Today was that day Many thanks to DARKSIDEDAN for placing Box of Chocolates Series: White Chocolate for us all to enjoy. A weekend of caching, labing, laughter, fun, and adventure with my great mates The Rats and Steeba. Just want I needed! A weekend like this is good for the soul.We headed from Wollongong to the Canberra Mega, via many caches and Labs along the way. We had a 48 hour early Easter window of opportunity that we needed to exploit! As always the banter was excellent, and the caching secondary to that. We found a lot of excellent caches, and this boiler plate log should not detract from them in any way.Thank you to all of the cache hiders, and the event committee.Cheers
Good to see so many new caches on the way. It has been a while since I have been to Canberra. Took my time to get there today, enjoying the great weather and looking forward to see everyone at the event later this week.TFTC Wilbert67

Another day spent Pre-Mega geocaching. Today we are chasing caches out of Goulburn, signing Log sheets as "5 for QLD" to save space. Five in a car meant we had a lot of funDon't really understand how chocolate with no chocolate is chocolate. Perhaps the famous barista Giovan Battista Bella's can explain. Hot (white) chocolate anybody?Log signed and cache replaced as found on March 21, 2024. TFTC, Giovan Battista Bellaso

#7449 Solving took longer than it should have ?? Looking at it again now - I should have googled something else clearly. But I got there stepwise in the end, initially with some pidjin looking text that did the job..... The find at GZ was a lot faster, on our way to the Grill Cave event in Bungonia. Thanks for the cache!
#7449A fun but slightly confusing solve, some things worked but some didnt, in the end, some coords popped out and a quick find at GZ. TNLN SLThanks for placing and maintaining this cache DARKSIDEDAN

Nice quick find puzzle not so much.Off to Bungonia today for the Chill the Grill event and picking a few up on the area. Thanks for getting me out and about DARKSIDEDAN
After a recent visit to Goulburn, I saw quite a few caches that needed a visit between Marulan and Tallong, so I scheduled a trip to the area. As time passed before the trip, I was alerted to an event a Bungonia to visit a cave so felt it was worth extending my trip and I was also happy to get some passengers to keep me company for the day. Today I was joined by Joolay and Kitty Katch for a relaxed start to the day. We had time for some of the caches just to the north of Marulan around the highway before heading to Bungonia National park to meet up for the event. There were lots of people and the cave was a very cramped place to be. We also managed the nearby multis and Earth caches before grabbing a bite to eat for lunch. The day finished with a visit to Tallong to visit the newish Element caches there before heading homes. A great day out. This was all about the puzzle, way to much skill for me without a lot of help. No problems locating the cache. Thanks for the cache DARKSIDEDAN45472.3 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2018 Nov Parkville Charity Coin A#389**Albida**
#13398 17:37After a lunch at Marulan it was time to head back to Sydney but not without taking a detour for just a few more caches. This was a quick find with our team of 6. Signed as BIMME4Never been a fan of white chocolate. It is not real chocolate.TFTC
A great big geocaching day out with Brewmaker, Its_Dozzie, MaxAdventurer, Martin Cousins, EverestHigh and 4Rods, SL for the day as BIMME4. TFTC DARKSIDEDAN
Picked up on our way through with geocaching family, with some of the series solved it was a good excuse to stop for a break. TFTC
Its great to be gifted a few easier boxes of chocolates. Some of the puzzles are outrageously difficult for us, and when the occasional sweet incentive comes by, we are very happy to take a bite, and in this case, stop to find it on the way to Sydney. Delightful and delicious. Thanks DSDDomsky
Puzzle wasn't too hard and made the fairly quick detour today for a couple in the series. TFTC!
fitzy_1965 and I where with the CO when this one was placed.A nice easy puzzle amongst the hard ones!Have been loving all the BOC series. Keep them coming.
33,988. minniek and I were with the CO at the placement of this cache. We have also since solved the puzzle, so it's time to claim the find. This solve didn't take too long, with minniek doing most of the honours. We had a fun day out with DSD last year before minniek's operation, and some very interesting puzzles have resulted from DSD/ZQX. And they aren't finished yet !A slow start to 2024 due to family illness after a mammoth 2023. Too many stats to list here, but an overall tally of 4,361 finds in 2023 was my best year to date. Thanks DSD !!
Cache 10831 on 1 Jan 2024. Out for a mini mission with FATZ (Fox, Angel, Tikva and ZQX) to Marulan to get the jump on 2024 caching! A small but interesting haul of caches for the afternoon. A fairly simple solve, which makes a nice change! Quick find at GZThanks DARKSIDEDAN for the cache and the fun!
Looking at the weather we made a last minute decision to drive between the sporadic downpours and head out Goulburn-way to get some caches, including some previous DNFs. The weather was a mix of torrential rain, cloud and sunshine. A fun trip and didn't get too wet. TFTC
It was a last minute decision early morning to complete a round trip northwards to collect a handful of targeted caches. Fun morning, quick find. TFTC DARKSIDEDAN.
White Chocolate, yum yum yumNot sure why you would walk thoughI enjoyed a thick-warbled song coming out of my car speakers at full volume insteadTFTC, good sized container too!
Out for a drive to collect a few caches. A quick pick-up here. No problems with the solve. TFTC DSD
#21374 @1145 {FTF}A quick find on my way to Sydney, then NZ. This puzzle was one of the easier ones of this series, with helpful breadcrumbs. TFTC.
