was abit too focused on the GZ at the start. BYOP, TFTC!
Love the antique old homes showing character in this area. A very special area, and cute park too.Had CIH relatively early in my search and good timing too, as a pooch/owner entered the park soon afterwards, thanks AussiePam
#10122Quick trip out to grab one find today before the heat takes me out. Even better, I managed to get a parking space within 15 metres of GZ.An empty park meant a methodical search - the iPhone kept wavering under the tree cover. But soon enough I spotted the right suss thing, and there was the cache.Took it to the bench to complete signing duties, then the quick replace and away. Now to grab a Christmas present for one of the Geosons.SLTNLNTFTC
Im back visiting from Brisbane and before meeting some friends in Chatswood, decided to come to Waverton to find a couple of new caches since the last time I was here. It took a few minutes to find but the very appropriate title helped. Tftc
This was my third visit to this cache. The first time I simply didnt find it. The second time, a pair of muggles was settled in, complete with a dog, some lunch and a board game on the park table. So I left without looking. This time I went with Ms Atalanta who quickly located the cache several metres from where I had been looking.TFTC
Found It!No one else in this little park today so this cache was a quick find!TFTC

Some interesting housing to see in this neighbourhood. We enjoyed walking around here. A very nice little park. Liked the way the cache was hidden. FP. TFTC AussiePam

OCW frazeydaze on a lovely Sunday morning. What a nice little reserve and the kind folk who look after it also provide seating to write geocaching logs. TFTC
Lovely area. We walked down from Waverton Station. Nice little park amongst little old cottages. TFTC
Show me the money! Show me the cash! Show me the cache! I'll settle for a logbook to sign. OCW Cryptic8. A quick find at GZ. Now we can roll on back to the station for a coffee. Lovely area with cute old cottages. TFTC

Quick diversion over the bridge and back on the cycle home to make this new find. Was hoping Bank Street was at the top of Union, nope Union is a killer on the cycle. But rewarded with a lovely space, table and chairs where I could rest after SL duties and contemplate the cycle back up up and down down lol. Thanks for sharing this lovely location AussiePam, I was wealthy from the journey . #2113
Show me the Money! Found the cache, neatly stashed, in the bank, in this peaceful 'third space'. TFTC Aussiepam
#12664 17:20Money in abundance in this part of town where the 'cost of living crisis' has not hit yet.The nearby half rotten abandoned dwelling had a development proposal nailed to the picket fence. I wondered how many millions would have been put down to buy a delipitated cottage on acreage the size of a postage stamp in this part of town? Domain gave me the answer. Listed as "a blue-chip trinity of lifestyle....will captivate the ambitious buyer in this all-original property" and "Elevated and freestanding on a 151sqm corner block, it offers lovely bones with timber-lined ceilings...with complete restoration or rebuild required". This blue-chip trinity was sold for $1.46 million in 2020. It's housing market gone mad. But back to the cache. I was hoping to find a stash of cash in the Money cache to top up my piggy bank. Unfortunately Jack Scruff already emptied the treasure chest earlier today.TFTC AussiePam
Hey, {FTF} ! Where is everyone?Monday is my tennis day and while I saw this published early this morning it was in the wrong direction to tennis so I left it for someone else. After tennis I checked and it was still unfound so I drove over. I could have walked, I have walked here with my dog a few times and we've never seen anyone here. It's a pleasant little park. I collected the FTF prize and wondered about it. While I was signing the log sheet which I did very untidily I had an epiphany about the prize. Ah yes!!Possibly can add them to my collection, but then again I might already have them. We shall see. Thanks anyway AussiePam.TFTC # 5596
