Logs
A beautiful spring day, so I thought I should be outside caching and enjoying the weather before it gets to hot and collecting a few smilies along the way . Happy to come up trumps here. Some logs signed as N20 This is my 14226 find Thankyou duck 43 for placing and maintaining this cache for others to find .
Took a while but eventually TeamBarritts made the find. Great camo. Thanks for the hide.
Out with BJA3 and Arnott Family for a day's caching. Thanks for placing this cache for us and others to enjoy finding.
Quick find here. I hope this cache stays a little longer than the other ones before it. Tftc
After unsuccessfully waiting for a muggle to move along at a nearby cache I decided to come here first and return later. Thankfully it was a quick find here....I remember coming here ages ago to a different cache. TFTC
We were due for a quick find after a couple of brain racking searches further over. And we got it! I wasn't unhappy there were no goannas here.... TFTC duck_43.
A lucky quick find. It could have taken ages in the bush with lots of grass trees. In fact I remember coming here before and not finding the previous hide.
As is tradition whenever I get my car serviced I like to walk all the way home via some caches. This day is such a day. I often dismiss hides hidden where this one was. But glad I inspected the area and made the find.
Cache still in place. Funnily enough, I was here a few hours before this cache was published. Decided to come back here to claim another smiley in this area. I have a fear of reptiles so the name of this cache made me feel quite apprehensive to conduct the search. Thankfully no goannas came to say hello when I was here today. Great cache as usual. TFTC
Had to do a bit of searching before I turned up a great hide here, excellent camouflage Mr Duck! Have a favourite point. Thanks duck 43!
Parked the car close by and arrived at GZ thinking I spotted the camo straight away and turned it over to find nothing.Kept hunting about and monkeywand uncovered the container after about 5 minutes. Headed out this week with monkeywand for a night of caching. The focus for the evening was to pick up caches along the southern corridor and we ended up doing a loop through Bibra Lake, Murdoch, Applecross and Fremantle. We had a relatively successful night out and I collected 9 finds and 1 DNF. Thanks duck 43 for placing Goannas for me and others to find.I added my name to the log at 22:12 on 31/10/2023.This is find number 7799 for me.
Out and about with ICNothing and Cirrus_WA for another Tuesday night caching run. Nice Camo!
Out and about again, finished work early and took a detour to grab a couple of new caches down my way.Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds todayThanks to all the COs for the hides I found.
Headed out for an quick evening run to grab some caches close to home and the train line lab that we didnt finish the other night. This was a pretty decent cache. Add FP.
Spot has been frustrated with computer stuff so Patch suggested having a break and having an attempt at finding this relatively new Duck 43 cache. Fortunately Spots frustrations werent added to here. Thanks for getting us out of the house and breathing a bit of fresh air Mr Duck. All left as found.
Find 14 of 15, first on a bike ride (and bush walk) around Murdoch, a ride across to Fiona Stanley for two Ad Labs, then a drive (via Winthrop) to Wireless Hill for a walking tour consisting of an Ad Lab and three Ducks. Finally we called in to wrangle a bangle down to keep our 100% JKJK record going Missed our turn on the main path so had some bush bashing to do to get across. This is a very familiar GZ from caches past. Luckily it was only a short search before the well constructed cache was revealed.TFTC duck 43!
TFTC found with Avreno , This one was a little tricky, but after we took our minds away from the live goanna that we thought was the cache, we found it.
Maybe our quickest ever Duck find, just lucky, I guess .Worth a favourite nevertheless. TFTC duck 43
Found this nicely executed cache after a bit of searching.A FP for the construction.TFTC duck 43 this is find #15914 for us.
This had me scratching a bit too close to the path for a while before I discovered the neat hide. Nice big container too. Thanks.
It took a few minutes as there are plenty of red herrings. Eventually uncovered the as expected perfectly executed hide. TFTC
Was just going to settle down and watch some tv when this cache was published. Shoes on and off we went. Was a quick find by Chwiliwr. A blank log so joint *FTF* with Chwiliwr.Log signed and cache replaced as found. Thanks duck 43 for placing this cache for us to find.
Had just taken off my shoes and socks to relax when the notification for this cache came through so put them back on and convinced the Better Half to go for a drive.Arrived at ground zero a short time later and after a small search made the find of the cache. No log sheet was in the container so returned to the car and got one of our spares and signed that and put it in the container.Cache was then returned as it was found. Thanks duck 43 for another excellent hide. I have given this one a FPJoint *FTF* with the Better Half
