----------### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUESTED PLEASE** ###----------Hi there Cache Owner,This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **possibly** needs some attention. You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do. Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so the cache is being temporarily disable - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days,** so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.#What you need to do:-#You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-- **Check On The Cache** - once checked, place an Owner Maintenance log and then enable the cache.- **Place A Write Note Log** - indicating a date when you expect it will be restored. - **Adopt Out or Archive** - depending on whether you want it kept or for it to disappear.A full explanation for each of the above choices can be found at [**GEOCACHE MAINTENANCE**]( https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/Victoria) on the Regional Policies page. You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and **the cache will be de-listed (Archived) at the end of the 14 day period, without further recourse to the CO.** [xx(] It would be far better if you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above. Thanks for your cooperation,Bunjil (Pete & Helen)Volunteer Reviewers - Australia[3AS auto]
Gave it a decent look. Definitely feel the cache has gone awol. Better luck for the searchers
Didnt find. With the heigh seas in the last couple of weeks the bank has lost about 2m of the foreshore and I think the cache may have gone with it. GZ was in the water.
We found it!! Our first find!!! We will come back and add some things. So exciting.Just moved to the area and me and three kiddos have just had the best experience ha!
Super quick and easy find and lots of pretty shells too! The log book was missing so we had a spare piece of paper, signed and left behind but will need a new log
Passing by today and added 4 sheets of waterproof paper in a ziplock bag to the cache
Like many others before us have mentioned there was no log book to sign but left our initials on the back of the label inside. We walk this way at least a couple of times a week so will add a new log sheet next time we are passing
Fun little find today. Im not sure it was where the hint suggested, and no log book inside, might need attention!
Just visiting this area for a couple of days and managed to escape my muggle hosts to find a few easy caches today. After a lovely stroll along the beach I found this cache, but unfortunately no log or even a scrap of paper to sign. Will claim the find with a photo of the cache container sent to CO. Thanks for bringing me here Sonofthesimes.
Hubby is not a geocaching fan & was keen to continue on our walk so after several minutes of fruitless searching this is a DNF for us today. Couldnt even find the piece of concrete that was mentioned in previous comments.
What a great treasure box, kids swapped a treasure. No log book. So very fun. Thank you
Hi my name is sage and my dad and I found this geochache at night and when we found it there were such cool things in there.Good luck finding this one.
Down here on holidays, great time for caching. East find, no log book though. Here La photo proof of some little friends I found
Heading back to Rosebud from Point Nepean, I stopped to find this one very near the beach house. This is a bold placement idea, but I fear it has been muggled. I found the concrete piece mentioned by a previous finder, but even after some excavation no container was forthcoming. I did however unearth the cache label, so I'm reasonably sure the container is MIA.
Cute little find! But I found it with the lid off like a foot away, and there was no log to sign sadly ):
Found with gmj3191. This is a beautiful beach and there is a lovely sunset here tonight. Thanks for bringing us here.
Find # 8,840 for me on 21 May 2024 at 4:53pm. The weather was Few Clouds 14C 69% 6 m/s . Found while having a holiday with some friends and PamJ at Boneo. We were bike riding, and doing other touristy things, and caching where we could. Found after a short search. In good condition, now behind lump of concrete. Thanks Sonofthesimes, for giving back to the game. *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Found easily enough after a lovely walk along the beach. I have not been to this stretch of foreshore until today so thanks for placing a cache here TNSL TFTC
A very easy find on a very nice day! The container was pretty exposed so I covered it back up as best as I could with what was there (which wasn't much!) The container was completely empty besides the log of course but it looks like the TB is long gone. I added a good handful of swaps so the next finders can get a bit of swag. TFTC!!
First geocach with my missus. She was able to spot it after a short while. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks!
Found with LittleBoss2 on our week in Rye. Just finished a swim and gym session at the Yawa, so it's time to cache. Quick find, great coords, thanks sonofthesimes
Found with Bogonghazy whilst staying at Rye for the week. Thanks for placing the geocache
Find 3250Nice day riding the Bay Trail in the sun.A short stroll down a path and to GZ. A quick scan of the area and something looked out of place.Sure enough it was the cache.Log signed took Trackable to move on and all back safe again. Thanks for your cache.
A beautiful day down the beach.Found with +Wife and EveTheStaffy. Dropped a Dolphin TB to continue its adventures.
22 January 2024 7:54pmLast cache for the day, at this stage thinking about what I was going to have for dinner as I strolled down this lovely beach. Lots of family's walking past and when the opportunity arose I quickly grabbed the cache and signed it before disappearing back to the car. Thanks for the cache and the little adventure.
Nice to see a new cache in West Rosebud, been awhile. To finish off the global trip we ended back in the warmth here at my childhood home. Quick find, thanks for sharing this beautiful location Sonofthesimes #2408
I was still looking at my phone when Mrs Bread said 'where's the pen?' Thanks for getti.g us down to Capel. Giddy up
My mum and sister have been staying with my family at our holiday house until this afternoon. As soon as they left I came for a walk to the beach and found this cache. We'll probably be back tonight to eat dinner nearby.Only a dozen swans here this afternoon. We counted 140 one evening last year.Thank you Sonofthesimes for this cache.
Found by Bob at 1225Nice to see something a bit bigger than a bison tube in this area for a change I counted 13 swans enjoying the shallows while I was there. Thanks Sonofthesimes
I was there today hunting with my partner and I couldnt find it, unless Im blind or it was because of the sun but couldnt find it
Broke my caching drought with this one today. I am a huge Swan fan I watch them have their offspring at the Wetlands then come to feed here. Great cache I enjoyed finding it. Put a toy I found nearby on the sand in TFTC
Thankfully no rain today and a drive for a cache was had. This is one of the caches found today. Thanks Sonofthesimes for the cache.
Thanks for the cache. Found it on a long walk along the Bay Trail. Great day as its not too hot
We have got way behind in our logging and are trying to catch up and get our caching in order.Life has been pretty hectic this year, and a lot of it has gotten in the way of efficient logging of finds. We want to thank all the Cache owners for providing an array of caches for us around our countryside and in our cities. We apologise for the generic logs. We must do this to get through the backlog.Unless otherwise specified, all the caches we found were in good order.Thank you, pSonofthesimes, for this Traditional cache.
Staying at rye and exploring the area. A nice stop along the way. Thanks Sonofthesimes for the cache.Found at 12:21pm on 6/11/2023. Find # 2702
Found it , just like other finders, I'm worried for this guy when the big tide comes in. However, Today it was found nice and dry. Log signed. Tftc
At high tide I had the beach to myself, and was pleased to find the cache nice and dry. TFTC
After a nice walk along the beach today the cache was soon in hand. No campers in place yet. It certainly was Swan Beach. Thanks Sonofthesimes for placing the cache.
We had a good feed of fish and chips and decided to have a cache for desert. We made our way to GZ and were amazed by the number of swans and the very gutsy hide. Thanks Sonofthesimes for placing this cache here for us to find.Chiefton!!!
Saw this pop-up just before my exam, cool find, Im excited for more in the series!

*FTF* this popped up while I was at work and accepted I wouldn't be 1st but when it was still available for my break I raced down quickly to find a fresh log. Wahoo.I will be honest though I am a little worried about the cache with how close it is to the waters edge. The wet sand line already comes right up to the cache and I'd worry it would only take a slightly higher tide or storm and the cache would float away. Thanks for the fun and look forward to more in the series
Sitting at home a an email popped up, what ! a new cache I will just finish my lunch and be off, well you know I should have gone straight away, after a quick look around and the cache not sighted my thought was it wont be down that close to the tide line but like the the previous finder my concern is that it will be gone next king tide, still a great hide and a fun find thanks for placing it
I got the news that this was just published but like the previous finder was stuck at work for a while. Got pipped at the post, still happy to log as proud 2ndTF.I concur with others' concerns about the placement but I still give it a fave cause every cache should get at least one of them in my opinion and I particularly love when I can go on a FTF race, so there Sonofthesimes. Congrats and thank you for your first hide! Finding out that we're looking at a new series here made my Monday!
