TFTC,In the area finding caches in LGA's I have not been in.Lowered our minimum to 2 in each LGA, time is against us, visited trackables.Quick find.
Quick find, as the showers start. Stamped log and replaced. Thanks for bringing us here.
On our way back to where we are staying today we decided to divert towards St Kilda and drive back along Beach Rd a drive we always enjoy, but this time with some time to stop along the way. This is one of the caches we found.Certainly not quite a bathing box, but a nice quick find!Family matters have brought us to Melbourne for a period of time yet to be determined. As we spend time here however it gives us the opportunity for some caching in areas we would not usually get to.We chased a wide variety of caches and Labs with some great puzzles and Labs in some beautiful spring weather.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache jupiterpearl.**SKI Pair****
Hearing that a geocache in the Brighton area might be archived soon, I put it on my list for my Friday night caching run. Obviously, that was the first find of the night. Then I looked at nearby geocaches and took a look for them.Walking towards the GZ, the name popped into my head and I spotted it from about 30 meters away and put away the phone. Pleased the traffic lights stopped the traffic abd I had the place to myself. Now to enjoy the walk back to Brighton. Thanks for the cache, Jupiter Pearl.Hunter
This was so fun mostly because i found it faster than my geopartner expected. I enjoyed the shocked face immensely
Cache find 222Went towards the steps then looked at the compass and went the other way reached my hand hand in then realised it can open Container is in good condition TFTC
A great location for a park and grab hide. I walked to this one as I had been caching north of the location and didn't feel like doing a long block of a drive just to park and grab both this and the next closest hide by the same CO.A quick find in a very exposed spot.
Bumped into a group of other cachers!! First time in ages to have that happen ^_^ tftc!
I found this cache today on my Mega Walk #19 - a 23,000 step walk firstly around Hampton and Brighton, then around St Kilda East and finally South Melbourne. I was off the train at Hampton and walked up to this cache. A simple find to start the day and luckily, no one getting changed inside. Thanks from D B-A
Found by caughtatwork on 28/04/2024 at 3:14:00 PMA quick find at a nice location to geocache.Took nothing, left nothing. Thanks for placing this geocache here for us to find today, for without those who like to hide geocaches, there would be nothing around for those who like to find geocaches.*Overall Experience: 3*GAFF1
Rated: for Overall Experience
A beautiful autumn day it is here in Melbourne, so I thought I'd come down to Brighton for the afternoon. A quick find here. TFTC
Found on ground. Please secure as found. Check before walking away. Lots of muggles today
GeoDad was away so GeoMum and I went for a beach walk to get some caches. Quick find, but we loved the clever hide and nice cache construction. Favourite point from us!
Find 3252Managed to park very close to GZ in the carpark. At GZ a quick search and the cache was found almost straight away.Log signed and all back safe again. Thanks jupiterpearl1
Very nice hide, after this we hope to see the 100th Squadron F-18s fly over the F1 at albert park!
An overcast day with some rain however at the moment all is dry. I had trouble finding any bathing boxes but had to make do with cache hide. Thanks to jupiterpearl for the cache.
Definitely not a bathing box!Not exactly enough room to move around in either. Thanks for the cache.
A detour on the way back from a sea-glass finding adventure led me here, and an excellent hide! TFTC
TFTC! 4 February 2024 7:45:28pm 7238 thanks to jupiterpearl for the cache! Quick find, nearly full carpark, but everyone is at the beach which made for a quick find in between traffic.
Found after doing a few caches in the area. Quite a few people at the beach enjoying the beautiful weather. Interesting cache.
Brilliant!! Need to be a bit bold because its in a high muggle area! But a great spot for a hide. TFTC
Certainly won't be getting changed in this box. Nice quick find. Thanks for bringing us here with this cache.
On Monday I am required in Melbourne for work, and I figure, that's an ideal opportunity to fly down early and spend the weekend geocaching and enjoying the suburbs. Day two, Sunday today and after a lazy start to the day, I'm off to tackle some LGAs to the South-East by foot and train.First up, it's the train ride down to Brighton Beach. Yesterday had had perfect weather - I did >17,000 steps under clear skies, but hardly broke a sweat. Today as I sat on the train, I noticed very intermittent showers on the rain radar among much the same forecast. I hoped I'd somehow miss the few spots of water.By now I was walking south along the beachfront. Which, sounds lovely, but it was a grey day and the seabreeze was more like a powerful blast and wet! In my T-shirt I could fondly recall times where I had been warmer in my life. I dug my travel towel out of the bottom of my bag to help keep wind and rain off, and surged onwards, enjoying the walk otherwise. As I got near here, there was still very few other people around and I flipped through the listing, seems easy enough. When I got close, there was really only one place to check, and a quick flip had the geocache in hand. I plonked down on the grass to sign the logbook at 13:20. Then replaced as found and this was the only bathing box I saw today. Thanks for this geocache, jupiterpearl
A day out with Geoturtle37 and pwala, caching the burbs.A really quick png as the parking inspectors were seen at a nearby carpark. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, jupiterpearl ~~
Out to caching in this area with OHC and GT37. Nice and rusty hide! , thank you so much for placing it for everyone to enjoy and highlighting this area.
Such a great clue JupiterPearl, thanks for the enhanced Geo walk Eloise at the Plaza
An interesting cache that, on somedays, could be quite the muggle avoiding the challenge. Today I only had to deal with a few spiders and a distance shambler. Thanks for the hide!
No, its not a bathing box; you wound struggle to get changed into your bathers here, but is is an excellent spot to hide a cache, Love it.
Found with gmj3191 on our way to the nearby event at Green Point. We were riding our bikes on the scenic bike path and this was a nice stop for another find. Thanks for this cleverly placed cache.
*Found on the 6 Jan 2024 @ 10:18am.**Cache find # 15455.* After the nearby event, Mark and I went for a stroll over to this one as we had both not found it yet, once there and in between muggles we were able to make the find.**Thanks to jupiterpearl for keeping the game going by placing this cache.**
Wow, there are muggles galore and it isn't even 10am!!There was a man repairing his bicycle tyre at GZ, which gave me the opportunity to admire the stunning sea. today it is glistening flat and you can see to the bottom. I'd like to go snorkelling and look for some rays but the cache log needs to be signed and there is a geocaching event starting in half an hour, oh and I didn't pay for parking! oooops - one day I hope to get my hands on one of the illustrious blue free beach parking passes. Log was signed extremely quickly and I rushed out of there, parking free thanks jupiterpearl for a nice albeit short beach trip
09:15I caught the train to celebrate LetThemEatCache's Cacheversary.n0w0rries met me at the station and it was a short walk here, and I had the cheeky hide in hand. Thanks, jupiterpearl.#8159
I was heading over to LetThemEatCache's 5th geoversary event this morning and managed to wake up bright and early to find a few caches on the way there and this was one of them.Had to wait a couple of minutes because was repaired a bike tyre puncture right at GZ. Soon after that, waited for some surfers to move away and dived in for the cache. Thanks jupiterpearl for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.
**06/01/2024, 10:18:00****Find #5643****Traditional Find #3370**I headed up to this part of Melbourne, a part I seldom go to, for an event and to find a few caches. I made a point of getting an early start so as to beat the muggles that this weather would bring out. Steve and I walked here from the event and after dodging a few muggles, made a quick find. This is quite a daring hide given the number of muggles that are almost always in attendance. **Thank-you to jupiterpearl for placing this geocache**
After visiting the local RSL I parked at the nearby railway station. When nirgalagrin alighted from his train we set off to the LTEC 5 year Cacheversary Event.Of course there were a couple of finds on the way there. This was the first and a bold hide it is too!Fortunately there was enough of a break between muggles for the cache to be removed and replaced. Thanks for adding to our shenanigans today jupiterpearl.
This was the first find for the year for me and I'm 5 days late in logging. I'd headed here before going over to the collectibles coffee shop with my muggle mate. I can't really call him a muggle because he's very familiar with the game but does not participate unless he is with me and he's actually found probably half a dozen that I couldn't find or just hadn't done so yet. So, whatever name you would give someone who is not quite a muggle, but also not a cacher in their own right. The cache name is intriguing here as I actually thought I may see some bathing boxes. Obviously far too close to the road for anything like that and the cache was indeed found in the first place I looked in. Thanks as always jupiterpearl.
Back here again, but this time to catch a train! The title finally makes sense when you visit GZ, but it still took me a moment to find it. Lots of passing traffic, it helps to have a second set of eyes to keep a lookout! Thanks jupiterpearl for placing this cache for our geo-enjoyment. Sorry you couldn't make it to the COTY Awards, next time. Until then, cache on *Throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Explore. Dream. Discover.* **Mark Twain**
Time for many things and one is the SOLSTICE souvenir rush. One is for memories of bathing boxes and wistful dreams too. And one is for "casheering" as my dear mum Mollie would say. Taking a slow way home and enjoying the setting sun and chance to wander. Cache located in obvious spot and signed with no muggling issues. Thanks jupiterpearl for placing the cache
Today we found NOT QUITE A BATHING BOX on our travels. While I fluffed around admiring our glorious day and the view the Chief had the cache signed before I even noticed he had it in hand Thanks jupiterpearl for being part of our geocaching fun.
Out and about on PTV today, heading for an event to meet 'Auntie Therese' from Switzerland. Afterwards I teamed up with Muzza to grab a few caches in the general area of a few nearby 'burbs. After a short search the cache was soon located, signed and returned as found. Thanks jupiterpearl for placing this cache.
I was out with Micaparamedic doing some local caches that he hadn't done after the nearby event. This one was too close to our travels to ignore. Nice quiet time to search with hardly a car in the car park and none near us.Thanks to Jupiterpearl for the cache. Nice to meet you today as well.
Found it on a walk to get ice cream, thanks very much for the cache!! I do this walk almost every morning so had to find it haha
Find # 8,463 for me on 4 Dec 2023 at 3:40 pm. A beautiful day for a spot of caching. Nice use of provided facilities. Thanks jupiterpearl, for giving back to the game. *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Fortunately I was able to get the closest carpark and found the cache in a logical place. However I will admit I actually overlooked it initially. Thanks jupiterpearl for placing the cache
I was here at 7.30am on a drizzly Sunday morning and there was no one around! TFTC!
Out and about with My good caching mate Omegaman1971, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles. This is one of the caches found today. Nice quick find here. Thanks jupiterpearl for the cache.

14:28Looking forward to 2022 Victorian Cache of the Year Awards & Trivia evening, we had some time to seek out a few caches including this one before the winners were announced. Thanks to jupiterpearl for hiding caches in interesting locations. 36222
#1796It really is so long since The Welder and I have managed to get out caching, but prompted by a Geocaching Victoria event we manage to get into our geostrides again! A nice quick find here today with not too many middle distractions thanks for the find!
Heymissjo and I got lucky here. We scored a convenient carpark with only a solitary muggle to dodge. But he was satisfied with his catch and headed off soon after our arrival. So thus, our catch was made relatively straightforward. Great views over the water with some immanent weather approaching. I guess we got lucky with that too! Thanks so much for an enjoyable smiley in a wonderful location.Nicely done.
