After a great day yesterday riding from Linville to find the final of the UP the BVRT multi i had a great night sleep staying in Yarraman. I left my husband this morning to ride from Yarraman to Blackbutt finding 8 caches along the way ,20kms in just over 2 hours. There were lots of cows on the trail today and i had to slow down to not scare them too much. Had a great ride and I ended up meeting my husband at Blackbutt for breakfast. What a great day to be a geocacher.I ended up finding out that the scare tape on the top of my helmet really does work a wonder. A couple of magpies started to swoop but quickly flew back to their tree. This cache i looked here and there and then around and around before going to a nearby tree to get some shade, have a drink and look at some logs and also think of where it could be. Back at GZ with a fresh brain i decided to look at something and bingo . Wow that is so clever , I love it. Thaks Ms Maddy for all the fun. Giving it a FP for such a clever hide.

I have to give a big shout out to the coffee at the cafe in BlackButt. Firstly, cafe is a loose term because it has a hot box containing week old food. Then there are the baristas that should probably be at school. I wonder if they can even spell the word coffee.Somehow, the coffee there is way above average. If you were a preschool teacher marking their coffee on a bell curve, then truly you would have to believe their parents when they say they are gifted.Im giving a favourite point to this hide because I like something sneaky and efficient. Efficient is a word I cant spell but Im sure the teenage baristas at Blackbutt have something shorthand so they can use it on Instagram. tftc

Out and about to find a few new caches up this way today ... and do a little maintenance along the way as well. I spotted a little something that did not belong and found the cache quickly. I made sure that little something was NOT showing when I hid the cache. Loved the way/method the cache was hidden. Thanks for the cache.

Out exploring with Genghict, we noticed some caches that have been added since our last pass through this way. Seeing it was a micro park and grab, we weren't expecting much, but this was a surprising find. A little imagination gave us a smile. Fav point here. The cache is in good condition. Tftc

After a lovely dinner at the blackbutt pub last night and a peaceful nights sleep it was an early morning start today to score a few caches before work begins. My target to day is to get to 100 caches in the south Burnett LGA to get one step closer to a challenge cache Im focusing on in Brisbane.Upon arriving at ground zero I found a safe place to park the geowagon and made my way to ground zero. It didnt take long until I had located ground zero and I soon had the log out and was making my mark for prosperity. Safely returning the cache to its hiding place I was soon back in the van and off to the next adventure.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.Cheers

**Found Saturday 14-October-2023 at 17:01 Smiley #2283**Wow, I have slowly just been finding caches, signing logs, logging drafts and simply forgetting about these and never actually logging them. My sincerest apologies to the relevant CO's, especially if I found issues with them and didn't do anything about them.Unfortunately my drafts were also designed to jog my memory about the cache to assist with the logging process. Doesn't work when some of them are over 2 years old. Here comes some generic comments. Once again, I apologise SadWow. Accidental first to find. Great hide. Took two attempts. This was a log that I definately should have published sooner. Didn't realise until we found the cache that it was a ***FTF***. It was so ridiculously hot that day. Doing a big loop from Ipswich, up the highway, Blackbutt, then Crows Nest and over the back roads back to Ipswich where I was staying.Cache logs are either stamped, signed with Rogersclan13 or just RC13 for space. Thanks for the cache **Ms Maddy** Big GrinRogersclan13 Cool
