Arty hearty arty farty I love public art and murals that add colour and smiles to the day. Finally found that grammar is everything though when you are playing with checkers! Top idea to bring threatened feather friends to front of mind. Luckily, with big rain drops and worse threatening this is under coveralmost. TFTC and the lure to visit. A fave for art and nature.
Found on a visit to Leongatha. This had been solved for a little while and today I was able to make the find and admire the murals. They certainly brighten up an otherwise dull area. TFTC
Mrs Riddell did the footwork our her way through to the Prom on Friday which gave Mr Riddell 3 days to come up with the solution. One of these critters was dead set easy but he eventually came up with the other and it didnt take too long for the changed coordinates to appear so Mrs Riddell could do the honors and quickly nab the hide or her return journey on Monday afternoon.Another nice puzzle up to KBuckys usual high standard. And, Mrs Riddell can actually say that throughout her bushwalking days that she has actually seen each of these birds and also the Western variety of one of them too.So she is very happy about this cache.TFTC
Hmmm DNF, got the coords right but no sign of the cache nearby. Looked 3 times now
We admired the mural, found the answers and then spent the next hour (over lunch) punching characters into the checker to try to get some joy.Thankfully, our persistence paid off and we were given a nice set of coordinates. The cache was found safely tucked away.Thank kbucky for the challenge.Chiefton!!!
Knew the birds but couldn't type it in the correct way. Took longer then it should have but Eventually got it right and walked to GZ. Such a creative Cache container! Tftc, log signed and placed back.
After finding a great cache a bit out of town, we were look for some lunch. But why not a few caches first. The area was not business today, which made it easier to find the cache. A day with gwd.aussie and D@geo in Leongatha. This is one of the caches we found. Great new murals to the area. Thanks kbucky
Found with gwd.aussie and Sharon14.Decision was made last night to head down to Leongatha for some caching. Plenty of newer caches for us to find since our last visit. Thanks Kbucky
Initial plans for today were aborted so SnipsandCo and I decided to cache in Leongatha. We hit up the playground series along with a few other strays. This was one of the caches we found before stopping for a late lunch.
Found it with , another good KBucky cache. A small issue with this cache was that a previous finder didn't put a back the way it was meant to be done, rather jam it in which created some extraction issues. Fav point, TFTC
I identified the two bird species straight away, but had trouble presenting their names in a format acceptable to Certitude. At GZ icw made the find. The cache was wedged in tight, but I managed to coax it out. I carefully re-hid it so it should be easier to extract next time. Tftc.
Watawieh from Norfolk Island South Pacific. While going through my photos from a recent road trip visiting friends I discovered I had forgotten to log my find. I had spotted this magnificent artwork, and a short Google search later and I had the puzzle solved. This gives me todays dose of Vitamin GC.Found & logged using Cachly for iOS
Today I decided to take a drive over the hills to Leongatha and surrounds to find a few caches that had been sitting on the unfound list for some time now, once the drizzle stopped it was a rather nice day out for checking out unexplored areas. This is one of the caches found today. This had been in the solve pile for some time so it was good to finally make the find. I really loved the mural. Thanks kbucky for the cache.
Nice little puzzle. Found the right spot to park after the plethora of choices to an outatowner. Cool spot and of course the cache was cached as the cache was there. Found on the Mega Capital Geobash coastal loop via Adelaide - Barrington - coast to Mexico City loop. A lot of caches and white line fever was sweated out. Thanks kbucky and clear skies from TeamAstro. Cache the planet! Some logs signed as TAD as teamed up with Tenkae and Deanside for additional fun. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Solved the puzzle but couldnt find the cache anywhere. Ill come back another day.
Fond this morning on my way to first day back for school! We are locals in Leongatha and are loving the new murals that are popping up around town. We needed a hint from the CO, but found the cute camo in the end. Thanks Kbucky for another great hide
pedal pedal pedalHow lucky are you to have the SGRT on your doorstep I clocked up 23k this morning as a taster. As the goal was exploration + exercise, only logged two Multis, this pre-solved puzzle, and a trad. Rode past many more. And planning to pick them off on future rides. Also have a ferry tix for French Island for 1 hominid + 1 bike later in the week. Left the bike parked nearby and scooted over to GZ for a quick find Dropping off a **fave** for this themed cache TFTC kbucky

We will be looking into this cache hopefully tomorrow, and the bird identification shouldnt be a problem for us!
[FTF]@ 7:13PMOUR FIRST EVER FTF! And an amazing cache I must say as well. Took way too long to solve even though we knew the birds from the beginning as we have a big love of birdwatching . A great cache and was neatly placed in the rain and floods of south Gippsland. Certitude is quite fussy about your answers BTW. Love the container and the mural. TFTEC kbucky and thanks for the FTF
