Finally found it on my 4th try Had to be quick though as there was a guy working on the house across the road.
Spent too long here and just as I was about to leave had one last look and there was something I have seen a 1000 times before and there sure enough was the larger than expected cache.Overthinking rather than actually looking.TFTCIronbark.
Only had a quick look, but this one stumped me! I'll have to come back for a better look.
It is so quiet and peaceful up here- I did a 360 degree lap of the tree before having a closer look and spotting a tell tale sign. TFTC!
A new day, a different mindset and another clue made the geocache a whole lot easier to locate this time around.Special thanks go to KemblaKrew for hiding and posting this geocacheFP for the tricky hide,
DNF for us here today in the drizzle although we hope to return another day for a more successful look soonThanks for the challenge KemblaKrew
Despite the rain, I was on the road this morning and decided to duck up the hill to make this find. I was instantly drawn to the correct tree, but making the find took longer than I'd hope for in the rain.Cheers
With rain forecast, needed a quick and nearby hide to tick off todays streak, though even as I headed up the mountain top, it looked like GZ would be cloaked in fog and drizzle already. Arrow bouncing closer to the fence across the road from the obvious title but eventually a thorough search, which left me soaked from wet foliage, had cache in hand and a 2TF log recorded.
Drove to Campbelltown this morning on a spontaneous trip to visit a CITO and grab a few caches along the way. Got the notification earlier this morning and had a look on the way home to find a {FTF} , woohoo. Great hiding spot TFTC Wilbert67
