Heading home from bird banding at Weddins. Was quiet so I got away earlier and have me a chance to collect some caches on the way home. Quite a few I have driven past in Cootamundra so time to collect a few plus the AdLab. First stop here. Second lap of GZ and the hide was spotted.TFTC OtterCreek29

I am on my way to the Better Blokes Conference over in Murrumbateman during the long weekend, today. Given I didnt have to be there until mid-afternoon, I decided on leaving early and going Geocaching. As there was a new cache placed just outside of Coota, I decided going the long way to Murrumbateman and attempting the FTF. I got it! Big Grin Afterwards, I drove to Jugiong to find some of the newer caches around there. Then I headed up the Hume HWY collecting lone unfound caches along the way. When I arrived at Yass, it was lunchtime and I decided on having KFC. After lunch, I headed into Yass for some caches and then headed out the road for some more which have been on my to-find-list for far too long. Towards my last couple of find today it started to rain. Of course this added to the fun. Then I headed off to the Conference. It was a great drive and now to enjoy the Conference. TB visit. A big thanks to the CO for adding this cache to game for the Geocaching community to enjoy. Big Grin TFTCs! Big GrinMy first find of the day. I've attempted this cache a couple times before but muggles arrived just I did. In other words, I didn't get a chance to search. Today however, only drive-by muggles were near me. After a short search I found the well crafted cache at GZ. This is the second cache I've found here at this sign, over the years. Thanks for bringing me back here and now onto the next one. Big Grin

Found after we created a new cache ourselves in the area

We are traveling with Geoturtle 37, Papi4506 & The Drovers to do an assault on Bathurst and are picking up a few caches along the way.For us this was more of a goodbye to Cootumundra as we were doing it on the way out of town.We headed off to where the GPSr was pointing and even with this many eyes looking this one took us longer than expected to locate but we eventually got there and found the very nice hide.To save room in the log we signed as The Mob.Many thanks for the hide, a favourite point from us.

Christmas trip to Adelaide 2023. Day 1. Driving day. Today I traveled to Balranald. It was not a direct drive, I went a bit further west via Binalong, Harden, Cootamundra, Junee and then back to Wagga Wagga, Narrandera and Hay before getting to my motel in the late afternoon. There was on and off again rain, but only after my pre-Wagga caching was complete. I enjoyed the variety of today's drive, as the Hume was very busy on the short section I did today. Only one of the caches was difficult, so is was really a great day. I finished the day with a great dinner in Balranald before settling in to do the days logging. This could have been so hard. It was not in the first or second place I looked, but I was happy it did not take too long and I was able to sign my name and move on.Thanks for the cache OtterCreek2945131.5 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 250 Finds Achievement A#65**Albida**

Being a native plant enthusiast, we had to go through Cootamundra on our trip and of course I had to stop for a cache. Started looking at the wrong end so it took a bit to find the right rock. A well hidden cache!TFTC
