Coordinates need updating as native vegetation is being unnecessarily trampled at what you have listed and the cache is probably about 8 -10m away
Mr dimor thought we should take a walk to this one, I was happy to leave it as I was already over caching but he wanted to do it and said I had to come too.Got down to GZ area and saw the little hut then went looking for the cache. Looked, looked and looked. Me being over caching was an understatement here. With Mr dimor repeatedly telling me he was 1m from GZ and not finding anything, and thoroughly trampling the plants like many have done previously, I decided we werent going to waste time here.I casually glanced at a spot as I started to walk away and there was the cache, not at GZ (a common theme we have found with quite a few Augusta caches). As RoamingHowie said You dont need to trample plants.

Out and about on the WAGB24 weekend.this was a challenging find and not near the obvious geo trail. We didn't realise how big Augusta was, thanks for the tour and the cache.
Today is day two of WAGB 2024 and we are looking forward to a big day. Given our apartment is near the Bakery we started the day with a yummy breakfast from the Bakery and picked up a nearby cache before heading to the Community Hall for the first event. After collecting another near by cache we set off with Pommie Parkin 2 to team up and geocache together out at the Letter box series down Scott River Road . These Letter Box series were a very nice variety of interesting hides , most were straight forward however there were a few that you needed waders to get to them , in Liu of no waders it was just a case of jumping in and getting wet our feet wet. However this all added to the fun of the morning . So did having to quickly get out of the way for a tractor carrying rather large hay bails . Once all the Letter boxes were found we calculated the bonus and soon headed in that direction. Definitely giving a favourite for the series . We bid the Pommie Parkins farewell and we set off back into Augusta on our own and collected a few more traditionals along the way before hitting the Skippy Rock Road series and then clearing up the remaining ones from the Last Trail to Antartica series and other traditionals around Augusta before making our way to the CITO. All in all a fabulous days geocaching.
Find 39 of 50 on a busy day at WAGB 2024. First we rode the 21km Skippy Rock Road loop from the lighthouse and back, via The Colourpatch for fuelling, then drove for the afternoon's caches along the Cape To Cape track and on the bush tracks near the airport. The weather held out for us and we found some quality caches along the way, so thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining them.Coords were a bit misleading but Mrs O's cache radar kicked in. I walked the Cape To Cape a few years back and don't remember signing the book here...lots of people on the trail at the moment!TFTC ringtailposs!
Out exploring early in the day. Some easy finds and some tough finds. Thanks for the hides,
Met track walkers and one of them pointed it out to us we say he should take up the game tftc
On the way into Augusta for WAGB24. Stopped for a few caches on the way in. All good here. TFTC ??

In Augusta for the WAGB 2024 celebrations. We set up camp and headed out with richlink to make a start on some of the many new caches since our last visit. TFTC.
Out and about again, headed down to Augusta via Bunbury and Busselton. As I am not going to be down for WAGB24 so I headed down a few weeks early - a lot already there and didnt really make a dent in the caches, and I guess more to come. This is 16237.Thanks to ringtailposs for the caches I have found.
Could hear the sea roaring as I strolled the track takes me back to my high school hike of the cape to cape TFTC
After a big trip over the top end of AU with lots of side detours. Am now caching around the south west of WA for a while before heading back east again.TFTC. Down to Augusta for a couple of pre WA Goes Big events and a side of other caches.GZ put me in the bush but found that you don't need to leave the track.
A Big couple of days down in Augusta cleaning up all of the stuff published over the last year or so in preparation for the WAGB event. We got out on the boat cleaning up the Blackwood river caches and a number of small series of caches aswell as hosting a couple of events in town. Thanks to the local COs for a great mid-week explore. We had a blast.
After a delayed start time , thanks to the booking agent forgetting our booking and outboard issues we finally got started sling the river to find this series of caches. Its a bit chilly but the scenery is beautiful. Some logs signed as N20 This is my 13779 find Thankyou ringtailpossfor placing and maintaining this cache for others to find .
Down in Augusta for a great midweek getaway. Caching with like minded people and enjoying the local pub after some hard days Geocaching. The weather was less than ideal with Augusta living up to the 4 seasons in one day motto. That being said it was great fun and I would do it all over again. Just maybe in a little bigger boat! Anyway I will be back for WAGB and collect whatever I have missed then! Thanks to the local and some not so local COs for the caches places down here to keep me coming back.
After a day out in the boat we decided to end our day grabbing some finds around Augusta before heading to the pub for an event. Many thanks ringtailposs for placing this hide for me to find and adding to my adventures. Apologies for the generic logs.
Found at 3:59 PM GAFF3 - not that the hint gave much away So many places to look and when I stumbled across the cache the GPSr showed 14 metres, but that would be due to the heavy tree cover in that area. Thanks to ringtailposs
Found it. TFTCFalcon351/ringtailposs. Spent the weekend in and around Augusta and teamed up with papillion367, ullyssia and meme28. Logs were signed as PUMPP. The weather was not good but the team was great. Most were found in reasonable time but there were a few that proved to be a bit more difficult . All were replaced as found.
Thank you! Teamed up with papillon367, meme28 and Photo-Play for a caching weekend in Augusta. The weather meant our boating plans were cancelled, but we had a great day finding as many caches around town and the cape as we could. Caches signed as PUMPP or ullyssia.Happy to make the find here.
Teamed up with ullyssia, meme28 and Photo-Play for a trip to Augusta over the long weekend. We were going to start the Blackwood River series but our boat hire was cancelled due to the poor weather, so we cached on land instead. Signed the logs PUMPP. This was a quick find. Thank you for the cache ringtailposs.
Cache found and logged. Our South trip started joining Ullyssia Papillon367 and Photo Play. Caches are signed as PUMP.
Out and about in Augusta cleaning up some of the recently published caches.TFTC ringtailposs this is find #16877 for us.
This cache is down low , probably a bit harder then i expected. So go low and do be afraid to forage
After setting our van up in the nearby caravan park mid arvo, we headed out to do this series. Found that the co-ord accuracy varied quite considerably between all the caches, so the one's we missed we had no idea if it was a case of cache blindness or if the co-ords were well out. Dislike sword grass!!
A joint ftf with Teamlaroche thanks to geodads thorough searching! Thanks for the cache!
FTF with Redrobbin25! Took a few minutes of searching before Geohusband shouted out that he'd found it! Thanks for bringing us to this beautiful location. Tftc
