Logs
This one took a bit of a poke but we soon came up with the cache. Loved the amount of detail and care put into this one.TFTC
CaptainCoop09 and I headed out today to find some local caches and this is one of the caches we found. The cache was there but there was no log inside. We signed a Bunnings receipt and put in the cache. A new logbook is required. TFTC.
Thanks to it being very quiet at this end of the car park today, this one was a nice easy find. Loved the container. Thanks MissAdventure3 for the very creative cache
Muggle free find this morning - maybe it was the rain Nice cache container. TFTC MissA
Yayyyy finally got this one after being muggled last attempt! Thanks for the find, my firey friend MisAdventure3
With dot558 grabbing some smiles before heading back to Melbourne after attending the music festival Thanks for placing the cache
This was a nice easy find, I did find it a challenge with the guys working close by.But I like a challenge, thank you MissAdventure3 for placing this cache here.
Picked a less busy time and tried to hide my actions by getting a stone out of my shoe whilst leaning accordingly . Nice hide in plain sight - TFTC
Had some time before dinner, so decided to find some in the area. Having seen this type before spotted it straight away. Thanks for the fun
Nice easy find here. Having seen this sort of container before we spotted it straight away. Thanks for the cache
Coming to Hammerbarn on a Saturday is basically a ritual for us. Whether it's for gardening stuff, home improvements, or just a snag, it really is the place to be! I'd seen this one pop up after Welcome To Mornington disappeared, and was just waiting for the right opportunity to get that smiley. So today, I needed some fertiliser, a door striker plate, and some fire lighters. I parked near by, and mentioned to the kids that there is a 1.5/1.5 nearby. They were keen, so we tumbled out of the car, and headed straight to the obvious spot. After a brief search, and a red herring, the older kid pointed out something sus. I quickly dismissed it, because that was way too hard to retrieve for a 1.5/1.5! Then I had a closer look and it definitely looked like a nice little cache container. I put the kid on my shoulders, and we were just able to retrieve it. Signed log, which is getting wonderfully full.I contacted the CO to confirm that it definitely wasn't supposed to be there, and put it back where one would expect to find a 1.5/1.5. Thanks for the cache, like others have suggested, the busier Hammerbarn is, the easier it is not look suspicious! But watch out for those Muggles.
On my way home from baby sitting my granddaughter I called onto this one. Nice easy find. Cache in excellent condition. Thanks for the cache MissAdventure3
Quick trip to GZ as a local, less muggles due to weather conditions however on such a windy day there was a gardener with a leaf blower.. seriously anyway best advice is previous log I ignored and got it done great hide.
The secret is to ignore what's happening around you and get it done. Middle of the day on a Saturday is no issue.TFTC
Omegaman1971Support Your Local Villain Live - Laugh - Lurk Caches Found: 13160First To Find: 150Sidetracked Cache Finds: 118In the area for work and only had time for a few caches, after a short walk I soon had the cache in hand and the log stamped.I really Like the Camo! Nice container Cheers for the cache
Needed to pick up some batteries with the daughter and we enjoyed this find. TFTC (although we forgot a pen and couldnt even find one at Bunnings)
I had to pick up something at the big green shed so took the opportunity to find this cache. Thanks MissAdventure3 for placing the cache nice container!
Found with SciFiRulz and PapaGrouch. Its really busy today. No surprise. We found it while trying to appear like we own the place. I think we got away with it. I spend so much money here that I should probably own the place by now! But not today - things to do, caches to find. TFTC
Find 3198Gee very busy here today. Parked about 40 metres away and walked to GZ.Fortunately no muggles at this point.A quick scan and geo wife went straight to it.Log signed and back safe again.Thank you for putting this cache here.
Had to stop at bunnings today so there was no way I wad going to leave without looking for this one! Finding it was easy unfortunately I didn't think of how exposed you are to people going past while doing so and my friend that was waiting in the car said a muggle was watching me with a rather puzzled look before heading into bunnings.. I may need to work on my ninja skills! ?? hopefully it didn't compromise the hide but I rather doubt it ?? thanks for another geocache down here, we need more! ??
Well - nice and straightforward and good to have a cache here and even though it is a busy place it is possible to act nonchalant, find the cache, sign and replace and then visit Bunnings if one wants to. TFTC
Keen to grab this new cache at a time that there were unlikely to be muggles around (late evening on a public holiday - yes please!) buhfuhguh and I headed out via Devil Bend where I was able to snag a Pathtag.A close-by carpark was chosen and the cache was quickly located, allowing us to add our names to the logsheet on this Christmas evening. We did also find the description of this one rather amusing - it's funny what gets by the reviewers sometimes! Thanks to MissAdventure3 for placing this one!
25 December 2023 9:41 pmMerry Christmas, after a late night message from Brain, asking if I wanted to join him in picking up a path tag from a cache and to pick up a find for his calendar challenge. Why not go out for an impromptu trip.Quick look all in all and the cache was quickly in hand, sadly no bunnings sausages available this late into the night, thanks for the cache and the little adventure.
With only living just less than a kilometer away baggy08 and I waited for a quiet day and what better to do on christmas day noone around ad a quick find once noticed what it would be around.thanks for the cache geo doggy in tow
We were here for last minute shopping for presents, and decided to treat ourselves to a cache. Very busy traffic area, and we were very glad to spot this one quick. TFTC Missadventure3.Chiefton
Found it , after work, went to have a look for this one, in the darkness, with no one about. I think I made a good decision as it can get very busy here during the day. Nice sneaky spot. Tftc
STF This came through on my phone at about 3.50 and I stupidly thought it had just been published. As I live so close, I drove down and parked nearby. After a quick search, I soon had the cache in hand and retreated to sign what I was sure to be in FTF place...only to discover that pimpmyballoons had already signed his name. I then checked the actual time of publication! Even though he lives closer, it may have been a joint FTF had I noticed the actual publication.I am often in here and yes, always have a sausage, sometimes one on the way in and another on the way out! Thanks for the cache, MissAdventure3.
