Worked this one out before coming down to the SE, today I made my way to GZ the cache was found at head height not sure if this is the correct location for it?This weekend Courtneyrose_ and I headed to Mount Gambier for Morgo the Geos 500th Parkrun. Today after a CITO in the Mount, Courtneyrose_ and I headed to Port Mc before I dropped here off at the airport. I then made my way around the detoured route to Millicent before a few caches in the dark at Mount BurrThanks for the cache
After arriving at the free camp we checked out the local caches. Nice... a jiggidy! Solved the puzzle then went for a walk to find the cache. It was cold late afternoon and obviously no one else felt the need to be out in Tant because it was deserted. It wasn't the best light for spotting this type of hide but it was soon found and retrieved. TFTC mogni.
We have been in Portland visiting dad for a couple of weeks and we decided to have a couple of days caching in the SE corner of SA hoping to get our 10,000th SA find .Diane solved this one last night in preparation for this trip. As we had found the original Tant Tiger we really wanted to locate its reincarnation. we pulled up and while I was getting the TOTT Diane wandered over and located the hide. We soon had it in hand and added our name to the log before returning it as it was, only with a bit more difficulty. ??Many thanks mogni for the puzzle and the hide.
Found with CPwanderer on day 3 of our journey south. Today our aim is to end up at the pub lunch event in Tantanoola before making the trip home. Pole caches were not on CP's plan for the weekend but I couldn't resist adding this one to the list. Thankfully the retrieval and return was not as challenging as I expected.TFTC mogni
Quickly found with Gizmos Gang as we headed towards the Pub lunch event in Tantanoola!!! Great weather to be out wandering!!! Never thought i would say this about a pole cache ....... that was easy!!!
Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state of WA on a SA caching foray. Staying in Millicent for a few days to grab some finds placed for the ill fated Mega 2020. Thanks for the hide. LNCU
Travelling with richlink on our Annual Caravan Geocaching road trip, using geocaching as our guide. We are staying at Millicent for the week, finding some of the caches we should have found if we had not been prevented from attending the 2020 Mega by Covid19. Thanks for the cache. LNCU
We headed over the border for an event tomorrow but had time this afternoon to visit some caches. It was a beautiful day and after finding a few in the pine plantations we wended our way back to Tant where we were camped. There was enough light left for us to find and return this one - we knew ir would be popular tomorrowThanks for the fun mogni

Another jigsaw prepared in advance as we planned a lunch in Tantanoola pub.Much lower than the swinging in the breeze pole cache.Easily retrieved. Thanks mogni..
23/03/2024 10:35:00 AMSpotted off a fair way and went back for a TotT, was a little tricky get back up while hanging onto the dog's lead. Thanks mogniFind recorded using GCDroid and logged using GSAK
A lovely day in the Millicent area, a bit of cloud, a bit of sun and a strong southerly wind.We enjoyed wandering the roads and finding caches as we went.We appreciate the work that the cache owners have done. Thanks to mogni for this little task. The windy day didnt help but we did it.
Ive headed to SA to attend the Great Leap Forward mega in Adelaide. So far our journey has found us in Bendigo, St Arnaud, Halls Gap and Mount Gambier and now Millicent and lots of places in between. Ive particularly targeted some geo art in SA so far including the GV2020 and crayfish series, wine glass and wine bottle and challenge series. After a lovely few days caching with Contesta, we are going our separate ways on our way towards the Mega in Adelaide Another successful fishing trip, we had some grey nomads come over to see what we were doing, and weve explained Geocaching to them
**Today:**Found with DSDMy first ever day in South Australia Woke up in Mount Gambier today with no real destination, but a big list of caches! Ended up just up the road in Millicent, but still several hundred kilometres travelled as we detoured down to the coast! The biggest goal of today, and the entire trip, was finishing my AUSMER! We found not only one, but two caches in my final month I needed! Its been a multi-year challenging journey, so good for it to be finished! ---**This Cache:**No problems with spotting and fishing this cache! A nice park in the middle of town too, had the place to ourselves to fish and explore! We were getting very tired by this point though and reaching the end of our dayTFTC
We're heading to Adelaide to attend [The Great Leap Forward](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GCA1DNA) Mega in Adelaide and decided pick up one or two caches on the way today to help with either LGA or D/T orientated challenges. This one was definitely in the D/T category and I'd solved it before we left. It was easy to park our van nearby and the short stroll to GZ made for a pleasant break on our journey. Thanks for find #5415TNLN
With the Tott misbehaving last night I returned this morning after a few repairs well getting the cache took alot of concentration. Eventually I got their but with my TOTT still NQR I couldn't replace the darn thing so off I went to hail the nearest muggle to help fix my TOTT .. no questions were asked he managed to fix it without damaging it more ...onE happy little Tiz13... Replacing the cache in the same spot was surprisingly a breeze
Logging as a beta tester. Came with the co to check on the old Tant tiger cache and found that that gz ( the rain water tank ) had gone missing. After some talk we decided to archive that cache and replace it with a tree fishing cache instead. I also raised the cache to it's lofty heights to be found by others to find. i alos found version 1 years ago.
On a road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. Our first visit to South Australia.Heading to Millicent we missed the turnoff to these two must do fishing expeditions. This one was tricky and have a huge flock of parrots flying around providing advice didnt help. Good to see that bring my new TOTT from NZ was worth it.TFTC
After solving the puzzle when it first was published, scramping & I took the opportunity to go caching and headed to the final location for this cache. We spotted the container as we pulled up. There was a slight breeze. I was very glad it wasn't any windier. It took us a bit of time to see the wire to hook the cache. It actually didn't take as long as I thought it was going to to get it down, stamp and put the cache back up again.TFTC mogni
Found with hevwalker using her fantastic skills with her tott. With steady hands and luckily a slight breeze we had the cache in our hands and back quicker than expected. TFTC
Solved when published then GZ saved for when passing, well that was today...Not sure if I'm 2nd 3rd, or even on the podium, with 2 claiming ftf... one in each of the logbooks in cache.Tools ages to unhook from the perch, but managed to replace in one go...TNLNSL Thanks
With witchwayz to grab this one. She spotted it within minutes of arriving here. I grabbed it while she did the signing of the logbook. Took a bit to put back tho.TFTC
Went looking for a tiger today and found a cache. It put up a bit of a fight but eventually I had it pinned to the ground and signed the log. Before heading out I loaded the car boot with extensions and used them all bar one. It was slightly easier replacing the cache than extracting it but not by much.
Solved this one almost as soon as it was published. Didn't take long to find this one. Took longer to retrieve and to put back. Found with PlusOneMore.TFTCSL
